This is my favorite place ever! Everything is so good and not pricey at all and they have rewards for every purchase.

Let me start off my saying that this is the perfect cafe to bring a book and read. The inside is very comforting and the music was very relaxing. You order with a kiosk and your order comes out pretty fast. The taro milk tea & the ube tiramisu were out of this world!!! So delicious!!! Also I love how creative they are with their desserts because whoever thought of combining ube with tiramisu is a genius! The only drink I did not like was the crème brûlée matcha. I love matcha and I love crème brûlée but together it's a horrible combination. I could not finish this drink. read more

Upon entering the doors you must place your order at the kiosk. The drinks are made to order and the service is quick with nice presentation. The inside reminds you of a traditional coffee shop with nice cozy areas to sit and take pics or work from a table top. This was our first visit to Boba & Bites, and we immediately liked the clean, aesthetic vibe of the shop. I ordered the Cocoa Puff Hoijcha with 50% sweetness and it was perfect--smooth and rich with both the boba and the cocoa puffs on top. My friend got the Ube Cloud Matcha, which looked beautiful but tasted a bit watered down; the milk overpowered the matcha, so a stronger tea flavor would have made it shine: We also shared the Ube Tiramisu, which was a stanodoit--perfectly sweet, creamy and well-balanced without being heavy. Drinks overall were solid: I'd give the Cocoa Puff Hoijcha a 10/10, Ube Cloud Matcha 7/10 and the Ube Tiramisu was a 9/10. They have screens to order which definitely streamlines the process a bit. The bobarista seems friendly and was able to get orders out quite in reasonable time. I am so excited to have a bubble tea place not far from my work. They do have a lot of fun drinks on the menu! The good thing is you can place an order yourself on the POS along the wall. You can also add as many toppings as you want. Of course, more toppings = $$$. Sweet levels are available for you to choose as well. The Creme Brûlée milk tea and Strawberry Rose Matcha were delicious. Classic milk tea was okay. The boba was not fresh and the texture was not right. Biscoff Cookie Butter Milkcake was just alright. There are only 6 tables in the store. Not sure how busy it will get on weekends. I came in around 8pm on Tuesday so they were a bit busy. Overall, this place meets my expectations. Great place for boba. They have the on the wall ordering menus which are always fun because you can take your time to customize the drink with all the options right in front of you. Their waffles are so good and they have delicious variants. I really liked the Nutella one. They are friendly and the boba was great! They also try unique flavors like mango sticky rice, which was kind of weird to me, but I love that they tried that and it wasn't bad at all, just not my favorite. I have tried boba from all over the place since I was a kid so I'm very particular when it comes to boba. The drinks here were mediocre. Love the combination of the drinks, there were so many different ones I wanted to try, I ordered 3 and unfortunately they didn't wowed me. Out of the 3 drinks I tried dragonfruit tea was good for my liking but it would not but it would not be good for others. I liked it because it was not sweet at all and very fragrant. I tried the taro latte and it just taste like coffee. Good coffee though. I wanted to taste the creme brûlée and taro but it was just coffee. If they had a lid where you could sip each flavor/layer it would probably been better but it's just sealed on top so it was just all mixed in one cup. The matcha was not good at all but I am also use to premium and quality matcha. Now let me talk about their desserts are ohh my wow!!! Biscoff cookie butter milk cake!!! The best! Seriously! My only regret is that I didn't buy more then one lol and I also forgot to take pictures of it too! I also got the ube tiramisu! That was also good! That was my sons favorite! I really liked Boba & Bites. When you go in, they have three kiosks available to order. So it's very quick and easy! Overall I feel they are an affordable boba option in comparison to some so I appreciate that. I've tried the Thai tea and the Matcha with Ube cold foam. Preference still being the classic Thai tea. Not only is the interior of this shop so cute and sleek, but their boba and bites (just as the name emphasizes) are AMAZING! First off, I just want to say how sweet the server was. She was so accommodating, especially because I didn't want caffeine so she offered to make me any milk tea drink with water instead of tea and listed out all the non-caffeinated drinks. I also (annoyingly) changed my mind after ordering and she gladly made the drink I actually wanted! The only thing is that I wish you ordered with an actual person instead of a self service kiosk because I always like recommendations, but they were happy to talk to me whenever they did come out of the kitchen though. Here's what I tried: -Horchata with tapioca pearls and sweet cream foam: 9/10 - So cinnamony, milky, sweet, and delicious. The texture of the boba pearls is SO perfect. They're chewy but not too chewy, and the sweet cream foam is so luscious. Devoured this drink. -Mango milk tea with tapioca pearls: 8.5/10 - Wow I did not expect to love this as much as I did! The mango surprisingly goes incredibly well with the milk tea, and it was such a refreshing drink. Almost like a mango lassi! -Tiramisu latte: 8/10 - I'm only giving this slightly lower because I'm not the biggest coffee person but this latte was very cocoa and coffee forward, so the tiramisu flavor was pretty on point! -Oreo Croffle: 10/10 - Oh my goodness this was so warm, so flaky, so buttery, and yet the outside of the croffle was crispy and caramelized. Boba and Bites is a cute boba shop featuring many sweets primarily their riffles, tiramisu, and milk cakes. When I walked in everything was super aesthetic and gave a chill vibe great for if you want to do work or catch up with a friend. They had kiosks where you can order and me and my partner got an oreo milk tea and a matcha mango. One thing to note that I found strange was the sweetness levels. It seemed based off the percentages that their normal sweet was super super sweet and I opted for a lower percentage. My partner did one bellow the normal sweet. The drinks came out with the croffle, but we had to ask for the oreo milk cake as they have forgotten to give it to us. I would say the milk tea was very very sweet, even for my partner who has a higher sweet tolerance than me and that my mango matcha was just ok. It tasted more like milk than matcha. The croffle was very good and would order it again, but the oreo milk cake was nothing super special. It felt like a regular chocolate cake soaked in milk with cool whip on top. Overall, I have tried boba from all over the place and I felt that their drinks were lacking a bit/medicore, but I think I would need to explore more of the menu to make a concrete decision. read more

