The selection is vast. The people were nice and helpful, price point was fair and I got what I needed. We looked for a way to cover a big space with an area rug over bumpy saltillo tiles and Bobby Jo came to the rescue. They finished the edges of a thick rug and sold us a good pad for below. Both warmed up the primary bedroom and you can't see Criss Cross pattern showing throw from below. The guy who delivered the rug couldn't have been more helpful and they did us right. I had planned on buying remnants for 2 rooms but one of them was so special I paid full price and ordered it for both rooms. The staff and installer were really easy to deal with. Yes I paid more because I wanted the nicer carpet but it was definitely worth it. I recommend them highly. read more

Phenomenal customer service. Best prices in Tucson. They are so responsive to the customers needs and even offer suggestions when you don't know what you want to do with your projects. These people have been in business for a really long time and definitely have got their industry down. Super happy with the products they offer. Have used them before and will use them again. I like this place a lot. Great selection of carpet remnants in all sizes, qualities, and colors. You can buy it as is or pay a little extra to have them bind the edges. What a fantastic experience. Went there last week to look for a carpet remnant and was immediately greeted as we walked in the door. We were told, "I don't want to bother you guys, but please come grab me if you need anything." This immediately made us feel at ease and we knew we weren't going to be pushed into buying something. We found the perfect remnant for our needs and paid to have it trimmed to size and bound around the edges. We also paid to have it delivered. From order to delivery was just over a week. The entire process (to include the price!!) was fantastic and I can't recommend Bobbie Joe's enough! read more

Very disappointed with the customer service from Alana. We ordered carpet on 2/12/19 from her employee, Nicki. The carpet was paid for in full and scheduled to be installed 3/7/19. We moved EVERYTHING from 4 bedrooms full of furniture. On the day of the scheduled install no one showed and no one called. I called and was told "No one called you?" The carpet is not here yet and we don't know when it will be. We are now scheduled for 3/19, 12 days after we moved everything out of our bedrooms. We are sleeping on a mattress on the floor and all our furniture is stacked in the living room. Alana has said only she can't do anything and is sorry. I would have expected some type compensation but she refused. Very Disappointed in the level of service. We bought the original carpet from Bobbie Joe's in 2002 and are very sorry to be back. They have offered no solutions but for us to live in this mess and hopefully the carpet will be in by/19. Shameful for a local, family owned company to treat us like this.
