Finally I said I'm going to check local because I'm tired of driving to look. I walk in and Matt was there to help me, and I have furnished 90% of my house from this one store. The customer service is outstanding the delivery when they come to deliver my things and set up is outstanding. I go to see Matt for everything I need for my house whether it's furniture or my appliances he gives great advice if I'm looking for something in town like I'm looking for you know a plumber. I can absolutely trust his recommendations. I just cannot say enough of good things about this store And the customer service and not just from Matt Matt's my favorite that's who I always go see, but everybody in the entire store is extremely helpful and polite. If you see something in there, a couch or chair and you like it, but you don't like the material they can have that made for you in whatever material that you want, they will let you know how long it's gonna take, and the cost. So, today we drove to Mountain City to shop at Quality Furniture and Appliance. What a fabulous decision we made. We found the perfect refrigerator for us at a reasonable price, the best customer service ever, and same day delivery. Monday the installers came, very respectful, professional, and we can't Thank Caldwell Appliance enough... for hiring the best... We will definitely be back for the refrigerator ... I was told 'were giving you $250 for the problem" $250 is what I paid to have each appliance installed. so basically, they didn't think my aggravation, irritation and their irresponsibility is worth nothing. I highly recommend going elsewhere. their reputation was built years ago. they arent measuring up now thats for certain.