My boyfriend found this spot near us and we have been addicted to trying everything. There is an abundance of options of various drinks you could create here - milk tea and coffee - so far we have fully enjoyed everything we try. I do think the actual boba could be a bit less chewy, I ended up spitting most of it out. Don't let that deter you, their milk teas and coffees are insanely good!!! Purchased June 16, 2023; also Visited June 18, 2023. I am excited to see another Bubble Tea + Dessert combo open south of Nashville. I saw the add on Instagram for their soft opening and knew I had to try it out! Boba and Bites is within a mall I visited in VA too but I'm not sure if they're a franchise. This particular location is in the same plaza as Kroger so there isn't a need to pay for parking. On 16th, I ordered the Matcha and the Hoikado Bubble tea along with the Ube Cheese Cake and Strawberry Shortcake Desserts. I definitely recommend the matcha and strawberry shortcake! The cake was oozing out liquid like a tres leche cake, it was so delicious! It is on the sweet side and taste like the strawberry shortcake ice cream had a baby with a tres leche cake. The Ube cheesecake was good too just not for me :). It's much more dense than your typical cheese cake and taste like cheese. I know it's a 'cheese cake' but it had notes of maybe American cheese or maybe it was just a lot of original cream cheese and the Ube was drizzled on it (its sweetness was not as much as the other cake). My friend loved it but I still favored the flavor of the strawberry cake. The Hoikado tea though was sweet. I am definitely going to order it again but adjust the sweetness %. It's between a 4 & 5 star rating. Giving 4 stars for price being on the higher end for its size and the sweetness level doesn't seem to be adjustable, but honestly I know others with a sweet tooth would love it! My visit today - 18th, I came with my family. We all ordered different drinks and they liked their drinks with the same comments on lack of sweetness adjustment and there was a bit of a gritty texture for the taro drink. The Biscoff cake is my new favorite - you have to try it! The inside is beautiful! The space is large enough to fit more tables if they wanted to. There's only one gender neutral restroom with no changing table or high chairs for babies or toddlers. Customer service is good no complaints there! It's worthy of a visit if you're in the area and want a boba fix! read more

Oh my god I've been searching for a good boba place in Nashville and I've finally found it. I live 5 min away from this spot and my first drink here didn't even make it back home with me!! The boba was perfectly chewy and they got the flavor of my mango black tea boba PERFECT. The drinks only come in one size. I will probably start begging them to get those jumbo sized ones (a girl can dream). You also order your drink on the computer screens on the right side of the store which is cool. The worker there was very sweet and fast! My only wish is that they could be open 24 hours so I could have this perfect boba anytime haha read more

This is the best boba I've ever had! It's so closed and I guess that that's kinda biased, but there are so many other good reasons. I can't name them all, but I'll name a few.
