I even heard proactively about these changes from Aviation well before United even notified me. Further more, we had several itineraries change mid-trip and Aviation graciously accommodated them with ease. Our driver, Sorin (sp?), was incredibly welcoming and expertly got us and our luggage both checked-in and out with ease. On my pickup day they did not pick me up at the appointed time. When I called 10 minutes after they were supposed to pick me up, they said they had no record of me reserving a pickup. That caused all kind of complications for me, especially since my wife was in a foot boot after surgery and could not drive. The driver, Kerry (Carey?) came promptly and suggested we go look for the keys. He drove us to the set of stairs we had climbed from the beach up to Beach Loop Drive. My husband, our dog, and I went down the stairs and began retracing our steps as well as we could. We found the keys!!! Kerry/Carey drove us back to the South Jetty to our car. He asked only for $20.
