Stopped by for after dinner boba! They have fat drink cups. There is parking but it does get a bit busy. There are tables inside to enjoy your drinks. We got a lychee yogurt drink and a passion fruit green tea. The yogurt is like a yakul drink so much lighter. We also got the tea less sweet so we were able to discern the tea. I thought this place was decent. I wasn't too big on the milk tea, it wasn't very unique in flavor. The boba was pretty on par with many other shops. I did however enjoy their fruit teas. They had a variety. Service was very friendly and they were super quick to make the order. I just wish the amazing service matched the product. Again, its NOT bad... but it's not great. I wouldn't go out of my way to try this spot but I will likely go again because this area is somewhat of a "dry boba area" lol.. The place itself is a bit darker and has a few places to sit but I wouldn't particularly hangout in there due to the dim lighting and bust lot. This tea house is in a vey busy street corner and has limited parking but if you're willing to park on the street than it should be a breeze. read more

The ube taro at 50% sweet is the perfect balance of sugar and ube taste. No watered-down feel, just flavors. Boba was decent but I did come at a non-busy time so it wasn't as fresh, nothing wrong here. Dragonfruit lemonade at 100% was too sweet for my taste, I had to ask for water to water it down lmao. It's good but I tasted almost no dragonfruit. And like the cashier said, it was more of a mango syrup-based drink. Rainbow jelly and the chunk of fruits were a nice touch. There were a variety of games to play (no ID required) on the rack by the counter, cleaner and newer than some boba shops. Employees were accommodating, friendly, and informative about the menu items. All in all, great ambiance if you're into the basement pub vibes like Factory Tea Bar, granted this is a pretty small boba shop. Stopped by on my journey for the best boba in the valley to realize I have been years ago. The parking lot is very small, best to find street parking. Shop is a little dark and not much for decor. They do offer a good size menu and highlight their best sellers and seasonal drinks, as well as offer packaged snacks and games for customers hanging out. Staff wasn't very talkative but served the drinks quickly. We ordered the Earl grey milk tea and classic milk tea, both pretty good with soft tasty boba! read more

Definitely a hole in the wall! We drove by a couple times and actually had a hard time finding it because it's in a small corner and the signage was just a small banner. We got one kcal the fruit teas and ube milk tea. The fruit tea had tons of fruit and was refreshing on a summer day. The ube milk tea had lots of ube flavor and not too sweet.
