She then transferred the reservation to a store in another town without asking if that was something I wanted, then relentlessly refusing to discuss the matter further. Needless to say, her attitude and demeanor were unbecoming, going so far as to say during our interaction, "I know people like you." Clearly not. Terrible service.

I walked in wearing my company logo Hoodia. Oops. Gabby and I had a laugh about it. Anyway, I told her about my situation and she happily was able to reserve for me a car hauler. I picked it up the next day and towed my collector car to Pigeon Forge TN for the big car show, the Rod Run. I just wanted to say that Gabby was wonderful and made my situation a lot better! She made my whole rental experience a pleasurable one and highly recommend anyone who is in need of towing equipment to go see Gabby at the Cuyahoga Falls location! And the Area Service Manager Mike was also very helpful to show me how their equipment (vs how ours is) works. Great job by all!

I rented a van loaded everything into it, drove it to New Bern and then back up to Akron. The woman who worked there was very helpful and kind! The second time I came here, I needed a hitch installed so that I could rent a small U-Haul trailer and take my belongings to South Carolina. I had received the runaround from other U-Haul locations (even though I made appointments and prepaid!), and finally this location could get me in. I'm giving them only 3-stars because they did stop in the middle of my hitch installation to do another installation, then finished mine. I had to wait for several hours at this store because of the delay. This wasted a lot of my packing time, and I was under a strict time constraint due to my children starting school. I couldn't leave because they were installing the hitch on my vehicle, so I would've had to Uber home, and I wasn't sure how long they were going to take on the other guy's hitch installation. What if I Ubered home and then immediately called me to tell me it was ready? That was a risk of money and time wasting that I wasn't willing to take. Additionally, I had to come back the next day and get the ball for the hitch, because even though I paid for it, the installer did not put it on for me nor give it to me. It was a hassle that I did not have time for nor need in the middle of an out-of-state move!

Laughed (literally) at my disappointment over the unjustified charges. His head was so big and full of air I'm surprised it didn't float away! Honestly the kind of person that others avoid. Staff was also rude. Never had a bad experience with UHaul before but will certainly NEVER visit this location again.

We have found that the pros mostly outweigh the cons. We've saved some money coming here through the years and have almost always found what we've needed for own home repairs and yard maintenance. The store is clean, well organized, and store employees have always been helpful and friendly. I've used the Menards app to see if the store has what I'm looking for and to help me locate items once I've found them. That's very useful. We get a kick out of finding food and drinks there. Couldn't believe we found giardiniera (spicy relish often used on Chicago-style hot dogs) and other items there in a pinch. It's saved us from going to a much busier grocery store. We've rented their pickup truck to bring furniture to our daughter''s new place. That was a good value and rental was a snap. But there are three things that we have found not so great: 1.) Their garden section is hit-or-miss with plants, and sometimes the plants look a bit unhealthy. 2.) I wish product reviews were available on their website and app to help me decide if products I'm considering are good or not. 3.) I think the rebate system is terrible; unless you are spending a lot, sending in a rebate slip to get back 11% on a five dollar item isn't worth the postage stamp, and you aren't always guaranteed that an item has a rebate attached to it-we recently discovered that. Also the 'rebate' is store credit, so not really cash back in your pocket.

I paid $168 for a national cycle vstream windshield 1 month before and hated it. It was horrible, actually gave me headaches with the amount of buffeting I was getting directly on my head/helmet. It was extremely hard to clean, only with water, super Flimsy, and would shake out of control 55 mph+. Oh, and I got the windshield from f4 customs with the vent. YAY, except no, they sent it to the wrong address in the wrong state, and I had to pay to get it shipped to right address, then, YAY, it got here, without a spare tire, owners manual, or spare key, fluids not filled. I should have been smarter and assumed if they lied to me once, they would do it again, but here iam hoping this will allow you to be smarter and dont trust these people.
