Modern, trendy, clean, and boba. When I'm not worried about my sugar liquid intake, I always get boba from here if it's convenient. This place is constantly poppin' - filled with both newcomers and loyals from day one. They serve a wide variety of boba and some pastries as well. Lots of tables, chairs, and a few couches. Bright interior with lots of natural lighting... aye, they even got reliable WiFi. Nice staff too - not that I know them or anything... I love everything about this new boba place. First, the space is open, clean and sleek with cool decor. Second, their menu is just perfect. Not too simple, not overwhelming. So cool that you can choose your own milk! We tried the Hong Kong style and the classic milk tea, and both were pretty good. Not as sweet as other places (like Cha house) but I usually get less sugar anyways. Their boba is super soft and chewy which I love. There's lots of parking, service is awesome and music is . I'm gonna be coming here a lot! read more

Bubble tea and donuts are to DIE FOR! I tried their milk tea and jasmine tea. The mochi donuts are sooooo good too. Never had anything like it and I highly recommend. The donuts are available only Saturday and Sunday. read more

Really amazing bubble tea!! Their tea is legit and not the powder type. They have extremely unique drinks (matcha with strawberry purée, and butterfly pea flower) and even offer traditional tea (tie guan yin - must try!!! Usually much more expensive tea so most shops don't offer this so you should def try this!!!) Carve out some time to visit this shop!!! Boba baba is in my list of top 3 boba places in the triangle! The classic is my favorite. The boba is consistently chewy and not super sweet. The matcha can be too sweet, but ask for less sugar. I haven't had their cream puffs or donuts yet, but I've heard good things. It's always super clean in here with lots of good photo ops. Nice place to come with friends after eating! Plenty of parking around the shopping area. read more

Yummyyyyyy. What else can I say that hasn't already been said? I confirm the balls are chewy but in a good way. The strawberry matcha seemed really common but next time I'll get my usual taro. I'm sure all the drinks are good here. Give the mochi donuts a try if you can. Usually they are out. I will come back for the cream donuts. Just a bummer they are only available during the week. read more

- A+ customer service - The space itself is clean and bright. Thought this would be just another boba shop that opened up in the Triangle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. They offer drinks that I haven't seen in the area e.g., Hojicha and Muscat Oolong. Overall, the drinks were good and the boba pearls tasted great. read more

I'm so glad that Boba Baba is here in the triangle. First of all the space is really welcoming and large. They have lots of tables to hang out at and a cute sitting area with some couches. Secondly, I love the tea. I'm not a huge fan of boba, but enjoyed their Hong Kong style milk tea. They will customize these drinks exactly how you want them, including sweetness level. Third, if you're lucky enough to be there when they have their incredible cream puffs, make sure to snag one. They have unique asian-inspired flavors like milk tea, thai tea, etc. This place is definitely happening, even late on a weeknight. Sounds like the word is out. read more

I love bubble tea! I was excited to try this new bubble tea place out. I came here on a Sunday afternoon. Parking is a bit challenging as it shares a parking lot with many businesses and an apartment complex. The space is large. It's decorated nicely--bright and clean. I had a large thai tea. It was good but not exceptional. The service was okay. I think this is a good space if you want to bring your laptop and work. Think "Starbucks atmosphere." Although I am new to the Boba scene, I've learned quickly from a resident expert on how to recognize the quality of excellent boba pearls, delicious fruit teas, and great milk teas. I am so excited that Boba Baba is in my neighborhood. The boba spot boasts an open floor plan with generous seating, great music, and lots of windows for beautiful natural lighting. The day of their soft opening, we tried eight of their menu items. All were excellent. It was honestly hard to choose a favorite, but my top three are the Strawberry Matcha Latte, Thai Tea, and the Butterfly Fresca. The latter is a refreshing fruit tea made of strawberry purée, jasmine tea, lemonade, and butterfly tea. These three drinks are not only a treat for the taste buds, but they are also beautiful. Boba baba is a nice addition to this area. There's a stark difference in the ambiance from this place compared to other Boba places I've been too. This would be a perfect space to work remotely or study because they have big tables and a good amount of seating. I had the lavender earl grey tea with boba. I was in the area treating myself to my favorite korean hot dog from H Mart when I thought to myself, you know what? If I'm gonna treat myself, let me REALLY treat myself and I googled the closest boba spot to me and Boba Baba happens to be only a few minutes away and the reviews and pictures looked great! The spot that I frequent regularly, Quickly, offers a variety of bobas but doesn't come close to the really interesting combinations on Boba Baba's menu. I was intrigued by the photos showing rainbows of colors, drinks almost too pretty to swallow, and things I've never heard of before like butterfly pea tea and strawberry matcha. I always stick to the same thing, a mango tea with boba so I decided to take a tiny step out of my comfort zone and try their butterfly mango fresca, mango tea with jasmine and butterfly pea tea. Service was fast and friendly and if you sign up before you place your order for their rewards program, you get a free size upgrade! My drink was so pretty, I had to snap a photo. But it tasted even better than it looked. That familiar sweet mango citrus with a hit of jasmine was so delicious! The boba was perfectly sweet and chewy just how I like it. I'm not in this area often, but whenever I am, I'll be sure to swing by and try some of their other amazing looking drinks! read more

