What an adorable little dessert shop in Twain Harte! We were greeted so warmly by the staff, and the bubble waffle with cookies and cream ice cream with chunks of fresh Oreos thrown in was so darn delicious. The portion size was HUGE! I love this spot! I'd had poor luck with service as of late, and the Mom and Son duo at Boba at Tiffany's (New Name!) left me soo happy and grateful to have made their acquaintance couldn't have been happier with their customer service. They were so proud of their work and were quick to offer up a sample of their churros, which were fantastic and gave me and my friend the perfect recommendations for what drink to get! Came today with the kids and we all got boba. The staff was so friendly I forgot to ask his name but he was awesome. Their boba has also gotten much better since the last time we came here, I think they got new ownership now. We sat and played games for a while it was a real treat for all of us. When I'm up here there are little to none boba or bubble tea spots to choose from but I think I just found my new favorite spot and you all should check it out too! First if all the MENU completely overwhelmed me with so many of the mix match of boba, milk teas, different types of tea, different types of boba, etc. I wish I could get one drink of everything! But being my first time I went with the one I know I'd like being the strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping jelly boba and a hint of chocolate syrup (this has become my new favorite boba combo don't knock it till you try it) lol. They also had food but since my mom was waiting for me in the car I had to be quick! The service? Literally couldn't be better! Brandon helped me and he's the BEST! Extremely kind, knowledgeable of just about everything and let me know they get their popping jelly boba all the way from Hayward! Now that's boujee no wonder it's so delicious! He also gave me a stamp card because I will ABSOLUTELY be returning as well as a sample of their fudge for my mom and I. Oh not to mention they have the cutest merch ever so I quickly snatched the last pink mini boba plushie keychain how cute!? The whole aesthetic of the place was like a dream pink cute and so detailed everywhere you looked yet well tasteful I absolutely could have hung out in there with my MacBook in their all day unbothered and just might for medical work in the future! The only boba spot here. Customer service was great! Star for that. They were all festive for Halloween and the decor was cute. The lady was giving out samples and I wish I ordered that drink! I forgot the name but it was a fall drink. The drinks that my husband and I ordered were watered down. I believe I ordered the classic milk tea and he ordered the brown sugar. The boba was cooked correctly, but sad our drinks weren't to our liking. Also sad because drinks were pretty pricey. My kids shared the chocolate brownie bubble waffle with cookies and cream ice cream. They enjoyed that of course! I like how they cut the bubble waffle into bite size pieces so my kids can eat it with ease. Overall, I give this place a 4 because of customer service and my kids devoured their dessert. 3 stars because my drinks were pricey and watered down BUT that sample drink was good. We came to The Haps on a Monday. We went into town not realizing everything was closed on Mondays, but glad we stumbled upon this place because of that. My sister and I aren't really huge boba people, but we were craving iced coffee. I ordered the iced toasted marshmallow latte with oatmilk and it was absolutely delicious. As soon as you walk in, your greeted with amazing people and customer service. The drinks are so delicious, a customer that came in saying just tea, that she didn't like boba, but left with a changed mind! Tons of flavors, popping and regular boba. My daughter requested an all pink boba drink and it was made without a second thought. I got a delicious watermelon smoothie with popping watermelon boba! Pure refreshment. Stopped here in this small town as we were passing through from our trip. It's a cute little boba shop. I went with the passionfruit redbull w/ pomegranate popping pearls, and it was just so delicious. It had real passion fruit in there, which I was pleasantly surprised. Best redbull infused drink I've ever tasted and I've had quite a few! The cashier guy could have been a bit more welcoming in tone, but I'm glad the drinks made up for it. This review is long overdue!! My husband and I visited Twain Harte for a short weekend and stumbled upon the one place for boba and I am incredibly happy we decided to walk in. We both ordered boba and sat for a bit. While waiting, we met Tiffany, the store owner who is just a ray of sunshine!! All the other reviews will tell you the same! We chatted and chatted and next thing you know it, she invites us to come back the next day for some treats. And she kept her word :) We got to know her story and she's just the sweetest who deserves it all. Coming by her place and supporting this little shop of hers will truly make your day and the tapioca they make is perfect. This was our first time trying!!! Finally!!! and it was absolutely amazing. We had wonderful service by the young man working the register. He was very helpful, kind and proud of his work. We had a Taro with homemade brown sugar boba, Arnold Palmer with popping kiwi boba and cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was absolutely delicious we can't wait to come back again very soon. This is the best Boba place around. It may be the only one but they have so much more than Boba. The food is delicious, absolutely delicious. The service is spectacular. They are all so pleasant and uplifting. I really didn't think Boba was a thing but, tell me, you it is. Since my first visit to the Haps in July of 2024 when Tiffany took ownership, I got curious and visited many, many Boba shops. In my rather large town, we have 3. I went to all of them and there is no comparison. The Haps menu and options, the food and again, the options, the atmosphere in the tiny town of Twain Harte, the service, the warmth and the friendliness is abundant. Should I go on? I could............ It is a must visit if you are ever in the area. I have a cabin in Strawberry, just 20 minutes. I go there a lot more now than I used to. They are also unhygenic, which I realized while leaving, when I saw the lady, (the only person working there) give a customer change at the register and then go straight to the kitchen to start working with the food, without washing her hands. A must stop! I regretfully forgot to take photos of our strawberry creme brûlée and banana Nutella crepes. They were warm and smelled so good that we dove right in before we realized what was happening, ha! The crepe were warm, fresh, delicious, generously sized, and very clearly lovingly made. We also grabbed a couple of lemonades and those were also delightful. I am also regretful we found this spot on our last day here, otherwise it would have been a daily stop.
