You can never go wrong with Hooters and I was able to watch my Knicks while eating. Courtney was my server and she was kind. She let me enjoy the game while still making sure to check in. It is a clean location with ample parking. On Wednesdays they have a DJ and I was sad to miss it but it looks like that place has fun. The staff here were very upbeat and friendly making the whole restaurant seem brighter somehow. My server Torrie was incredibly active and on point the whole time (Remember: Taylor Dane.) I spoke casually with the MOD Jasmine and she was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. I only has the Hooters Salad to eat but it was very good. The heydays for hooters are long gone (looooong). Stepped into this place to grab a cold beer and received a giant mug of watered down michelobe ultra. The bar feels dead! TVs are ok, bartenders are nice, but slow. Extremely slow, they move like molasses. I tested the watered down beer by ordering one draft and one bottled, huge difference. I personally witnessed the bartender dress a beer glass with salt, then proceed to use her dirty index finger to rub all the salt off of the inside rim of the cup. She then washed her finger, after rubbing it inside the cup. She filled it with beer and served it, nothing to see here. Lol! I came thirsty and tired, I left depressed. The vibe at this place is sad. I left here and went or twin peaks across the freeway where the place was rocking. This new flavor is amazingly spicy, but not to where your face literally turns red like Adam Richman's when he attempts those wing challenges on Man v. Food. Giving the very rare 5 star because of my experience there. My beer was cold, the food was good, and the waitress Sophia was great. She was prompt on service and seemed nice. We only ordered appetizers. Curly fries, buffalo breaded shrimp , and fried pickles. Love the fried pickles there. Trust me. One will not be enough. The hot buffalo fried shrimp is one of my favorite. That classic Hooters wing sauce is just so good. They had my favorite beer (Modelo) on tap and it was cold so I can't complain. This location is hit or miss. I've been here tons of times and some days the food and service is phenomenal. At times I can go unnoticed and the food is cold service lacking. The only constant con is this bar is outside of the city limits and you can smell the smoke throughout the establishment. While Hooters is synonymous for its wings there are awesome alternatives. The spinach and shrimp salad is absolutely delicious with crumple feta and bacon tossed in a vinegarette it is,a slightly healthier option. The smothered chicken sandwich, crab legs, burgers, and shrimp are other tasty options. AYCE Mondays even during football season is a must! The kids menu is inexpensive and filling even for adults. For the love of God what happened to hooters!? For a Saturday night the place was less than half full. The only reason we came here was because twin peaks was packed and we didn't want to wait. For starters, our appetizer took way too long for it being so dead. The chips & dip use to be one of my favorites but the chips were stale. I don't mind biting into one stale chip but half the plate was like that. Then my chicken tacos came and it was like a slap to the face. The chicken was so small there was about an inch and a half of empty tortilla on either side. It was like putting a chicken nugget in the middle of a tortilla and calling it a taco. Even the sauce was all wrong, it clearly says "Buffalo" in the title so why would someone put white sauce on it? I'm sure people are aware that hooters has fallen off the radar with all the other successful sports bars in the area. The quality is definitely what will keep me from returning.
