The drink I got was a regular milk tea which was $6.50, again a little on the pricey side considering the cost of the boba. My husband usually will get a Thai tea but when he saw that the price was $6.95 for a Thai tea not including boba, he didn't even want a drink, it would've been $8 for his drink. Crazy. As I continued to wait without being acknowledged, I approached two gentlemen who were prepping food. I explained my situation, and one of them looked at an open bag on the counter that contained the same item I had ordered earlier, saying, "Oh, here you go." I asked if they could remake the order since the food was cold, and I wasn't sure when it had been prepared. They both displayed an attitude, and one of them proceeded to make my order without wearing gloves, handing me the bacon without packaging it in a larger bag. When I asked for a bag, he handed a flat bag to his coworker, who then gave it to me to package my food. The lack of professionalism and disregard for proper handling issues is unacceptable and this was not the first time I've had a problem at this location.