Stopped by here to get a quick drink before heading on the road. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and cute! There are some tables set up inside and they have free WiFi, so there were definitely some students from nearby universities taking advantage of that! The Thai tea was excellent, service was not. Had to wait 20 min for my 16oz Thai tea with boba. The rest of the drinks that were being served looked really pretty as well, not sure about the flavor but I can say my Thai tea was one of the best I've had! The filled donuts looked really interesting and if I'm ever back in the area I will definitely check those out!!! read more

I'm from California which has a TON of milk tea places. Boba places have been scares here. I've been to Milk lab and the milk tea place inside Morgan street which are watered down trash. Thankfully I found this place to satisfy my craving for milk tea. Only had the Thai tea and the Hong Kong milk tea and both were so good! read more

Phenomenal bubble tea. What else can I say but wow. The strawberry matcha latte is as close to Boba Guys as I can find around here, and none of their other teas comes close. It'll cost you a pretty penny, but it's way more worth it then other bubble teas in the Triangle. read more

Hands down the best boba shop in the triangle! I've been to all the other boba places in the area and this one is the best in terms of quality and taste! To be honest, this is even better than the boba shops in California! My husband and I stopped in here tonight after seeing raving reviews. We had previously lived in a city that had a really great milk tea shop so I was a bit nervous that this wouldn't live up to the hype - I am so glad I was wrong! We both asked the man working what his favorites were and went with those - a Hong Kong milk tea for my husband and a strawberry matcha latte for me. I remember when they first opened locations in the Bay Area in places like San Francisco and San Jose, and I would gladly make the trek just to shop there. I've never been disappointed. The stores are always clean, organized, and full of incredible food options. What really makes H Mart special, though, is that it's more than just a grocery store--it's an experience. Inside this massive market, you'll find a bakery, authentic Korean food stalls, and restaurant-quality meals being made fresh. It's honestly amazing to walk into a grocery store and have access to food that tastes like it came straight from a restaurant kitchen. Because I travel frequently for work across the Southeast--covering a pretty large region--I'm always on the lookout for an H Mart whenever I'm near one. I've been lucky to have access to locations like Cary, North Carolina, and the one in Buford outside Atlanta, which serves a large and vibrant Asian community. Whenever I'm within a reasonable driving distance--usually within about 10 miles--I make a point to stop in and enjoy a delicious, authentic Korean meal that's made to order and very reasonably priced. I've brought friends and colleagues with me, and they've all been blown away by the food stalls. My personal go-to: * LA galbi (Korean short ribs)--if it's on the menu, I'm ordering it * All the little banchan side dishes--I absolutely love them * Fresh seafood options, including live crab and fish that can be cleaned and prepared for you * A stop at the bakery for dessert--think croissant donuts, almond pastries, or a beautiful layered crepe cake Some locations--even the ones I visited years ago on the West Coast--would steam or fry seafood for you right there, which makes dinner incredibly convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the cleanliness. This store truly rivals places like Whole Foods in terms of organization and quality, even while handling live seafood. The parking lots are typically spacious, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. I also love browsing the aisles for specialty ingredients you can't find everywhere. For example, they carry my favorite laksa noodles, which remind me of a Malaysian dish I fell in love with while visiting a friend in Mauritius. It's always fun to discover unique items like that. The staff--both in the grocery store and at the food stalls--are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Bottom line: If you're anywhere near Cary, North Carolina--or even the Buford, Georgia area--do yourself a favor and make a beeline to H Mart. As a lifelong foodie, I truly believe: Life is too short not to eat well.
