When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.

Take this as you will, but I've worked with several quality seamstresses in town, and none have charged anywhere near that amount for similar alterations and materials.

I knew the previous owners for they have helped us before when our machines have gone down and we needed to get out customers clothes finished. I brought in a suit and two dresses and it cost $54 ish. Which is a crazy price especially already knowing the prices of products and what everything costs. I picked up my clothes and checked my items and noticed hard creases all over my silk dresses. The pain of being a perfectionist. I called the store to just let them know to pay a little more attention to detail and knowing more about clothes and that these types of dresses are just supposed to be steam pressed without any creases and they don't pick up their phone. So at this moment I will not be brining my clothes here and will have to find another dry cleaners that actually take pride in owning their store.

This place is an absolute joke, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with anything valuable. They clearly don't care about their customers or their belongings. Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.

She is never wearing a mask What really is bad is that she chastise customers for wearing a mask. Saying it is not needed and all we need is some zinc or to see her doctor in South Reno. If I want to wear a mask, that is my business. No reason to have someone working at the counter of a retail store to give me medical advise. I will be going somewhere else in the future. read more
