Terrible. Taste like water. I can't believe I spent $13 on a drink that taste like I can get for free in my sink.

This place is really hard to find when you are trying to use maps/gps from your phone. It's in the food court inside the mall. After driving around for a while we finally found it. Service was fast. Amazing they opened up here and it is a blessing for the mall. I go out of my way and go into the mall just to pick up a drink. This is a hidden gem and many people here do not know that this is a superstar franchise brand with quality ingredients and authentic tea. I tried the other Boba shop in the middle of the mall and instantly regret. Love the staff here... super friendly and accommodating. This place needs more support! It's hot outside and a nice cold drink sounded fantastic. I had the mango passion fruit tea , less ice and 50% sugar friend had the peach tea prepared the same way. Both were the worst tasting tea we had ever had. The aftertaste, the end notes of the tea were horrid. We had not ever had such a horrible tasting tea. The first part of the sip was sweet though tasted nothing like mango, passion fruit, or peach. The end note tasted like a chemical taste. And the beauty of it all it was over $12.00 for this travesty of drinks. Never again. Any iced tea, anywhere is far superior to this swill. read more

My favorite drink here has to be mango green tea 25 percent sugar. Most drinks have that artificial mango can taste but this drink has a very sweet essence of mango ratio and tea to it. Fantastic boba not too smushy but a good chewy texture, fast service, and everything is reasonably price. 5 stars! Hoping a location opens closer to me! read more

I love the drinks, and so do my kids. We like to come here often. My only suggestion would be to get a cashier who is it loud enough to be heard over the blenders. We went in yesterday and it felt like I was being whispered to. Really sweet girl, nothing against her, but it was really hard to hear her and I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she spoke. read more

I stopped by Sharetea for a treat the other day and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream. The flavor was strong and sweet! I thought I would like the Lychee jelly, but they were a little too chewy for me. I did like the flavor, but I wish the jelly had been more soft and not require so much constant chewing. Also, there were a few too many of the lychee jelly pieces, so literally every drink I took involved a mouth full of the jelly. I did enjoy the drink overall and I will definitely go back to try other flavors. They have lots and lots of options, which is another major plus for this place! I would highly recommend grabbing a drink from Sharetea! I love to try new things, because it is exciting and interesting to taste something different. Try this place out! I have spent most of my adolescence in and out of Baybrook, so it holds a special place near and dear to my mall rat heart. Back when I frequented I never would have imagined Sharetea one day opening up in the same place where I used to buy scrunchies from Limited Too and polos on polos on polos from Hollister. Now it's such a treat to satisfy my boba cravings when I'm thirsty after some intense cardio aka retail therapy. Service was quick and I was happy to get my usual mango/passion fruit green tea order. Masks were worn by all staff and everyone was extremely friendly. I'm not in the area often anymore but I will definitely be back! read more

I am glad Sharetea finally opens a location inside Baybrook Mall's food court! We walked in from the H&M parking lot, the staff was fast and courteous, the Matcha with fresh milk drink they recommended was fantastic, the mango green tea and their classic black milk tea with pearls were also phenomenal. Pretty solid boba place. Ordered their Taro Pearl Milk Tea with less ice, regular sugar. Flavor is good and it is sweet enough but i think the taro flavor could be stronger. Good customer service. They did they best as there was a long line. read more

I think they just opened super recently but yet another Sharetea location to get my Hokkaido Milk Tea/Okinawa Milk Tea fix. Sugoi! My favorite two items on the menu that never disappoint. I would also drink Sharetea's classic milk tea by the gallon. My friend actually got me a gallon's worth once to see if I would actually finish it... and I finished it in less than three days... am I just a milk tea addict, or is Sharetea just that good? This location just recently opened and I've been excited since it's close to my work place. I tried to order my usual: Lime Mojito, Large, 30% sweetness, add Aiyu Jelly. They told me I cannot upgrade to large AND cannot add any sinkers in it because it is a "special" drink. Sorry, but what the f? We've been to almost all of the Sharetea's in the Houston area - Chinatown, Sugarland, Pearland, Spring Branch... and they all let me add sinkers and upgrade to large. I guess I could have ordered two lime mojitos, then buy aiyu jelly on the side and combine it into a larger cup myself. /s read more

THE ShareTea to go to! I have been waiting for this ShareTea to open since they put the sign up! I was so excited to get my drink here and when I did, they exceeded my expectations!
