I have dealt with new car dealers for 50 years and have never had a better experience. Once we'd made our choice, our salesman, Mr. Dave Seymour explained the different options that that were available for the Impala, we made our choices and he entered the package into the computer. We were never pushed toward a particular item or hassled in anyway. We were treated with respect and courtesy. The same was true with the Finance Officer Mr. Travis Kittleson. When we went to his office, the paperwork was finished and ready for signature. A few more options dealing with coverage of various items on the car were offered and thoroughly explained. I went there for service on my new Corvette. The service center is top notch I was treated well and the car came back spotless. They have a nice waiting room and a children's play area. We were treated to free coffee and a big bowl of fruit is up for grabs. Spoke to a Salesman on a return trip, about buying a truck. I didn't get the high-pressure sales pitch and felt very comfortable checking out the truck. I would definitely buy a vehicle from them when I'm ready. read more

This place should get fucking 0 stars. I went in 4 times over the past 2 years for an oil change and they fuckup ever single time. The first time I went in they admitted they forgot about me even being there. I ended up waiting, with my 4 year old daughter, for over 8 HOURS. The second time, my wife was pregnant at the time and took our daughter with her. She made an appointment, they said they "couldn't find it" even with her confirmation email. She waited 6 hours for an oil change and they came out with new fucking tires on her car she didn't ask for. They said "oh, we thought that's what you came in for..." NO! Manager didn't appologize and was a huge dick. Third time, they lost my appointment time AGAIN and I waited another 4 hours. Took 3-4 hours on a simple oil change with an appointment the last time I went; 1 month ago. Did my 60k mile maintance and guess what? My light came on 3 days later saying I have 40% oil in my engine . I pulled over and got my car towed to my house to check and see what is goin on and the oil was never fucking changed. The mechanic who towed my car even confirmed this. $370, plus tax, and I didnt get my fucking oil changed. That is fucking fraud. They goddamn know it too. Do not ever buy a car there or get it serviced by them. They do not care about your car. They just want your money. They try to upsell everything. Do not let them fool you! read more

The body shop at this dealer has always had a stellar reputation for quality and has been our repair shop of choice for at least 35 years. Our family has brought vehicles here for repair for about as long as the shop has been around (even when located on Merritt Island). Unfortunately, things change and, in this case, definitely not for the better. We had a very minor repair that was supposed to take 3 days, but ended up taking over a month for them to handle. They had apparently been removed from our insurer's list of recommended shops, which seemed surprising at the time, but now I can clearly see why. They continued to request changes and adds for what should have been a very simple and straightforward repair. Fortunately, the costs are being paid by insurance, but ultimately we all pay increased premiums because of this and I hate to see what appears to be aggressive overcharging. Worse, when the car was finally finished, they held it hostage waiting on the last payment from our insurer for the most recent change request (according to the insurer, final payment had already been paid and deposited in their account). It was a Friday before a long holiday weekend and we wanted the car back and even offered to give them a personal check or credit card for backup to cover the small percentage that remained as a balance from the insurer. However, they refused to work out any arrangement and give us our car back. This once excellent repair resource has become more akin to a crooked towing company that seems to thrive on taking advantage and holding folks hostage. More importantly, it seems their premium price no longer reflects premium quality work either, as I would judge the completed work to be average at best. The finish on repainted panels was reasonably good, but the hood alignment was terrible and reflects the lack of attention to detail they were once known for. I have come to deeply regret ignoring our insurers recommendations and insisting on using Bob Steele for the repairs. I got poked in the eye for my loyalty to them. The people and management have changed and the business culture clearly has as well. The clues were there when we dropped the vehicle off, but I ignored them. The once highly organized, well run, and professional shop we once knew is no more. Live and learn, and we won't be back! read more

