We saw. We stopped. We were initially looking for abandoned clothing. You can laugh but many folks don't return to pick up their dry cleaning. Bobby Page's will sell that clothing to the general public incredibly cheap. Trouble is, this store sends those items to its Carson City location. That's where you need to go shopping. So we brought two suits and a dress back for cleaning. I was surprised by the quick turn around. Much faster than our spot back east. Everything was properly cleaned and bagged. Came in on a Saturday to get an estimate of drying cleaning a long coat. It was less than I anticipated and said it was about $18. I gave them my information and said they will text if it is done earlier. It did cleaned earlier than expected, but was not available to pick it up until the day. They said they will hold your item for about a week after it is ready. The total came out to $19-20 with taxes. The coat does look cleaner, but there was some pilling that they could not remove. Overall, it was quick and easy. I just wish their prices were transparent on their website or in the store. read more

My clothes were lost and I was lied to over a period of several weeks. It took multiple in person conversations to get some semblance of a story and finally after several weeks i was "allowed" to talk to a manager. Three positives: the one honest worker, getting some "compensation for the loss of our items, and they have a texting system that "tracks" your order (although it doesn't do much good keeling track of the clothes . The worker was the first one to actually be honest about what happened with my clothes and when she told me she would have the manager call me back I actually got the call. Everyone else would say shed call the next day or later that day and days would go by. I got several stories: clothes stil processing, clothes on wrong truck, clothes given to someone else, clothes given to me, etc. actually at one point they told me The name of the person who. "Had my clothes and wouldnt return their calls to give them back" funny part was that i found her contact info and when I reached out- she confirmed she uses them but hasnt gotten a call and had only picked uo one dress so "accidentally" taking 4 mens button ups wouldnt have slipped under the radar. truth is my clothes were never found. Wheb i confronted the team they said "oh well we thought she had them" mind you all of this info is on voicemails. The scariest part of all of this is that i was told "we have a procedure for when we lose clothes" which makes me feel wow this happens often. Apparently the clothes arent dealt with in store so between the two locations. the transportation, and seemingly poor communication between staff I dont have confidence this isnt reoccurring I was sent a check for the "value of my clothes" after several hours wasted driving to and from the locations and tracking people down on phone calls. There was oneworker in particular who eas so unpleasant to deal with through all of this. Twice she would come in behind me after having being smoking in her call and smelled horribly. She mocked me for wearing my mask after she told me "we dont do that hear" i responded that I just preferred to out of respect for others and my safety. Mind you I always had my baby. She joked that she could guess "where I was from" she was so dismissive and simply rude. First time I went in was a red flag but I decided to giveit a chance. I spent about 15 minutes going through 11 items of clothing with a worker to get a quote on how much each piece and total would be. When we picked up the clothes the total TRIPLED. When I asked why I was told the same thing i heard later - "we arent told much- you have to talk to the manager" when i finally got the call back I was told that none of the workers are qualified to give quotes because they "dont know better and the prices get set directly." These were awful experiences and I hope that they dont lose something of meaningful significance or value for others. read more

I bring my husband work clothes here. They clean and press them. I think the price is average for our area. They are efficient and have a fast turn around. Drop them off dirty pick them up clean. They are kind and friendly plus the location is close to where I live. read more

When my dad was placed on hospice, we took his sea quest jacket here, it was his most beloved item and even though he couldn't zip it up anymore he wore it every day, I couldn't bare to go inside but when my mother did she explained the situation, the employees were so kind, it wasn't ready until after his death (they were actually quite expedient, he just passed sooner than expected) we went to go pick it up, and they remembered her and gave her a hug and asked her to give one too me, im now getting prepared to get married and plan on having my dress cleaned here, they definitely gained a customer for life. read more

Dropped off my snowboarding suit to be cleaned. They charged me $26 for 3 pieces, saying they had to clean the hood separate. I told the lady that's the most I've ever been charged in 18 years for this set, even in NYC. She just laughed and said "I don't make the prices" and refused to discount. I have quite a few friends that live in this area that told me to check you out, I'll be sharing my experience with them for sure. read more

I discussed the complaint with her and we came to an amicably settlement. SHE HANDLED IT VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I have taken dry cleaning, laundry services, and alterations to Bobby Page's several times. Whatever I requested of them was done correctly and timely. I have to be honest and say I did have sticker shock the first time I picked up my order. But for the quality of work and no problems, it's well worth the price. read more

I took some place mats to this cleaner. They cost me over $35, with a $10 off coupon. They looked horrible when I got them home and laid them out. They were wrinkled and looked the same as if I washed and did not iron them. They are also no longer accepting coupons. I would not recommend this cleaner. read more

They do a great job on clothes and they are fast. However, I think they are way over-priced.

First time to use cleaners,just moved to town and wanted to find a trustworthy store. Had my bed comforter cleaned, took a week to get back which is very long, and got it back with a run in it, which is causing a whole to begin. I brought it back to the store, they couldn't do anything but send it back to get it cleaned again and speak to the owners. They had no authority to do anything, couldn't give me my money back or anything. The comforter was in worse condition in regards to wrinkles then when I sent it in, and it was brand new! I will NEVER use this cleaners again, and who knows if they will actually get a response from the owners. Very disappointing! I gave the store one star but they don't even deserve that. read more

We've tried this place so many times hoping to have a different experience because it's close to our house but they're TERRIBLE every time and their pricing seems crazy high. $9 for one dress shirt? The first time I tried this place they did my work patches incorrectly after I had them pinned in the correct position and everything them charged me $45 and it was for two patches the size of a quarter. The last two times they've told us "we don't have anything under that name" and the lady wrote down a name that was COMPLETELY different.. she didn't even have the first letter close. I'm pretty sure she just doesn't listen when you tell her your name. And this last time not only did she have the name wrong but they had the items mixed up with another customers dry cleaning items. I feel like it's another company that's still in business ONLY because people are too lazy to find a new place. The customer service sucks. read more
