I asked for extra cheese and I wanted chicken added to those. I think we got some boneless wings and some bone in wings and some fried pickles when I got back to my place of work and unpackaged the food and started distributing it to the people. I noticed that there was like seven pickle chips that I paid 999 for and then my nachos had zero chicken, barely any cheese overloaded with jalapeños and half of a small container of hot sauce. This is just insane to me that people work so hard for their money and we try to pay for a service and it feels like we're getting ripped off! I decided to call in hopes that maybe they would fix my order. I was even willing to drive, but the gal told me that "I should have checked my order before I left" I was shocked, especially considering I tipped 20%. I'm always a good tipper, but this instance I wish I could take it back. These companies only exist because of the customers and the customers are being treated like this.
