My son got the watermelon slush, it's not real fruit, taste like jolly ranchers. I didn't try anyone else's drink, but my wintermelon oolong tea with herbal jelly was very good. So happy to see a boba shop in Lynn. The interior is super cute! Kudos to their decor. Wasn't greeted when I walked in, there was only one other customer in the shop where I entered. And three workers. Took them over 5 minutes to finally assist/greeted me, but that's fine. I was feeling super patient and it didn't bother me. Parking can be a hassle too, you can be lucky to find parking around the shop but it's also public street parking for other shops on that block. Love their options, however I wish their smoothies were made with fresh fruits, at least it wasn't powdered! It was actually made with fruit flavored syrups. So the drink tasted artificial. :/ Their mango yogurt was alright. I liked their boba, their boba was slightly sweet and chewy. Also got the matcha milk tea, was okay. Overall, I would come back if I'm craving milk tea. Other than that, I'll make my smoothies at home and hold off on the yogurt drink. read more

I like their bubble tea, but I am not sure why it is so difficult for them to make nutritional and specifically allergy information available to customers, they clearly know the ingredients. Too often bubble tea drinks are advertised as non dairy and actually made with dairy, but I have no idea what their drinks contain since this information is nowhere to be found. read more

I've ordered from here a handful of times. Every visit I'm greeted with friendly staff and orders fulfilled in a timely manner. My go-tos are their mango green tea with boba & lychee jelly or their brown sugar milk tea with boba. Prices are fair compared to other boba locations especially in the Boston area. There are multiple flavor of milk tea, and tea here. More importantly, you can choose your own bubbles and toppings. The mango popping bubbles I tried were delicious and popped right away in the mouth. The jasmine green tea tasted fine, but I'd love to try more milk teas next time. read more

They have a large variety of drinks and desserts to choose from and they are all very appealing. Great display and decoration. Their toppings are good, their boba texture is good but had no flavor. We got a matcha shaved ice, and blueberry green tea with boba. They were terrible - very bland, not creamy, waste of money. On top of that the customer service was not good. When we entered we were not greeted and they were busy taking orders on the phone or filling orders from apps. They didn't even bother to ask us to wait. While the employee did wear a face mask, her nose was exposed. She also didn't think to speak louder knowing that there's a mask and a barrier between her and the customer. We had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I suggest they display a full menu on their windows so people can look at it while waiting outside. They have a sign that says due to covid they only allow 1 customer at a time, we (2) came in, then a group of 3 came in, then another pair of people walked in, and no one said anything. read more

Located on a corner in downtown Lynn. There is no parking lot, street parking only. Parking is tough as there are alot of businesses and a courthouse. You will most likely have to circle the block or park up the street somewhere. They make smoothies, snow ice(shaved iced), fresh tea, fruit tea, and milk tea. They also sell macaroons for 2.50 each. I was not impressed with the macaroons. They were pretty hard and the flavor of the few I tried were not very good at all. I also tried a passion fruit smoothie which was really good. I would definitely return for another. In my opinion the snow ice is over priced @ 4.50 a cup without toppings. The customer service could be better . I went in the middle of February (A strange time, I know) and it was super quick service! I got mango shaved ice and a honeydew melon milk tea with lychee jelly. It was absolutely delicious! It was nice and warm, the cashier was extra kind to us and held a small conversation while we ordered. We ordered 6 different drinks and the place had already ran out of black pearls so we got charged .75 for every replacement we also got charged two large hot drinks even though there's only one size for hot drinks? Who charges a large if there's only one standard size according to them.. there was only "one size" but there was visibly another size for hot drinks right behind them. Just double check Your receipts and size.. also asked for a almond milk replacement and they stated they had some but they couldn't make my drink with it for some reason? Wonderful addition to the city of Lynn. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. I've visited a handful of times and each one phenomenal. They provide an area to sit down and relax. Even have two high heel shoe chairs for all your instagram worthy photo ops. Lol. The tea selection is excellent and they have plenty of options to choose from. The ones that I've tried so far were delicious. Super easy to customize your drinks. They have been consistent in making it exactly the way I request each time. 30% sugar and less ice, my personal preference. I do enjoy coffee milk tea and coconut milk tea the best. They carry a decent variety of toppings as well, including chia seeds. Prices aren't too bad considering the size and price of other competitors. Went here after dinner with my bf. He ordered oolong with aloe and lychee jelly no sugar lg less ice. Mine was brown sugar milk tea with the same jellies as the bf. I regret getting my drink because I watched the lady put a scoopful of powder into my drink. They didn't use real cream or milk etc. just powder. I drank it and I got so bloated that my stomach hurts. His oolong tea was extremely watered down. No taste whatsoever. Kudos for the Cambodian ladies opening the shop in Lynn . Its absolutely over the top thrilling that the city now has a real bubble tea store! The owners are super friendly, efficient. The store is bright,cheery and very clean. This time we also ordered the egg bubble waffles and they were delicious, as we've never had them and saw them on a youtube video. Atmosphere is very nice with a sheek modern look. The tea here is what really makes this place stand out, unlike Kung Fu tea where I find the taste of tea to be masked by the over abundance of milk. Here you can actually taste the tea and it's full of flavor, with an excellent amount of toppings to choose from, and ways to customize your milk tea.
