Not what I was expecting when I showed up. The plaza is quite small and we got lucky with a spot right in front. I asked for a regular milk tea only to be told "you mean house tea?" And I felt dumb lol. Boba was smaller than I expected. More like mini boba rather than regular tapioca sized boba. And it wasn't the best tasting milk tea but not terrible. Felt very fast food boba. They're regular size was a small and their large was a regular from what I'm used to tbh. So I went with a large size. Dumplings were good. A bit oily. When I bit into the first one a bunch of oil came out and it did kill my appetite a bit but I powered through as many as I could. It was nice and fresh inside with seating. I saw someone order a bunch of sandwiches so I wonder if I should have tried those. They looked real good! read more

This place has some of the best Thai tea in the valley! I have been to many different boba shops and Thai restaurants and this one is always consistently good. It's not overly biter and they adjust the sweetness level to your liking. I highly recommend checking this spot out if you are ever in the mood for Thai tea. My only complaint and reasoning for giving them 4 starts instead of 5 is that they charge way too much for "no ice". I was charged an additional $2 for omitting the ice. This is the best boba place in Burbank. They make sandwiches here. My favorite is their pastrami on croissant bread. You also have the option of bagel or French roll for your sandwiches. Great Lychee flavor in the tea, there were even really Lychee fruit pieces in the drink, and the boba was fresh and mini sized. Pretty average boba spot but with some interesting drinks on the menu. I just went with my typical lychee green tea. I read this place might be on the sweeter side so I ordered 25% sweet and it was pretty spot on and I liked the little lychee bits in there. There is usually just the one nice lady making all the drinks so it kinda takes awhile to get your drink. I wish they moved their blenders to the back since they are super loud, so trying to talk to my friend while they made back-to-back-to-back blended drinks was really hard. Otherwise a no-frills spot. The fries were pretty fresh and good but kinda expensive at $7. Mostly all of the parking spots in this tiny plaza are labeled as 20 min only but we were able to park there for longer. read more

The service was horrible at this location! The workers barely looked at you while you spoke, were not flexible. One lady was nice, and explained the extra charge for the add ins that caused a miscommunication. However, when I went back into the store a few seconds later, I spoke to another worker, (probably the manager) and asked if I could just get a side of boba so I could add it into my boba I already purchased. The add in was 65cents, and I brought a dollar. So I was ready to pay. He was not polite at all, and he actually was the one who didn't look at me. Hands down one of my favorite Vietnamese coffees. It is strong and balanced with a hint of condensed milk. Their honey boba is also a bit smaller than most and has a really nice chewy and bouncy texture. We also tried their Thai milk tea and it was very good. I've only had the green juice, but I love that they serve freshly squeezed natural juices with no sugar added. The green juice was delicious and felt better drinking some nutrients than sugar and caffeine. Great service, friendly and I love the music inside, which reminds me so much of being in Thailand. I couldn't taste the ube :( actually I couldn't taste the coffee either, I think the drink overall just wasn't for me. It was very sweet and maybe the ube and coffee didn't mix well together. The menu is fairly large for a boba spot (a bunch of food options!), so I was hopeful when coming in. However, I only ordered drinks - the galaxy & the Cambodian red lime. Just a disclaimer - I think someone would like these drinks but it's not for me. That being said, I think these are well crafted & made. The galaxy was the better of the 2. To me, it tasted quite medicinal at first because it had an artificial cherry flavor but it mellows out once you keep drinking. The Cambodian red lime had nutmeg (or cinnamon?) in it which I wasn't expecting in a tea drink. It was good, just not for me. I think this place is pretty good if you're in the area! I like that they're taking risks & making flavors that you can't find anywhere else. Their flavors are quite niche but I know someone will definitely find their signature drink here. Nice little boba place that you haven't heard of. Had the avocado shake, with boba, and the Plassionfruit slush. Passion fruit slush was very flavorful the entire time, and it has trash passion fruit seeds in it meaning they're using the actual fruit when making the product. Avocado shake was also yummy, better than I expected. Also tried the shrimp, which was fairly basic, but it's a nice little side option to have at a boba shop. Service was fast and efficient.