Terrible TERRIBLE service! In my opinion, one of the worst if not THE worst service dept's I've ever been in. I've had my current vehicle in for service twice. Both times were a total cluster. The first time, I took my car in one day and they found the problem and had to order the part. I was told it would be sent via overnight delivery and to drop my car off first thing the next morning, which I did. The entire day goes by and about an hour before closing time, I'd heard nothing so I called. I was told "I'm sorry, your part didn't come in today". WTF! You had the car all day and couldn't pick up a phone and call me and tell me? The second visit was even worse. I dropped my car off at 8:15 for 5 things. I get a call at 4pm and I'm told the only thing they accomplished ALL DAY LONG was an oil change and nitrogen in my tires. Unreal. He wanted me to leave my car overnight and I told him no way, I'm on my way to pick my car up right now. Upon arriving, the UNCARING service advisor had every BS excuse under the sun. Not enough staff, to many cars in for work etc etc etc. It was very obvious that he could have cared less. He asked if I wanted to speak to the service manager? I said NO, why would I? The service manager is the one that allows this place to run as badly as it does. So, I went inside the main building to see if the general manager was in. Naturally he wasn't. In my opinion, this place is a joke and I found negative reviews all over dating back years and obviously they do nothing to fix the problems. They Lost My Car To begin with this wasn't a good day. I have a very dear cat at home with a terminal illness and I didn't want to be away from him any longer than necessary. I made the appointment last week to have my scheduled oil change/tire rotation with expectations it would not take longer than an hour to get it done. That was about the time it had taken previously. When I made the appointment I knew Mr. White was seriously ill but I had put off having the work done too long as it was. I live about 10 minutes from the car lot............ Secondly I bought the car almost a year ago and was going to write a positive review on the one year anniversary in June. Nix that idea. Outside the usual line when I bought the car there would be no haggling {which of course there was} I was pleased with the car {2012 Honda Civic} and the scheduled service to date. Not much to judge a dealership by but at least they had performed the maintenance without problems. Until today......... My appointment was for 11:00 and I arrived at 10 of. By the time I had almost finish talking with the service rep they were driving the car to the shop area. So good so far. I went into the lounge and worked on one of my websites {brought my laptop with me} and after about an hour I went outside expecting they would soon be finished. After another 30 minutes no car. Another rep passed by and I asked when would they have my car ready. He checked with the first rep I had talked to and came back to say he would have to go into the shop and see what was the holdup. He came back in about 10 minutes, talked to the first rep who preceded to step outside and speak with me. Come to find out they had lost my car, not literally I guess but it was not in their 'NEW SYSTEM'. I was told they had changed procedures where they used tablets to arrange and co-ordinate work with the shop area and for some unknown reason my car was not in the system and the work was not scheduled. No alarms went off and had I not aksed no telling how long it would have been. I was told even though they had a new system this was the first time this had ever happened. I was A FIRST. The rep preceded to hand me a $25 gift certificate to compensate my having to wait because of their 'failed system'. Things happen but being the first mistake in a system that failed on a day when I needed to be home, I was upset. But I kept my composure........ But that began to change after having to wait another 45 minutes before they brought my car out. I was not pleased after being told they would jump on servicing my car immediately and taking much too long to get it done {under the circumstances I expected prompt service}. When I got into my car to drive home my radio settings had been changed to one I had not keyed in when I arrived. Had someone taken a joy ride after servicing the car? Something added to the time it should have taken to finish servicing my car and putting me on my way home to my very sick cat....... New system that simply failed or not, I felt it necessary to go ahead and write my review today. Instead of being one that would have been positive, my review reflects my whole experience with Bob Steele Chevrolet. The haggling with the finance manager and head sales honcho was expected but this was beyond a good experience. Added together the best I can do is give a 2 out of 5 stars {I deducted 1 1/2 for the haggling}. Will I buy another car from Bob Steele? The jury is still out on that but you can be sure I will consult the reviews before I do {Yelp being one but not Cars.com or Edmunds.com, both which are in cahoots with the dealerships}. Some people are easily satisfied and will accept anything. I am not one to nit pick but being a retired contractor and salesman I am well aware next to a quality product, service is everything. They failed on that score and got a score that would have been better if in the end they had provided quality service the 'FIRST TIME' and every time. Being first can be good and bad. I dropped off my 2016 Chevy Silverado LT after a rear/front end collision that bent my frame at the beginning of September 2017. Originally was told that the repairs would not extend further than a month. After a month came and went I was told another 15 days or so, after that date wasn't met I was told at the end of the month. This week I was told the truck would be ready by Friday and that they were waiting on a seatbelt that might push the date back further. I decided to stop by and inspect my vehicle and to my surprise my vehicle was still in multiple pieces and the staff relayed to me that the truck would have never been completed by that Friday and they don't know why I was told that by the receptionist. After further inspection the new frame that was ordered had multiple spots of surface rust, the new towing hooks paint was scratched and rust had begun, I found a broken brake line that the technician relayed they didn't know about. They also didn't know about my air bag although I told them multiple times from the beginning. I was not given a temporary vehicle during my repairs because they relayed they were all given to others from hurricane IRMA (my vehicle was there prior to IRMA). Before I start this review let me just say that they did give me a loaner car to help rectify the situation, but their mistake was a serious one. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation a week before because I was going to be driving over to Tampa and wanted to make sure my car was safe. I was told everything was good and that my tires were at half wear,6/32. 7 days later a day before my Tampa trip, I went out to my car and had low tire pressure, I put air in my tire and went back to Bob Steele Chevy, I was told that I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. (no, I am not blaming the nail in my tire on Bob Steele) I was also told then that I needed new tires, at that point I was told my tires were at 3/32. I explained that last week my tires were at 6/32 to which they replied, Did you drive a lot last week? No, about 100 miles or less. If I hadn't gotten the nail in my tire I would have driven to Tampa with bad tires and not even have known it, what if I had a blow out. I told them to get me a quote from tires, and I got one from Walmart. I asked them to match Walmart's price due to their error. I was told no. Their tires were twice the price of Walmart's, I do not need fancy tires as my car as over 100,00 miles on it. So I returned the loaner car yesterday and picked up my car. They pulled my car around and guess what, my tire was flat, the service writer stated he didn't notice when he pulled the car around. I had them put air in my tire and went to Walmart. I do not think I will be returning to Bob Steele Chevrolet, their mistake was serious. read more

