I'm beginning to wonder if they are closing? The air has not worked for quite some time. They use to have blower in here to at least make it tolerable but now those are gone. It's humid and smells like stale beer. The bar area looks has a grease sheen, and you slide across the floors in the women's bathroom. Everything could use a good cleaning. I went on Thursday which is when you can get a free appetizer if you have 2 entrees. My friends & I each did an order of 5 wings (Bakers Gold, Maple Chipotle, Spicy Lemon Pepper, & Spicy Mandarin). Heads up, the spicy lemon pepper flavor is VERY tangy (more than just lemon pepper alone) in my opinion, so do with that info as you will. Wings as per usual were TINY and 75% bone/25% meat. Every single wing we bit into had the bones crack which wasn't really pleasant. Service and ambiance was standard as expected. For our appetizers, we got the Totchos (I add fried chicken & swap the BBQ for mango habanero) which is my favorite and only reason I go to Plucker's. Kayla was our waiter. She was amazing. She was helpful, and she made sure our experience was amazing. We were able to walk in and be seated right away. The place was busy but all the employees were moving like their lives depended on making sure patrons were taken care of. The bathrooms were pretty decent. I always have to go and wash my hands before I eat, and make sure the bathrooms are presentable. The food was good. Nice and hot. We called in a reservation around 7:15 for 15 people we were told our table would be ready at 8:00 . We arrived and were told our table inside would not be ready for a few more minutes, then they told us our table outside wasn't ready for our person who was handicap. We proceeded to wait almost 2 hours outside until we asked for management. Management then told us they have VIP for those to skip the line which we understood but still unacceptable for us to wait almost 2 hours outside to finally get sat outside . We ordered the loaded fries with sour cream and they came out completely drenched in sour cream , one of our waters had soap in it. It was just a horrible experience overall and would not recommend this location to anyone. ( We we're also told due to the inconvenience we would receive a gift card and never received it.) This place is great . Only got one star because they have all the time on weekends they have plenty of open clean tables and they make the customers wait 30 mins or more to be seated. Obviously they never hired enough servers. Also the hostesses are always chilling talking to each other instead of helping. read more

Brought the family out for some late lunch before finishing shopping and glad we chose Pluckers! The atmosphere was casual and screens all over to watch sports. It was a great experience and our server Nick was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout our stay. My family and I went in on a busyish Tuesday evening right before 7 pm. Had a 5 min wait, was greeted by a young black waitress named BRITTNEY and she was by far the BEST server we've ever had at this location!!! This location has to have been genuinely the worst experience I have ever had, I was sat at the bar, greeted by a woman bartender who took my order after waiting for over 10 minutes for service. I was talked to 3 times the entire service, greeting, dropping food off, check. Only after she deliberately ignored me all night, she then decided to bat her eyes and try and talk sweet to me as I am being handed the recipe to write in a tip. Usually, I am not one to post negative reviews...especially not with this Pluckers location as my family and I usually get great service every time. However, tonight happened to be the one exception and I hope the management takes this as constructive criticism and feedback to coach their team on. With that said, here's what happened: My wife, one-year old daughter and I decided to visit this location and put ourselves on the waitlist in advance to avoid a prolonged wait before arriving. We arrived once our table was ready and got seated pretty quickly at approximately 8:20 pm. After being seated and taking orders for our drinks, our server comes back around to take our food orders. She repeated back all of our orders so I assumed everything was going to go smoothly as usual. My wife and daughter's food was brought to the table by a different server within 10-15 minutes of the order being taken (except for my wife's honey mustard) but my food had not arrived to the table yet. About 10-15 minutes go by, then our original server comes back to ask how everything is going and we told her my food and my wife's honey mustard was missing. I noticed it seemed like she was inputting my order again, as if it was not placed the first time. My server wasn't very apologetic and just said my food would be out shortly, twice. My food eventually was brought to the table at 9:27 pm. On top of the prolonged wait for my food, our server did not offer to refill our drinks even once. She did take off my meal from our tab, so that did help rectify the situation some. I understand that it's a Saturday and there were probably multiple tables to be waited on, so I did expect a wait between check-ins from my server and to wait for my food. I would have just liked for there to have been a little more accountability for what happened, more willingness to apologize for the mistake and more initiative to do everything possible to rectify the situation for me as the customer. I hope a scenario like this doesn't occur again as it has been my only negative experience so far at this Plucker's location. read more
