    dec 22, 2023 - bobcha burrito w/ spicy pork + fried egg (+$1.50); SO SO good, 5/5
    Fanny W.

Korean-Mexican fusion wrapped up in a burrito! What We Ordered: + Bobcha Burrito w/ Spicy Pork, add Fried Egg; 5/5 $18.86 for a pretty large burrito that feeds 2, not bad. The fried egg is an additional $1.50, and it def makes the burrito so much tastier. I really enjoyed the crispy tater tots, kimchi, and the Korean flavor of the burrito. The kimchi was not overpowering, allowing the taste of the spicy pork belly to come through. I'm hooked. Took one bite and wanted to go back and order another one for next days meal.

So weird to get a Korean BBQ burrito and to not like the beef. The beef was dry, and after almost $14, just not worth it. Also, I felt the burrito was small too. Would skip this truck.

    Healthy bowl with spicy pork

I tried the healthy bowl at treasure island festival over the weekend and that thing was fire! I had to do no kimchi cause it does have shellfish and I'm allergic. But instead I loaded up on spicy pork and extra hot sauce. Highly recommend that combo if you like hot food, it was the perfect amount of spicy and came with a ton of meat. The veggies were also super fresh and there were even some steamed broccoli in the bowl upping the veg factor. It was a huge amount of food for only 18 (which at a festival is cheap) and I could barely even finish it.

On Thursday, our employer has new food trucks come every week so that we don't have to travel far for food and I gotta say that this has been the best food truck we've had for awhile. I got the meat lovers bowl; half spicy port and KFC (Korean fried chicken). It came with rice and a salad which was of course great together. My co-worker got the tots and KFC (on its own) and they were BOMB! Those portions were SPOT ON for sharing with me and another co-worker. This was by far the best food truck that has been on our facility that we appreciate exists. I didn't take any pictures because we were all starving - LOL but we for sure clean all our plates. Also if you're wondering prices, its in between $11-$17 for their foods. I would say it worth my opinion cause we cleared our foods.

We basically ordered the whole menu for the family at Korean BOBCHA at the Off the Grid: Fort Mason event. 2 Protein Plate ($14): My dad got the beef and chicken for his 2 protein choices. Their beef reminds me of the Costco bulgogi beef. Everyone loved the chicken which was really soft. Bobcha KFC ($17): I believe this came with 8 chicken wings, half soy garlic and half sweet & spicy. You can barely taste the soy garlic so you mostly taste the dry but crispy chicken. The sweet & spicy was much better since it has more flavor. This order came with salad and rice which was nice. Bobcha Tots ($17): The tots were served in a unique way. They must have smashed the tots because they were thin crispy tot layers topped with bulgogi beef and kimchi. This was a family favorite for sure. Bobcha Burrito ($14): So there's apparently a layer of tater tots in here which is probably the same thing they use for the tots. We got spicy pork and it went so well with the rest of the burrito ingredients. It was unique and such a successful Asian fusion item. This was my brother's favorite and probably mine too.

Meat Lover's Bowl with beef Bulgogi and BBQ chicken.

The Meat Lover's Bowl allows you to choose two types of meat from their protein options. The options are beef Bulgogi, sweet & spicy pork, BBQ chicken, Korean Fried chicken and tofu. I love how I can choose two proteins and try more of their meat. I chose beef Bulgogi and BBQ chicken. It came with white rice and salad. Good beef Bulgogi; not too saucy. Meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The BBQ chicken was well marinated; has some sweetness and soy sauce taste to it. I expected the orange sauce to be spicy but it was not although it adds another layer of flavor to the chicken which makes it less sweet. The Healthy Bowl has one choice of protein. Great alternate if you want to skip the carbs. Reasonable price for the options offered and quality of food. I wish I have tried their version of KFC and sweet spicy pork.

A good Korean food truck place with generous portions! I get their food when they stop by Levi's Plaza every so often. I usually get the Korean Healthy Bowl with Bulgogi Beef, very flavorful!

Two different burritos - beef (left) and spicy pork (right)

Korean Bobcha was so good that I literally had it twice in the last week! Both times I opted for the Bobcha Burrito which, on these trips, featured a slight twist from the norm. Instead of bacon fried rice, it featured tator tots and my goodness, is that an upgrade or what?! The first time, I split a bulgolgi beef version with a friend. The beef made the burrito a little sweeter than I would've preferred but luckily the kimchi helped to balance it out. The tots provided a delightful crunchiness and probably also helped cut the heft (compared to rice). I wasn't a huge fan of the spring greens in the middle (mostly cause it's not very Korean nor does it belong in a burrito) but it was there for health. The second time, I went with spicy pork and let me tell you, that's the move. It was so good! Again the spring greens left something to be desired (kimchi chives or daikon would be more fun and authentic imo) but everything else played together very well! Both times left me in a bit of a food coma, but both times were worth it!

