I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.

I got a text the expected day that my suits were ready for pickup. When I went in she had an envelope attached to one of the suits and she said there must have been something left in the pockets. So Saturday my wife goes to get her dress and it still isn't ready. Now this is an issue because we leave that night and that's the only dress my wife really had for this occasion. The employee working at the time makes a call to the place where they actually clean the clothes and they can't find it. So my wife is told that they will keep looking and do their best and call her when they find it. My wife comes home and tells me about the issue and we're both reasonably upset because now her very expensive dress is possibly missing and she's going to have to go try and buy a new one that day. But then we get a call from the employee my wife had talked to earlier and apparently the owner of the company is now involved and he was calling a bunch of employees in to help find the dress and would clean it himself and hand deliver it to us at the airport if that's what it would take to get the dress to us in time. In the end that wasn't necessary, they ended up finding it, getting it ready, and delivering it to our house a few hours before we had to leave. Now this wasn't the greatest experience but the reason for the 5 star review is Bobby Pages and it's employees actions to correct the issue. We were truly blown away by their efforts to make things right and will only use them for our dry cleaning from now on.

This place used to be good before the new owner bought it. I knew the previous owners for they have helped us before when our machines have gone down and we needed to get out customers clothes finished. I've brought my clothes here and the pricing was very reasonable and they pressed my silk dresses perfectly. Unfortunately I brought my clothes in a little too late. I brought in a suit and two dresses and it cost $54 ish. Which is a crazy price especially already knowing the prices of products and what everything costs. I picked up my clothes and checked my items and noticed hard creases all over my silk dresses. The pain of being a perfectionist. I called the store to just let them know to pay a little more attention to detail and knowing more about clothes and that these types of dresses are just supposed to be steam pressed without any creases and they don't pick up their phone. So at this moment I will not be brining my clothes here and will have to find another dry cleaners that actually take pride in owning their store.

Given the disorganized mess at this location, I'm honestly not surprised. The guy who works here has piles of clothes everywhere with just tickets on top--no real system. Clothes are left by the front counter, completely exposed, and he's always in the back doing who knows what instead of managing the store properly. After realizing they lost my clothes, he said he would check the other location and give me a call. Of course, that never happened. When I stopped by again, he pretended to look through the racks, then gave me a half-baked excuse about the owner being out of town with some family emergency. Conveniently, that means no refund, no solution--just empty apologies. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if clothes are getting mixed up or even stolen. This place is an absolute joke, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with anything valuable. They clearly don't care about their customers or their belongings. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere reputable!