It looked like it was sitting for weeks when I got there to look at it and they didn't even clean it knowing I was coming to look at it. I bought a 2013 Cruze from Bob Steele last July. The actual purchasing process was quite a bit better than I expected. As a first time car buyer, I had heard quite a few horror stories about the entire process. My salesman was Tyler and although he made a few bobbles (he quoted me the price for a stick shift by accident), he was always respectful and polite. Most importantly, he did not attempt to forcefully sell the car. He was patient and let me test drive as many models as I wanted and I believe I left with a great car at a good price. My main issue with the process was the fact that I had to purchase my car at night because it was almost an emergency situation. I had my bank send over a letter of preapproval for my financing but because I didn't have a bank check with me, I had to sign a back-up contract. I was told that I had exactly 24 hours to bring the bank check to the dealership or else the financing would process through Chevrolet which is obviously not at all what I wanted. A family member brought the bank check the next day and witnessed the shredding of the back-up contract. Afterwards, she attempted to get my second set of keys and was told that she couldn't have them. The reasoning behind this was incomprehensible as I did in fact own the car at that point. Needless to say, there was the beginnings of a scene (because those specialty keys are expensive) but I received my second set. The car itself is fantastic. I have been driving it for several months now and I've had absolutely no issues with it at all. If I did, I've heard that the service department at Bob Steele is great. I received a free oil change with the car (among other perks) and the dealership called on my birthday. A little thing, but a great personal touch. In addition, Tyler tried to get in touch with me on several occasions to make sure everything was going well. All in all, a good experience besides the incident with the keys and the contract. I would advise potential buyers to go during the day (and during bank hours) to circumvent any unnecessary hassle. read more

HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP! I went there as instructed by my insurance company to have repairs done to the front end of my Acura after an accident. I was told by Richie that it would take 2 weeks - 4 MONTHS LATER I finally said it's good enough. It didn't take 4 months because they discovered additional damage, it took 4 months for two reasons....Richie forgot to order a part and/or he was trying to be cheap and ordered after market parts which in turn didn't fit/work. This is not a guess, it's a fact. After 4 months, the reveal of the hood was not lined up correctly and the grill in the front did not match. Richie replaced the bumper portion of the grill with a chrome/shiny finish, however the portion that was on the hood (that wasn't replaced) was a matted finish, so it didn't match. When I took it back in to have him fix these issues he "fixed" the reveal - which STILL wasn't lining up correctly and he didn't even attempt to fix the grill. When I explained the grill to him again he said well that's because that's the part I replaced, I didn't touch the hood...I told him I understood that, but when you make repairs to a car, you repair it to it's original condition. In this case, the original grill was a matted finish, and he replaced part of it with a shiny finish, so it didn't match. After 4 months of dealing with the nonsense, I said "it's good enough". I painted over the grill so you couldn't tell and the reveal of the hood was bad, but I could live with it. Now, flash forward less than a year and the headlight they replaced is holding water. Since there wasn't enough space above the headlight because the lining wasn't correct the headlight is popping out and water/condensation is building inside the headlight. I refused to take it back to Bob Steele because if they would have taken care of it properly in the first place, this never would have happened. So I took it to another shop that I trusted and they were working to fix it. When they were under the hood they realized BOB STEELE NEVER FINISHED THE WELDS AFTER THEIR REPAIRS AND THE BRACKETS THEY USED TO MOUNT THE RADIATOR WERE ALL WRONG!! This could have led to MAJOR issues down the road - the whole inside of my car could have rusted out on me due to them not finishing the welds. Thankfully this new body shop caught it and called Bob Steele out on the workmanship. If I could attach pictures, I would. I could go on and on about my experience with Bob Steele. Unsatisfied is an understament. DO NOT GO TO BOB STEELE'S BODY SHOP!!! Richie is a joke and the quality of work that comes out of their shop is horrible. read more

He never came so I went to his desk to get my keys & paperwork. If it was not for the free oil change I would not come back for service, which I might not anyways. No stars and NOTHING nice to say about them. I called to schedule an appointment for a light that had been flashing on my dash that was telling me there was an issue with my DEF system.... After being forgotten and having to reschedule pushing my appointment back several days (mind you my speed was limited to 55 MPH the entire time) and no i was not out of DEF fluid.....they finally told me i could bring the vehicle in after service dept hours and leave the keys in the drop box. I dropped my vehicle to them on the evening of the 20th and they had it for a full week. I called every day to ask about what was going on and if they had any answers and was met with the same answer every day that they did not have an answer yet would let me know as soon as they found something out. NEVER did i receive a call on either number i provided only to call on the 7th day and find out my vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed that there in fact was nothing wrong with my vehicle and that they simply ran the codes and it showed none. BUT it would be a $100 to pay for the services that had been rendered. I asked to speak to a manager but was then told she was busy and that my only option was to speak to a member of the service team to resolve my issues. The man i spoke to was so rude and disrespectful i started to cry and and to walk out of the service dept only to have my partner go back in and speak with him. We had been told originally that the issues should have been covered under the warranty and now was being told unless we paid the 100$ they would not release my vehicle back to us. Not even living close within proximity to this dealership we had to leave and go home to retrieve funds to pay for this shocking bill that was never mentioned, only to return at 20 min till closing time and they didn't even leave the keys with the sales desk like we had talked about. After what had seemed an almost 5 hour ordeal just to pick up my vehicle only turned into a nightmare. I got the keys after paying the sales manager and told your trucks parked out in the lot somewhere...... At that point i swore id never deal with them again and that i would make sure everyone i knew would never take their vehicles to them to deal with the same disrespect and ignorance as i had in the last week. What makes this situation even better is I've not even had my truck back a full 12 hours and its Broke again throwing the same code and is still having major issues. Ill be going to Ron Norris from now on and i Promise my attorney will be in contact with this establishment if you could even call it that. ZERO stars ZERO anything this place was a SCAM and they seem to keep getting away with such reviews as i have read this morning not a single service review was up to par. This review is specifically for the auto body department. This is the second vehicle I've taken to Bob Steele Chevrolet Auto Body for damage repair. They are very pleasant and professional and do high quality work. The first time I was referred by Allstate and since they did such a good job with no issues, I selected them again recently when my new car required damage repair. They are approved by Allstate to do the vehicle inspection so no appointment with an Allstate adjuster was required. I had priced them independently as if I was not going to use insurance to pay for the repair and they were comparable in price to another recommended body shop. They completed the repair in a timely manner, checked in several times to update me and when complete no one would ever know there had been damage. They have an agreement with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car office so I was able to leave my rental with them for Enterprise to pick up instead of having to return the rental to the Enterprise office. This was the easiest possible transaction under the circumstances. I would use them again and I recommend them highly. read more

