They also told me I needed 4 new tires before they could do the alignment. Having checked everything before taking the car to them, I knew it didn't need any of the parts they claimed. I asked them to show me the bad parts. When I got there, the man doing the work tried to show me the bad parts using an incorrect method which made it look like the parts were bad when they were not. I took the car home, and subsequently made an appointment at the Alinement Shop, who checked the car out, found no bad parts, and aligned the car for me with no problems.
