The coffee was fantastic but it was $11 with tip. The ladies that were running it were super nice.

On our way home from Yosemite last week, we decided to stop in Groveland for some lunch. I needed a…read morecaffeine fix first so we checked out Caffe Dolce Vita. The inside was cute and rustic - they even had a few items for sale like tote bags. I was excited to check out their coffee specials menu, but they were out of the Tiramisu and S'mores Lattes which was a bummer. I sort of wondered why they didn't tell us that when we asked to see their menu - I ended up ordered the Dubai Latte instead. The Dubai Latte was decent - I did like the pistachio flavor, but it was really nothing special. Overall, the drinks came out quickly and staff were friendly enough. I know they service food for breakfast and lunch like Avocado Toast, Quiche and different sandwiches. I also saw pastries and loaves of bread in their glass case. Not sure if we'd visit again, but check them out and see for yourself!

Apparently people were all about the paninis here so we ordered the chicken pesto panini, BLT and a raspberry scone. The waitress was attentive and kind and would show my kids options for scones and chips on a tray so they could choose for themselves which was a nice touch. However the scone was weirdly creamy and soft? Idk, it was just not great. Also the chicken pesto paninis were on focaccia bread which itself was good, but fell apart and the chicken was just a whole chicken breast that was bland and really hard to eat because it was so thick. The whole thing was messy and fell apart. Had to eat with a knife and fork and unfortunately it wasn't appetizing at that point. The potato salad was also really creamy which some may like but I think we prefer a less creamy, more potato-ish forward salad. My son really enjoyed his BLT though, so there's that! I may just stick to drinks if I were to return to this place unless they revamp their recipes.

We had stopped by the highway, where the view of lush greenery and rolling hills was nice. I approve! It was nice to sit on the patio watching the passing cars, and the tarp above us provided pleasant shade from the sun. My daughter and I shared the Biscuits and Gravy with scrambled eggs and sausages. The homemade biscuits were buttery and flaky--absolutely delicious. My partner and her daughter shared either a skillet or an omelet; I don't quite remember since I didn't take a picture. Regardless, we were all satisfied with our meals and ready to continue our adventure. The service was friendly and efficient. I didn't even get to check out inside the restaurant. Was there an inside? A quick tip: you'll need a key to access the restrooms. I noticed several people walk over only to discover the door was locked, so I made sure to ask for the key. According to their website, this place has a fascinating history--it once served as a miner's supply store before becoming a hotel. I believe there are still rooms available, as I noticed you can reserve cabins with twin and queen beds. While I might not stay in a cabin myself, I would definitely return for the food.

They have a good amount of seating outside as well as inside too. We ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, Priest Skillet and Kids Pancakes and Fruit. Everything was pretty good and fresh! Coffee was good too! Other menu items included Steak and Eggs, Omelets, a Breakfast Burrito, Pancakes and even French Toast. They had a decent kids menu as well. Staff were also very friendly and personable. Bathrooms needed a key since anyone off the highway can stop in and use them, but they were clean. Overall, Priest Station Cafe is a nice place to stop while on a road trip - the view is worth it! Check them out!

A little over priced, imo, since you have no server and have to grab menus, table, water, etc yourself. Order at the register, they'll bring it to you. Lots of rotating options on tap! Tried a canned wine that wasn't to my fruition palate, but they have hard Seltzer and spurs that are absolutely delicious! Like a grown up Capri sun, so refreshing. Our favorite menu options are the pretzel and the Caesar salad. I also tried the shrimp tacos, and they were good, but fairly small portion of ingredients and shrimp for the price. I haven't tried any sandwiches yet, but those look promising. Sandwiches and tacos come with chips, or you can upgrade to fries or salad. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. I've only eaten inside, but there seems to be a beer garden behind the brewery.

I like the vibes and they usually have pretty decent food. I was really excited to see that they had Beer Slushies and Non-Alcoholic Slushies on their menu. They also came in different sizes - I got a 5 oz glass of each. I loved the Beer Slushie - I even ordered another one because they were that good. My daughter also really liked the Non-Alcoholic version which was Vanilla Ice Cream and Red Starburst Slushie. For food, we ordered the Cubano Sandwich and Loaded Baked Potato with added Jalapenos. The food was okay - it was flavorful and cooked well, but there was nothing overly special about it. Our friends ordered Nachos and Fish Tacos as well which I think they enjoyed. Overall, I can't really comment on staff other than the guy at the counter that takes your order who was nice. I saw that they do events on Tuesdays like trivia and they also were advertising a fundraiser that was coming up - I like when businesses support their local community! I would definitely come back for a Beer Slushie...or three! Check them out!
