    Green Tea Coconut Infusions

The staff is always so pleasant and sweet when I visit. Today I had their Green Tea Coconut infusion. The drink is just the right amount of sweet. Many people add honey, but I like it without any modifications. Perfect beverage on a summer day!

As one who loves hojas enough to go daily. Lately it has been such a mess. I order online many times and had to go back in a lot due to items missing. And don't get me started on their crappy cup holders!! No "sorry" will suffice when I need to get my car cleaned from spilled drinks that fall from the bottom of the cup holder.

I've been coming to Hoja's for years! My go to drinks are the Lemongrass Bouquet (hot or iced), House Chai (best chai I've ever had in my life) and Coconut Cold Brew... I believe the owner went to culinary school so I'm not surprised that the food items are tasty as well. I like the Stinky Bagel and the Tuna Sandwich but they have tons of other items and pastries on the menu. This location is probs the best one for parking, but I have been to the San Pedro and have gone to the fried chicken place next to the one in Long Beach. Service can take a bit for beverages if you go during rush hour, but I do recall they use Toast so you can order ahead Online and pick up at the counter. There's ample seating inside, but sometimes the heat is turned up a little too high for my taste in the winter so I'll sit on the patio where there are several tables. They also cater events. I went to a women's tea at Lifted Fellowship church down the street years ago and they served their teas there. If you love tea, cute cafes, supporting local small business and fellow believers, then you should go here!

I suggest getting the White Tea Blend! It has creamy yet floral notes and the coconut flavor adds depth. My friend got the Ruby Rose which is on the more citrusy and brighter side, I'd suggest that if you prefer teas similar to hibiscus. My friend raves about this spot and I've enjoyed my drinks both times I've stopped in. They have unique, interesting and elevated takes on tea. I'm not from the area but I'll def be stopping in whenever I'm around!

This place is one of the spots that, whenever I'm back in South Bay, I HAVE to go because I miss it so much and there's nothing like it in the Bay Area! If you're a fan of tea and especially coconut, everything on this menu will be a hit. I'm pretty sure I've tried every single drink here lol but my favorites are the white tea blend, lemongrass bouquet, and their chais. You really can't go wrong with their drinks though, and the food and pastries are also delicious. Shoutout to the workers in the kitchen especially because they do a great job and truly provide for our community. It's always nicely decorated inside and there is outside seating as well, making this the perfect spot for doing work, hanging with a friend, or just stopping by for a treat. Big hojas fan and regular!

Placed an order online, bread was hard and black. Extremely burned and spinach missing.

    Chefs bagel

Chefs bagel is pretty good and they definitely didn't skimp out on caramel sauce for caramel macchiato if anything they might have put too much, it is more on sweeter end.

This place never disappoints. Can't go wrong with the House Chai or a Tasty Nutty with coconut milk.

You can genuinely taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every sandwich. Mine was packed with flavor, generously sized, and left me completely satisfied. I also love that it's tucked inside a liquor store. It's a unique setup, and it's incredibly convenient because you can grab drinks, chips, or any other snacks while you're there. Even though they're relatively new, I truly believe CHACHI'S will be around for a long time if they continue making sandwiches at this level. They've clearly focused on doing one thing exceptionally well. If you're thinking about grabbing lunch, skip the corporate chains for a day and support a local business instead. Places like this are the heartbeat of our communities, and they deserve to succeed. I'll definitely be back 10/10 experience Tell your friends about it. Either way, the new Chachi's at 1436 W 25th St, San Pedro, CA 90732 is now in soft opening, open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you didn't know, Chachi's started as a popup inside a convenience store at 28th St and Pacific Ave. This 25th St once housed a nationally branded sandwich shop, but now Chachi's has taken over. The buildout probably took longer than the owners would have liked, but it's finally open. If you visited the original location, the menu remains the same, and the food tastes just as good as before. I enjoy Italian sandwiches, and switching up where I get them keeps things interesting. Chachi's Torpedo is a great interpretation, with a taste and texture that really stands out.

And the food from here was expensive in taste, and not costly either. What I want to eventually say, is that this place has unique pizza flavors, excellent service, moderate prices, and eye-catching ecore that makes the wait for the take-out order seem less, cause one can distract themselves with the cartoons on the wall. Preapre the brick pizza oven a review will be baked that honors this place with robust prose. I was celebrating a friend's birhtday. And the day got gone, without me really placing attention to the food I was going to honor him with. I had been invited to this place in the past (a Yelp experience) and I found the food good enough to remember. So I trusted that this place would somehow deliver cheese and sauce goodness to honor someone I consider a brother, from another mother. And to be honest, this place was close enough to be a choice option. But now the relatively closeness to this place is a plus, the food is the reason why I am going to go back. I surveyed the menu and I decided to do the Sausage Hunter, without the mushrooms. I realized that Sausage Hunter could be a name of a movie about a cougar gone wild. And the pizza was fantastic. The main flavor pop was the sausage. It provided meaty flavor and the fennel elevated the taste to Mozza-like quality. Not that this place can compete with Mozza that is not the point. More like the pizza of this place was unique enough to be called gourmet like the type you find at Mozza. And the pizza here was more accessbile in taste, price point, and does not require one wear shoes. One can enter here in sandals. I do not think I can do that at Mozza. Maybe. I won't try though. This place does not do itself justice with its name. Perhaps it can be called Piccini Gourment pizza to-go. Regardless, the pizza was a standout: White sauce, dollops of pesto, parmessean, mozzarella, and care. Hopefully one can see that these ingredients are not run of the mill pepperoni and olives. Even writing them seemed decadent and like I had enter a Nonna's kitchen on the eve where she was cooking for her only grandaughter's wedding. On this day, the sauce had to be white, in case she spilled it, it would match the dress. Imagine if she spilled red sauce on her white gown? Nonna's know what suace to make for each day. Since I rushed through my day I did not have time to buy plates, napkins, and forks for the mini party i was hosting. And yet I had a cake to provide to someone and also this pie. So I asked one of the workers, in a hushed whisper, do you mind providing me extra plates, and forks and napkins. And she was like how many? Anhe md I with a feeling of guilt I said 15. My inner person cringed. I got ready for the no, perhpas delivered in an italian accent. And the person who helped me said, I got you, with happy conviction. She did not make me feel like an ogre who pillaged a village of its straw and pitchforks to give utensils and comfortable seating for his ogre friends when he forgot to purchase these items on the way to the pit where the party was being held. Her behavior was attentive past the line of service. It was no wonder her name was Precious. I took a clip of the mural. It looked like a serious artist painted with crayons. It showed gelato and people about to kiss while racing to the center of a spaghetti strand. It had many things to see and wonder about while you waited like I said at the start of the review. So there was thought here, I think. What can stimulate people while they wait for their pizza besides their phone? Colorful images. It works with kids and cartoons. Why not with customers waiting for their pizza? This place will be on the rotation when i want pizza.
