I've passed by this place many times over the years and I finally stopped by for a drink. I've had boba/milk tea only once before and after some consideration, it's not my kind of drink. I got a large milk tea with boba and it tasted alright but it came in a skinny cup that was mostly filled with ice. I don't think this was worth $7.50 (I also left an additional $1 tip just to be nice). A regular size without the boba would have been around $6 but that's still a lot to pay for what you get. read more

My daughter and I visit Boba shops everywhere and she commented, "wow, that's the first Drive-Thru Boba place we've been too!" 2. Tasty, we ordered 6 drinks: 1 Phin Coconut Coffee, 2 Taro (Ube) Milk Teas, 1 Osiria (blend of Strawberry puree with Matcha) boba added, 1 Coconut Smoothie and 1 Mango Smoothie. EVERYTHING was tasty! Nothing watered down, Nothing too milky (their measurements allowed for the main taste to be enjoyed. 3. Cup sizes were either Regular or Upsized to Large. 4. Ice..... nowadays, many check if the ice filtration is clean. Thus, on Tik Tok many order "no ice". This place will easily do "Easy Ice", "no ice" or your preference where you know, you're paying for the drink itself while health conscious of clean ice. 5. Parking is plentiful. 6. Cost is affordable, the majority of the drinks are $6.35 and under for regular size unless you order their Mangonada, Sakura or Frappe (Blended) Drinks those prices are higher at $6.50 and up. 7. Service Employees are quick. However, they do double duty at Drive Thru and Indoor service, therefore you may have a wait as well. We waited about 3-4 minutes as they served a drive thru customer and once they began our drinks it was less than 5 minutes for all 6 of us. 8. Added cost to upsize is .50 Cons: None, it is a clean, tasty and wonderful staff. Cost is what people can come in daily to buy to keep this business going. Would we return? Absolutely because the taste ultimately is what we go for and price. Is this place using fresh fruits, organic and so forth? Of that, I can't say as I had their Phin Coffee. I tried the Osaria Tea and enjoyed it. And, children in general won't mind if it is powder or not. Truly, I don't know, ask them? This place has all of that. Great area as well. Best boba tea place I had here in town! The bobas are nice and chewy and don't fall apart, poppers are refreshing, and the jelly are my favorite (they are like if you were to mix of the texture of the bobas and the favors of the poppers together). Not only are the drinks very good, but they are gorgeous and you can customize them any way you would like with add ons. There is also many different options of drinks to choose from and seasonal drinks! The service is always very friendly and if you have any questions they are always welcome to help. Also I recommend getting the lotas boba tea app so you can order ahead, easier to customize your drinks, and you get points each time you order that add up to get free drinks! I swear I go there like almost all the time because my family and I love lotas and you should definitely give them a try! We decided to go to Lotus Boba Tea to get a drink to help us cool off from the spicy food we just had for lunch. This boba shop is one of the only ones I've seen that has a drive through lane. While we didn't use it, I found it to be pretty unique. We only got one drink to share: Lotus Special Milk Tea, Less Sweet, Large ($6.40) - This drink comes with boba and custard pudding. Less sweet was still super sweet and tasted like I was drinking candy. There was no tea taste or astringency at all to balance the sugar. The drink itself was a bit chalky and powdery, like it was made from powder. The pudding was standard - almost all boba places use standard suppliers for pudding. The boba was cooked well and had a good chew., maybe a slight bit soft, but pretty good overall. Honestly, I didn't like the drink overall and ended up throwing it out after struggling to finish half of it. Maybe the other drinks here are better? I'm not sure I would go to Lotus again even if I lived in the area. read more

There is no shortage of Boba places in my native San Gabriel Valley, Southern California. Pretty sure I could put on a blindfold and throw a softball in any direction where I live, and land within spitting distance of a place that wax-seals the tops of their six dollar drinks. So during our 2022 Cross Country roadtrip, we were not surprised at our first stop in Las Cruces to see a boba joint (yes, we drove more than 700 miles our first day, Mildred.) Somehow the kids talk to us into it, so we went inside, not brave enough to try to navigate the drive through with a large truck and camper trailer. Everyone in my family got their usual orders: I got a traditional boba nai cha; my boys got that brown sugary thing because their milk teas can never be too sweet, my daughter got some weird pink fruity thing with Boba, and my wife got something that after one sip, she decided she didn't like as much as mine, so we traded. happens every time. The drinks were good, boba had a good chew to it, and they didn't go overboard on the ice like some places... You know the ones, where are you take two sips and your drink is empty there's nothing left in there but a whole cup of ice and Boba at the bottom. Do they call it bubble tea here? I don't know. We were only in New Mexico for one day on this trip, so I guess I'll have to ask them the next time we're there. read more

This is a nice place. A little confusing on where to go to order, but small enough to catch on. I ordered the Sunrise Red Bulk drink and my wife ordered a green tea w/mango flavor and mango popping boba. She liked loved it. I'm not a fan of coconut, but the sunrise drink was really good. It was sweet with a hint of coconut. Perfect combination of flavors. Good service. Suggestion to customers. It would be good to look at their website to see what's inside the drinks. read more

I enjoyed this place a lot because it never seems to run out of boba like other places. Might just be lucky, though. The drink itself is pretty refreshing and sweet. The size pretty good. Sometimes the line in the drive thru can be a bit long but the orders seem to come out fast enough. In order to avoid the big line we opted to go inside and that's when we notice maybe the drive thru wasn't as bad of a wait. Because the service was not the best. We waited a while to have our receipt handed to us to sign and they almost forgot one of our orders which they proceed to slam on the table when it was ready. They sure caught our attention with that. Being that busy can take a toll on the employees so I can see it could be a circumstantial occurrence. Why did I ever sleep on coming here?? This was one of the best Matcha Boba Teas I have ever had. My son got the strawberry mango slushie and he LOVED it. Gave it a 10/10. I've always gotten my drinks with light ice or no ice due to my teeth sensitivity and I've never had an issue until I came here. They filled up my drink less and 3/4 because of the missing ice.