Everything I asked about my new purchased car was - check your manual, play with it... I am a girl what do I know, I 'played' with it...on my dashboard I had the voltage of my battery and the average speed driven LOL...I wanted the speed displayed and compass...I played - no chance...I got between battery and tire pressure...nothing else would display for dear life LOL I had to go to Bob Steele for some paperwork about my last car - all went perfect and I asked if someone could help me with my programming problems...and yes, of course a salesman was right at my side and showed my Everything, programmed everything I asked for, showed me features of my car bought a day before at an other dealership - features I didn't know my car had...so yeah, you know where I will be trading my next car in, never mind the longer drive for me!!! These guys tried to rip me off. I was on vacation in the area when my 5-year-old battery died. I got a jump-start and drove to their service department to have my electrical system checked to make sure there was nothing wrong that contributed to my battery failure. After installing a new battery, I was told I needed a new alternator as well, at a cost just shy of $800. I asked how that could be when the voltage gauge on my dashboard consistently reported an output of 14 volts. No explanation, just a warning that if I didn't replace the alternator I would ruin the new battery. I left, took my Tahoe to the shop at home that has done all my service, and as expected, learned that my alternator is performing at spec. Not only did they attempt to sell me a part I don't need but at a highly inflated cost as subsequent online research showed a cost of $225 for an OEM alternator. I can only conclude that they saw an opportunity to take advantage of a non-local who they'll never see again. Perhaps they shouldn't see you either. read more

Horrible job with service. Brought truck in for vibration. Kept truck two days called and said couldn't find any vibration. Drove 30 miles back to dealership put mechanic in truck and drove. Showed mechanic truck vibrating and steering wheel shaking profusely. Kept truck for three more days and found two tires bad. Replaced tires. Pick up truck has large scratch in rear body panel. Get it buffed out. Take truck home, 30 miles. Discover missing valve stem caps on two tires and in addition you have put almost 90 miles on my truck and ran it out of gas! Get a call, said would fedX valve stem covers. Week later nothing shows up. Drive another 30 miles back to dealer and pick up missing caps. Drive 30 miles back home. Only good news is you actually fixed the vibration. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Your getting one star as there is no option for zero. read more

Let me first say I bought a used car from the Merritt Island lot 2 years ago for my son's first car and had a perfectly fine experience. So with that said, I looked to Bob Steele for our next used car. Our family believes in loyalty. We found a couple of cars online and called to see if they would take the old one as a trade even though it doesn't go in reverse. The person who answered forwarded me to Star (a salesperson) who answered my question and proceeded to ask what we were interested in. I explained our price range and one car in particular we were looking at. She set up an appointment for us the next morning. Fifteen minutes before our appointment we got a call from the dealership asking if we were coming for our meeting. We got there on time and went to a table immediately with our salesperson to work on financing. We were told not to worry about going to our bank because they work with them. We explained we had the cash but wanted to have the loan, for credit purposes, for our son in his name. They asked for a credit card to affirm our commitment. (?) They would not charge anything they said -- just to make sure we were serious about buying. After the first hour of waiting they explained our son's bank denied the loan so they were trying another lender. During this second wait time I made the comment that we would never get to the test drive part and Star reassured we would be able to. Now as we are getting close to the second hour I explained I recently had cancer surgery and was getting tired would it be much longer. I was to the point I would just pay for the vehicle out right if we liked it. Another 20 minutes later we finally got the figures (which we were willing to work with). At this time we were asked to sign the paper with the figures to validate an agreement to the terms. I then explained that we hadn't even test drove the car yet. The finance guy said we needed to sign or they would not bring the car up from the Melbourne lot ????????? I can't remember the term he used for signing but something like a promise to buy after you drive. I told Star we would just drive to Melbourne. That didn't go over too well when she insinuated we would have to start the process all over ugh. Why would you ask what car I am interested in, set up an appointment to see said car, take 2 1/2 hours for financing said car and then don't even have that vehicle on the lot? The final insult was when the finance guy got mad at us when we wouldn't sign the paper. His exact words were "I just spent 2 hours getting you financed". Let me ask you this -- financed for what? - you didn't even have this car. Final note..... Melbourne dealer called us within a half hour saying they heard we were interested in said car. Terrible Twice! I have been to a lot of car dealerships in my life for various reasons. This place is awful. The first time I visited there were a number of sales people standing outside. I walked right past them into the showroom. At first I thought perhaps they just dont want to be pushy and let the buyer browse- something that I think might be a good idea. But then I walked into the showroom to find it was empty of cars! I walked back out and asked one of the sales people who hesitantly approached. I asked him about the empty showroom and he said it was being remodeled. He said he would find someone to help me and ran inside to find a partucular person. Not able to find him, he agreed to help me. I then asked him about a particular vehicle and we walked over to the parking lot of cars. He actually pointed to a car and asked me if it was the model I mentioned. Typically u would expect the sales person to know their own models. That has never happened in my life at a car dealership. I found one unlocked and sat in it. I had very little time that day and much of it had already been wasted getting to the point I could see it. The salesperson didnt appear veryknowledgeable. And I ran out of time. He told me to ask for someone else in particular when I came back. About a week later I decided to come back and give it another try. This time a salesperson met me quickly after I parked. I told him the exact model I was looking for and told him I wanted the new model year. He said they didnt have the new model years yet. I said i saw the new model years advertised on ur website. I feel dealers like to play games sometimes. They never seem to know when the new models will get in but I see them advertised on the website. We discussed the point back and forth. I decided to look at the model year they had for the new car. He had to run in to get the key. When he came back he was still making his case about the new model year availabilty and their inabilty to tell me when it would be available. I felt he was needlessly being a bit argumentative. I thought a better salesperson would have acted didferently. He wasnt very helpful about the existing model unless I asked him a specific question. Then I decided to look at another car on the lot. Again he had to go back and get a key. It seemed a long time waiting for him to come back. Finally I walked over to the bldg and saw him on his cellphone. I told him thank u for his time but I would be leaving. I then went down to the hyundai dealership and got far more professional service. Also, I was confused about Bob Steele chevrolet's posted prices on their cars. It seemed to me that some cars were marked thousands higher than their msrp. I asked the first salesperson about that but he had no idea. You might want to check that out to see if that is the case. This place sucked imo. It just plain sucked. I would rather walk ten miles then buy a car from them. read more

