I had a ball here! I decided to celebrate my birthday here last minute, and I'm glad I did. The food was great, they have a Tuesday special where you get double the wings, and the drinks are ‍ (*chef kiss*). Our waiter, Ethan, was so attentive and even sung me happy birthday. They have different channels on every TV, to spark interests that roll across the board, in addition to lively music. Our food came out quickly and cooked to perfection. If I could give a 0 I would. Upon arrival we asked for a table of 4 1/2 (A baby) We got sat at a booth and then asked to get a high chair. When we ordered our drinks they proceeded to say they didn't have that drink item in stock, okay we changed the drink. Then kids asked for Dr. Pepper. Came back and said they were out of Dr. Pepper too. Then came back and said sorry we can't have a high chair at this booth, " it's a fire hazard". At this point I was already frustrated. Extremely expensive wings for an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE PRICE. I payed $13.52 for 10 wings (they were bussing.) however, $1.35 per wing is extraordinarily out of my price range. Drinks are also $3.99. I almost had a heart attack when my bill came out. Scratch that, I had a heart attack. The ambulance pulled into the parking lot and came with the stretcher to arrest me. I tried to walk out the door but the windows were too black and I crashed. I don't recommend this place if you're prone to heart attacks and black windows. Also if you make low income like me. The fries were cold. I mean, had no heat at all. The service was that good either. The 1st waitress he had wasn't that bad, but her shift was ending, so she asked me to pay, and if I needed anything, the other waitress would take care of it. But I had to pay again. I usually just get water when going out. The waitress took but glass and asked if I needed more. I said yeah. Took 15 minutes to get my water, and a different person brought it to me. It was nosy, but that fine. When you have games going on, that's what you expect. Lol. The store was clean, but the bathroom was a mess. Smell so bad, I had to practically hold my breath. Veteran's Day. 8pm. My wife and I who are both veterans went to this location on Veterans Day where they offer 10 piece wings and fries free for Veterans. We each had a government issued veteran ID. The server told us that only one is allowed per ticket. He wasn't going to give us each a free meal. After he went away and my wife and I spoke to each other we were ready to leave. Shocked! When he came back to the table I told him he was wrong. He needs to make this happen, he's wrong. After some pressure, he said he will be able to give it to us. After this, his service was horrible. We did not receive our french fries until after our wings were cold. I did not receive my beer until after the wings were cold. We had to ask a different server for utensils. We never received an apology or even an explanation from him. After we were completed with our meal, I spoke with the manager. She explained their policy and apologized for the server's misunderstanding. This had an emotional effect on both my wife and I. I shouldn't have, but I still left a 20% tip on what the bill would have been if the meals were not free. Maybe the whole Veterans meal thing with with the server was a misunderstanding on his part, but it is up to the managers to ensure all of their employees know what's going on. I can't imagine Daniel doing that to Veterans near a military installation where half of their customers are service members. Had he denied other veterans previously in the day? I'm a big bww fan. I love their honey bbq and their fries. Service is usually pretty good and don't really have issues with the food every time I come. However, the bar stools are disgusting. The cover is ripped or missing on every single one. You can see the sweat and dirt on the cushions. I refuse to sit on them if I'm wearing shorts and honestly I don't even know why I sit on them at all. I don't know why anyone sits on them. We get that he didn't want to make physical contact by the way he held the bag that contained our order. But by the time my partner got her hands barely through the bag loops, he drops it. This is one of my favorite places to eat, and come in pretty often. I came in today with my boyfriend and received terrible customer service. Our server gave minimal effort with attending to our table compared to her other one in a dead restaurant, which could be result to the stigma around our young age. We also did not receive her name just know she had lip piercings and brown hair but do better. Not everyone belongs in customer service unfortunately. However, me and my boyfriend both work in the food industry and are relatively good tippers so it is your own fault you missed out on a good tip. read more
