Went on a Thursday morning to get my oil changed and safety inspection done. They told me right away that inspector (who is also store manager) is not in site. Which was fine. But he will be in store on Friday and Saturday. I can leave my truck and they will call me when it's done. No telling how long it will take to complete inspection. Anyway I asked for the oil change and tires rotated. Paid for the premium synthetic oil price. One of the mechanic comes back with my cabin filters on hand, asking me if I want to change the filters. My truck is doesn't even have 11K miles. Filters aren't even dirty. Minor annoyance, but I told them no. Problem is one of the other mechanics comes to me, and tells me that my wiper blades are UNSAT and it will cause my truck to fail inspection. My wiper blades always performed well and I never noticed any shortcomings. I asked how much are the wiper blades. It's 40 bucks a piece. They tried to up-sale 80 dollars worth of stuff by lying to me. After oil change, as I am driving away; I see the cabin filter cover laying on top of my passenger side dash! WTH! Never asked them to take it off, they never even put back that cover. I found out my wiper blades are fine from the inspector (manager) when I tried to drop off my truck on Saturday morning. After.... I told him to look at my wiper blades before he does anything else. I got a call 2 hours after I dropped off my truck, telling me they can't do the inspection because one of the meters they need to complete emission test are broken. And the manager had the audacity to tell me, " my boss wants me to charge you for doing fuel pressure reading test, but we are not gonna charge you." with a patronizing tone as if he is doing me a favor!! Incompetent and lying staff. Absolutely do not recommend. I will never seek their services, and will tell everyone I know in this area not to get their services. read more

This is my go to place for oil changes. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They don't try to upsell you things that you don't need. I am always able to pull right in and am taken care of quickly. They have a nice little waiting area for their customers which makes it comfortable while you are waiting. I'm typically in and out of this place in 30 minutes. I highly recommend it! read more

The team there were super friendly and the manager offered water, coffee and lots different advice on deals in the area for day to day needs as well as auto. No appointment was needed although I waited longer due to unexpected difficulties with the process and type of vehicle, not their fault. read more

BLUF: Fast and friendly, but incomplete service. I brought my car in for an oil change. The people I dealt with were very friendly, and they got me in right away. Also, and this is a big difference from other Jiffy Lubes I've been to, they didn't try to upsell me on other services. Most every other one I've been to tried to sell me brakes, shocks, you name it. What didn't I like? The oil change is supposed to include some other basic services, like topping off fluids and vacuuming. I got home to find my washer reservoir near empty. If they vacuumed the car they did it with a pretty poor vacuum. I have dog hair in my car, and I didn't expect them to get much of that up. It's just a headache. But there were bits and pieces of lots of other things still laying right on top of the floor mats, so I don't think it was done at all. I came in 15 minutes before closing, and everything seemed fine. I was then abruptly told that they couldn't do the oil change because my screws on my skid plate were stripped and taking it off would damage my car. My husband had done my last oil change, and he was confused when I asked him about the screws. He checked and confirmed my screws were fine. I took my car to another place to get the oil changed and they confirmed my screws weren't stripped. If Jiffy Lube had just told me it was too close to closing time for an oil change I would have accepted that, but they outright lied to me. read more

I have had my oil changed at the Bethel Park Jiffy Lube several times with no problems. I actually had friendly, professional service. Yesterday, I called to see if I could get an appointment to not only have my oil changed but to also have a state inspection. I told the man that I am widowed and that I had no ride home so I couldn't just leave the car. He said that he only has workers who inspect on three days of the week, one of which was on Thursday. He said, "How about 9:00?" That was great with me. Fast forward to today and when I got there, he told me that I may have a long wait because if any other cars come in, they would set my car aside and tend to all the other cars first. I left knowing that unless I was there for an oil change, my business was not respected. I should say that he apologized several times but that doesn't get the job done. NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE FOR A STATE INSPECTION UNLESS YOU CAN LEAVE THE CAR FOR THE DAY. read more

I had my oil changed at this location today. This location is not in the least bit careful with COVID-19 precautions. I am not vulnerable myself and I would probably be fine if I got it, but I live with two people who could be killed by COVID-19 (my husband and my son both have autoimmune diseases), and I am supposed to be seeing my mother over Christmas, right before she has open heart surgery for a severe congenital heart defect. I had to ask the gentleman behind the desk to please put his mask up over his nose. I also watched the technician get into my car and drive it into the garage with no mask at all. He then "corrected" himself when he was done and drove my car out of the garage by putting on a balaclava-style ski mask (complete with nose that offers no filtration whatsoever). I also was charged $100 for an oil change that was incomplete. My receipt says I was to have my car vacuumed and it was not. read more

Not impressed with Jiffy. $100 Oil Change I can understand but not done 100% I can't comprehend. They upcharged me for the oil filter (cartridge style) and another extra fee for Dexos Oil ( I had already chosen full synthetic change). The price quoted is not what you will pay. Greasy footprints on my carpet and they recorded the mileage 20k higher than actual miles. ( The windshield sticker touts next change at 56,000 not 36,000) Really not an issue to me but they also send information to CarFax. That 20,0000 mile difference is recorded and published by CarFax. In a CarFax Report it would look like I change my oil every 30,000 miles. Forget this chain and have it done by a local shop. Less expensive and done correctly. read more

