5 stars for dry cleaning. 2 stars for alterations. Prices are very reasonable and service is friendly. I will be back with my dry cleaning but not my alterations. I brought in a formal dress to be hemmed and a pile of dry cleaning. I needed them done in a week. Our dry cleaning was perfect. The alteration job was done at a very reasonable price, but the edge of the garment and the stitching were both noticeably crooked. I needed it for an event, and I knew there wouldn't be time to fix it, so I did not formerly complain. However, I would not recommend this business for alterations. At the beginning of the month, I had three shirts laundered and pressed and the total was $18.00 ($6.00 per shirt) two weeks later I had the same shirts, not different shirts, not dirtier shirts, the exact same three shirts laundered again along with one pair of slacks and the total was $40.00. When I questioned this, I was told it was $10.00 per shirt and $10.00 for the slacks. When I explained to the person at the counter that I had the exact same shirts laundered two weeks earlier and it was $6.00 per shirt I was told "I don't know, I just work here" If you want to charge the beyond ridiculous price of $10.00 per shirt, knock yourself out, but to charge $6.00 per shirt one day and $10.00 per shirt the next, is beyond dishonest and completely unethical! I guess I now know where the saying "taken to the cleaners" comes from! I will not be back! read more

I have used this place for over 10 years, referred by a friend. No harsh chemicals (or smells!). Usually I get one of the two dedicated parking spots out front, for a quick dash in and out. I took a pair of Levi jeans to dry clean, and they shrunk them and creased them bad. Also, they discolored them and I went to talk to the owner and she said that's the way the manufacturer dyes them. Terrible quality of work and they take no ownership. read more

I wish I could put zero. I have been here before and been unhappy but was hoping it was a fluke. Was going to have a rug cleaner here today and completely changed my mind. As I waited for a handicap spot to free up the cleaner spot the owner (a gal) glared at me through the window. As I was reversing she came out to yell at me for being in her spot too long. This all happened right after she had a customer with no mask that she didn't bother to kick out pick up her order. She also had no issue with shoving her face almost in my vehicle to talk to me. I took a brand new pair of pants in to be shortened 3/4". when I went to pick them up the lady behind the counter told me they had been hemmed 1 1/4". then she tried to get me to try them on in the front of the store with a curtain pulled around. the front of the store is all glass. not okay with that either. Pants are ruined. they were over $100. I would caution you on using this cleaner for alterations! they had me pay for the alterations even though they were done incorrectly. read more

Yeah - they're expensive - not like "I've never cleaned my drapes" and found out the cost or "my wedding dress cost $XXX to clean" - but just regular stuff - they charge a lot. Also, beg, plead, cry and shout "laundry" on a shirt and it comes back dry cleaned - they don't care, won't listen and - not to sound MAGA or nothing - if you complain the Chinese woman who spoke fine English when you dropped off all the sudden doesn't understand. I really wanted to like this place. The man who answered the phone was so nice but when I arrived to have my dress fitted for a hem it wasn't as nice of an experience with the gal helping me. I left the brand new dress with tags still on for them to dry clean and hem. I picked it up and hung it in my closest inside the dry cleaning bag until our family photos. Today I removed it from the dry cleaning bag to put it on for our photos to find a stain on it and a missing button from the sleeve. This dry cleaning outfit is right next to Trader Joe's at Smithridge. It's really convenient. The people at the desk are no nonsense but friendly. My clothes came out great! Spring cleaning of woolen items! I even gave them a second batch of wool scarves and cardigans. It's a great location. If the parking is bad, just get your steps in. Actually, parking is not that bad anyway. Price- well everyone wants a cheaper dry cleaner. It was fine- considering my coats and blazer were heavy and thick. I went into the cleaners to see if they alter masks, and they don't, but that wasn't the complaint; the complaint was how rude the man was when he told me that they do not do masks. I went back to get back on good terms with the cleaners, because the woman there is very nice and helpful, but the man was so rude that he kicked me out of the cleaners all together and was very rude about it and told me I was crazy. I parked my handicapped car in front of his store for 15 minutes. He had signs up that clearly said they were spaces designated for their store. However, those signs aren't applicable to ada vehicles. I came out to find a heavy chain around my front wheel. He said it will cost me $200 to get the chain removed and he called towing. They have been my dry cleaners for the past 5 years and provide outstanding service. I especially appreciate that my cloths come back with out any chemical oder. In fact it was the first establishment of it's kind I found locally to not reek of chemicals when you walk in. I appreciate that they catch little things like a broken button that gets replaces or a small tear that gets mended. They also do very good alterations. I also appreciate their honesty. I have a favorite Epcot Center white windbreaker jacket that was seriously trashed. They told me "Some stains may not come out but we will try". They saved it from the trash. Excellent customer service! I called in to ask if they could do same-day service on my gray suit (klutz me spilled coffee shop over my pants) and they honored my request! The press was professional and crisp (but not overly so) and the price is very good for being same day service on a suit!