Came here for recall service for 2011 chevy traverse on a saturday morning with an appointment. Sat for over 3 hours with no update. They knew i was here and when i did ask they were not sure why it was still being worked on. Then had the audacity to suggest over $300 in maintenance. I would not come here ever again and if you do expect piss poor customer service. read more

At the urging of my insurance company I used Bob Steele to repair body work where I was sideswiped. It was guaranteed for as long as I own my car....When I came to pick up my car and drove off, the driver's window would not roll up all the way. Immediately I drove back for another hour wait. The next day I took it back for a piece of door molding hanging down. They glued it down not using the factory clamps. They later ordered the clamps. The driver's window has never worked right since they repaired the dent on my door. While driving with the windows down (convertible) I noticed part of interior near the window was flapping in the wind. I saw the repair guy pull up on it but did not check to see if he broke it. He managed to break one of the two plastic posts securing the interior cover down and I took the car back. The lady working the issues with me in the office came out and took a picture of it and said she would order a new one. When she researched it like I did, she probably found out it was attached to the whole drivers side interior for the back seat quarter panel and the cost was over $300. She never called me back as she said she would. I called numerous times but was never connected to her. I am totally displeased with Bob Steele Chevrolet and would not recommend this establishment for anything. When I buy my new vette they could offer me the best price but I will keep driving, this place is not worth the hassle. read more

If there was a negative number available I would check it. Absolutely the worst service department I have EVER dealt with. They were very polite as they were screwing me over. I own a 2011 GMC Sierra with 40,000 miles on it. The DEF System had trouble and there were active recalls on the truck. When I took my truck in I told them that it was my work truck and it cost me $500/day it was out of service. They called me then next day and told me everything was covered under the recall. THEN, two days later they called and said, oops, sorry that'll be $2700 but they said GM would cover $1700 of it and implied that I should be thankful. THEN they called and said, oh sorry we have to order the part and that would be another week. NO OFFER FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE. A total of 10 DAYS my truck was OOS (you do the math). This item should have been COMPLETELY covered and after speaking with the dealerships GM...all I got was a smile and "I'm sorry"....That's nice! BTW, I was forced to go to Bob Steele because they are the only ones around that work on diesel engines. I wouldn't take my lawn mover to these incompetent fools! read more