I took my car in and they have done every oil change on that car and can see the service history. They charged me for a new oil plug because the old one was stripped which I argued that was because of Jiffy Lube not me and Jiffy Lube should cover the cost Jacob C. said no and charged me if I wanted my car or he would get fired plus it wasn't his crew. I said that shouldn't matter and I would hope his management would agree Jiffy Lube should handle that minor cost. read more

CONSUMER BEWARE the only reason I am giving them 1 star is because their corporate customer service was incredible. With that being said, I went in for a routine oil change in my Subaru Forester. After hearing a previous customer come in through the back yelling about something that has gone wrong with his vehicle. He kept yelling "I DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT OUR OF THE PARKING LOT"... should've been my sign to get my car off of the rack it was on and stop whatever it was they were doing. So basically the same thing happened to me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before my transmission wouldn't even shift or pick up. Long story short- I make my way back to back to tell them something was terribly wrong and that I didn't trust them to look at my car a second time so I took it straight to the dealer.... After a $550 bill from the Subaru dealer- jiffy lube drained my transmission oil and lost the cap to it. They also gave me a receipt that barely had any printer ink on it as I could hardly see what was on it but the one thing I could make out that was on it is that they checked my brake lights (although so it said) and I still had one out. Said they checked it- obviously not. So after a whole day wasted, rental car and - bill that put me out 550 ONTOP of what they charged at this location. The ONLY good thing I have to say about jiffy lube and this experience is that their customer service has been impeccable. They are truly great and I am thankful for their service. However please be careful using this location. read more

They're generally fast. A bit slower when it comes to an inspection (I mean slow for an inspection, not compared to an oil change). But if you are just there for the signature service oil change, you're usually in and out in under 20 minutes if there's a car in front of you (there always seems to be when I'm there). If you get there early, they are spot on fast. I even got a fast and cheap inspection. They were the cheapest in the area in 2012 it seemed (because of their coupon book). I don't take my car there any more because I don't trust anyone (including the dealer) really with it. But I take my wife's there, and I took my old car there all the time. I'd highly recommend it for an oil change over any other place in the immediate vicinity. read more

I can't give them less than one star. I went there to get an emissions test for an out-of-state vehicle. They told me that they would be able to do it. I drove 45 minutes to get it done. Once I got there the person who was supposed to do the inspection started having a panic attack. He said he did not want to lose his license and did not know how to do it. He proceeded to call his boss who said that they did not do out of state inspections. I got an out of state inspection done last year from this same store. These are a bunch of amateurs who have no idea what they're doing; they overcharge for oil changes and basic stuff. I would avoid this store like the plague. read more

Got free brake inspection. Brakes needed changed (had already been told by another place the same thing that they needed changed within the month). They changed brakes for me, rotated tires changed windshield wipers and it only took 40 minutes if that. Very professional, kind and quick. Price was good too. Very pleased with service. Just had Jiffy perform another repair (starter and bad caliper) to my aging SUV that other service centers (including Honda) failed to identify or correct. first of all, i came in for an oil change, i made it known that i didn't want any other service, i just wanted my oil changed. then the lady helen or whatever her name is hit my car on the yellow floor mount, then proceeded to vacuum my car, change my tire pressure and change other fluids and rummage through my belongings, when i got upset and spoke up, the manager got furious and stormed out unable to help me at all. these people are irresponsible, don't listen, and downright a**holes. they wouldn't do anything to make up for the idiotic mistakes they made, i will never go here again and i advise no one else to either. read more

Went to this location several times over the years for an oil change. While I was there the last time I needed a new headlight lamp which they offered to replace. I got that done and a few weeks later got my car inspected at a local trustworthy mechanic in which my car passed inspection with no issues. But was mentioned I check out my newly replaced light as it appears to have been installed incorrectly as it was melting the inside of the headlight. I promptly called Jiffy Lube to let them know that I would like for them to take a peek at the light they had installed to make sure it was ok. I thought it would be prudent for them to look at it first since they installed it. I calmy and nicely explained the situation and when I could bring my car in. I immediately was told by the manager that it was not their fault, that I couldnt prove it was them or someone else hadnt touched it since, and that it would not be a quick 'show up' and get fixed issue. After being yelled at and argued with, I told them that I would not be bringing my car in as it was clear he had no interest at all in helping me and I had 0% confidence they would acually correct the issue. At which point I was hung up on. Jiffy Lube has permanently lost my business as a result of this store's manager. It is not worth my time to waste any further time on the issue. Worst service ever I stopped on October 25 2015 at 130 pm they one car in garage being serviced was told it was going to be 45 minutes to 1 HR wait I should come back then I returned in 45 minutes I was then told that because I didn't sit in my car and wait that it was going to be another 45 minutes cause they took another vehicle in front of mine I asked why it takes 45 minutes to do a oil change they had no answer I went home and did oil change in 20 minutes and that was jacking vehicle up too I will never take my vehicle to this Jiffy lube cause I don't think they have a clue on what they are doing read more
