I've been wanting an açaí bowl without the trouble of having to drive far for one and now I have one! I'm so excited I found out Boba Fresca serves them and they are reasonably priced! I went in for one, ordered a small with strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, coconut, granola, chia, peanut butter and all together it totaled to $9- I was elated! The bowl was delicious, it satisfied my craving and it's now in my radar for local spots to support! The service was okay, I wasn't greeted when I walked in. The girl simply took my order, made my bowl, I wished her a good day and she moved on to the next people. The place is small, very small, it can't fit more than 3 (if that) at a time. I went in there and ask if I can use the restroom. The curly hair boy behind the counter told me it was for customer only. So I told him I'll order when I come back out. Then he told me the bathroom was closed, like it doesn't work. Which is it? I still order a boba drink because that's what I was going to do. But this boy's customer service really suck. Not even a thank you after giving me the drink. Been there a year ago, before the previous owner sold it. It was good service and the girls behind the counter were friendlier than this thin boy. I went in the other day to find out the only guy who ever helped me (Tony) and seemed like he was the only person who ever worked at this place was not there any more! Instead.. there is a girl who acts like it's really hard for her to help anyone. She was not friendly, did not thank us for our purchase. This is not the same service I would get from the nice kid Tony. It still is a good place for a quick inexpensive boba fix.. but I will not be going back until they get some friendly people who can deal with the public. Not a big fan. I got the iced coffee boba. Taste was good, but my whole cup was filled to the top with ice. So much so that I barely could get any of the boba because all the ice was getting in the way. So now I'm left with a cup full of ice and boba, no drink.
