Boba tea and pizza are still good even when they're not. But thankfully this wasn't the case and it was just good. The flavor is very sweet (just how I like it) and the boba seemed kinda freshly made so it was warm as you can see on the picture how they just seem to fade into the much fresher tea. The employees are nice and friendly. Like most of the franchises in other cities they seem to always runout of flavors or ingredients so it's good to ask if they have something available before you get your hopes up high. Lines do get long in busy weekends so also heads up on that. What else can I say. I love me some boba tea so of course I recommend it while you're out shopping away some bad emotions or just getting your pedometer some work. Provecho! read more

Was craving boba and this place hit the spot! We got My Thai (Thai tea) and Jazzie (golden tea with brown sugar and cream) and they both pretty standard tasting. Staff were super friendly! This place is located inside the mall so is a little hard to find if you're not from the area. I parked outside of Barnes and Noble and it was a pretty short walk. Our family is no stranger to Boba Tea. Our son introduced it to us after he discovered it on a trip to Brussels and we were like, that sounds weird and can't be good. Were we wrong. We were so happy to hear that boba tea was coming to the mall and now we stop in every time we are there. The Boba Tea company has their own spin on boba tea and honestly it's the best I've had. Be forewarned that the menu can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to boba tea. But the staff is helpful and they also have menus you can take home. I have tried a different one almost every time and have never been disappointed. The drinks are a little pricey but I would highly recommend giving it a try and see what it's all about read more

I lived in Albuquerque for a bit and loved going to this place in the mall. I'm so glad they brought it down here to the mesilla valley. They have a variety of drinks with cool combinations. There's so many options on the menu, it can be overwhelming at first. This is great to sip on while you shop or to take home and enjoy. I was just refused service since I was not wearing a mask. How horrible to treat s guest that way. I really love your beverages. Sadly I will not return with my business after this incident. If you want a boba tea that is toooo sweet like drinking condensed milk with a cup of sugar, this is your place. I have been here a couple of times and this location is not as good as the others I have been to. Also the customer service skills are lacking as well. Nasty. read more

Update: I was successful in getting our boba tea. They were excellent, and the young woman, who was the only one there it seems, was quick and efficient. Now COVID may have something to do with the miscommunication in hours but they are really good. I do recommend this place, just be cautious calling ahead! It started yesterday when my husband and I went to get some boba after three long months. Their screens were not on and only one worker was getting their boba prepped. We waited in line for almost a half hour and there was still not much happening. We decided to give up and try this morning before work. My husband called ahead and asked if they were serving this morning. Whoever answered the phone was really snippy and snapped at him "We don't open till 11." Yet, on their google and Facebook states they are open at 10. In fact their google still says 9. Then hung up. Once they get their ducks in a row then maybe we will go back. But after the unprofessional behavior? It would need to be a spectacular service. At this point though, we may be better off making our own. read more

Definitely the best boba in Las Cruces. I've been to the one in Albuquerque, so I was super excited when this one was opening! Very good boba, the service is good. The employees are very patient. My boba was extremely subpar. I am very disappointed with the sweetness to tea ratio of the beverage. Would never repeat again. Service was adequate. The menu was unbearably confusing with me having to stand there for 10 minutes to attempt to understand the flavors. How hard is it to order a regular coconut boba! yesterday me and my boyfriend went to get my favorite boba drink here at boba tea company, the girl who helped us was extremely rude! she was short with glasses and short hair, she would cut me off and she would sigh when i was trying to order, she threw the straws when she called on our order, I understand if people are having bad days but like that was too much specially when we didnt do anything to her, on top of that the drinks she made were discusting, i got a sly chai with coconut creamer, the drink was so thick in the amout of cinnamon powder she put in, it was so bitter and unpleasan i was really disappointed because everytime im there my drink is so good:( read more