There is no worse feeling than standing in line at food truck in SF and spending $17-$18 bucks per plate and the food just being okay. This is definitely not the case! I've visited this truck on different occasions and they've always been consistently good with me These guys are definitely worth a follow on twitter if you ever wanna get something different and something good The spicy chicken wings hits you with a little sweet, savory and just a little spice. Pairs really well with steamed rice and a little salad I definitely gotta try the soy garlic wings next time! The other plate, wow. This one's a take home, for sure. Tater Tots, Bulgogi, Kimchi, Cheesy and super savory. I took 10 bites and I'm ready to KO for the day. Thank you for the awesome food and stellar service!

Bobcha Tots (Bulgogi Beef, Kimchi, Cheese, Magic & Hot Sauce)- 5/5 stars. Awesome, a must order!

One of the best food trucks I've been to in a while! If you love Korean food and spicy sauces, Bobcha is the truck for you. I've tried: -Bulgogi Beef & Spicy Pork (w/Kale Slaw, Steamed Rice, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Rk4Y219pAvtB1AwCZAzBgQ&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg): Yum- both their bulgogi beef and spicy pork are really good, and super flavorful. You can opt for salad instead of steamed rice. This is a large portion of food, and is probably at least a meal and a half for most. -Bobcha Tots (Bulgogi Beef, Kimchi, Cheese, Magic & Hot Sauce, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=6w_snqrFlRzRGtyvVXRkwQ&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg): SO GOOD, and a must order! The tots were nice and crispy, and held up to all the delicious toppings. It's highly recommended to eat these fresh, since the sauces and beef can make the tots soggy. Food is prepared quickly, and it took less than 10 minutes each time. I still need to come back and try their KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) and Bobcha Burrito (my coworker has ordered this and it's giant).

This place is the*chefs kiss*! I ordered the healthy bowl and I'm not sure how healthy it actually is lol. It tasted so good. They give you lots of vegetables and an egg on top. You also get your choice of protein and you can add Korean fried chicken for a dollar. Of course got the KFC with the soy glaze. Definitely trouble when it comes to your work!

I visited their food truck while I was at Spark Social in San Francisco, and it was the best decision that I've made. I ordered the following items: -Bob Burrito -Bobcha KFC -Bobcha Tots All the favors of each item goes together so well. The portion was good and satisfied my coworkers and I. I highly recommend you to check out their food truck for some delicious food. You won't regret it!

    Bulgogi burrito

Bobcha is one of the better and more affordable food trucks in the Bay Area! Compared to other trucks, their prices are very fair and they pack their dishes with lots of protein. I tried this truck when they were at Off the Grid at Civic Center in SF. I ordered their bob burrito ($10) with beef bulgogi (+$1). I asked them to cut it in half and they had no problem with that. You can also grab gojuchang sauce + their magic sauce on the side of the truck. When I got back to the office, the burrito was still warm so that's a plus! On first look, you can see that the burrito is stuffffed with bulgogi--so worth it! Along with bulgogi, the burrito comes with their magic orange sauce, spicy fried rice, lettuce, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and pineapple! Pineapple may sound a little weird in a burrito, but I thought the sweetness went well with the bulgogi. The burrito had a bit more magic sauce than I wanted, but not so much that it deterred me from eating it. I actually finished only half of the burrito and I was so full. Even my coworker who eats a lot had 1/5 of his burrito left at the end of lunch! I've also tried their cupbob and I think that is my new favorite! You pick 2 proteins and it comes with mixed greens and rice. They really pack the box with the meats! I got KFC/korean fried chicken and spicy pork. I liked both! The KFC sauce was sweet and spicy, and the spicy pork had their magic sauce drizzled on top. I couldn't even finish this box for one meal, so you can definitely make 2 meals out of it! I also tried some of my coworker's curry tots and those are definitely noteworthy. They are super crunchy without too much seasoning, so the curry flavor isn't super strong. Tastes great when dipped in a side of magic sauce! Bobcha will stay a staple in my lunch routine!

When I didn't hear anything via email or a call I called the office and spoke to Ben who apologized for the lack of communication and he would respond via email, which he did a few hours later. After several emails from Ben we were able to settle on a menu in just a few days! We were looking for a Hawaiian fusion themed menu and Ben & his staffto came up with a great menu. W Some of our many items that was a huge hit with our guests were Vietnamese vegan rolls, miso glazed black code, a toss green salad with Edamame and Asian dressing, crab deviled eggs, scallops spoon, chimichuri steak crostini, short ribs skewers, Asian style lamb meatballs, and dessert of fruit cups and mini cupcakes were perfect. There was a few dishes that wasn't as successful but overall everyone enjoyed the food. We had pre arranged to have someone to meet the catering staff early for setup but due to unknown delays they did show up until an hour before the service started which also ment they were rushed to setup the food but they did a good job to get the hot and cold foods setup before the end of the service. Overall they did a good job and the food excellent but arriving late to the event and poor timing to replenish empty dishes was disappointing also dessert wasn't served until most guest departed. We enjoyed working with Ben and appreciated the communication once it was established.
