For our dining pleasure, we went with our favorite dishes and beverages - Ají de Gallina, the Callejero ceviche, and of course a few pisco sours. Although some might consider the prices on paper to be high, I think the prices are fair in terms of portion sizes and quality of the food. Overall, I thought the service was fine. However, I was a little annoyed that we learned about the prix fixe brunch, which includes three courses for $34, after we placed our orders and started eating. While eating, I noticed that other folks at the bar where ordering from a different menu, and the server let me know that they were ordering from the brunch menu. So, I'm thinking that the other bartender forgot to give us both the brunch menu and regular menu when we sat down. Regarding parking, I do not think the restaurant has its own parking, but there is street parking and plenty of parking garages in the area. If you are not familiar with the area, you may want to look up some garages before heading out because the prices can range from a couple of bucks per hour to $7+ per hour. I have a feeling that we'll return to this location - mainly as a way to avoid dealing with the rigamarole of commuting to DC and dealing with DC-related traffic and shenanigans.

It was a nice pile of delicately cooked eggs, but I wished there was more garlic Boursin flavor. Still really good. It came with salad greens in a light vinaigrette, sauteed mushrooms, and avocado. Very nice dish. They have a serve-yourself water station and, though they bring out your order to your table, you must go get your cutlery and napkins. I was told this charge does not go to the waiter but is instead shared with other staff (busser, host, etc.), and that customers are expected to leave an additional tip for the server. I initially left a 20% tip because I did not notice the automatic 18% service charge. To make matters worse, I was initially given the wrong receipt, which added to the confusion. When I realized the service charge had already been included and asked for the extra tip to be removed, the waiter told me he does not receive any portion of the 18% charge. I asked whether the expectation was for customers to leave a total of 38%, and I was told that is how it works at this restaurant and in Washington DC. I found the billing and tipping process confusing and misleading. I won't be back.
