This takes me "Dream Ice Cream Parlor", one of the few family-owned ice cream parlors in the Stockton area. Located in a strip mall and on the corner of West Ln/E. March Ln, this place has been serving up its delicious varieties of traditional and unique ice creams and desserts dating back to early-2017. I came here with my lady during the afternoon on Saturday 8/22/2026 at 3:00pm. Parking was not difficult as it is shared with many other businesses. Upon arrival, it was quite busy as there was at least a dozen customers ahead of us still waiting to order. During our wait, we observed the menu and noticed they offer more than just your standard ice cream (in a cup or cone). This place offers "Dream Buns" which is ice cream between a donut. Another exclusive item is their "Puffles" which is ice cream in a cup with an added bubble waffle. In addition to this, they also carry milkshakes as well as your choice of either churro or brownie sundaes. Jump forward 27 minutes later and it was finally our time to order. Considering there was only one employee running the show, I will not knock any points (or stars as Yelp goes) off this review. As for what we ordered, my lady went with a traditional scoop of strawberry ice cream complete with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. I opted for an old-fashioned sugar cone of their chocolate flavor. However, since the ice cream was not chilled at a certain temperature, the employee was gracious enough to give me more + put it in a cup. Think of it as a 2 for 1 deal while I only paid for the price of a single scoop. Despite the long wait time, this place was well worth it. The overall taste, consistency, and flavor of the ice cream was top notch and delicious. The interior layout was fairly spacious but lacking in seating as there was only so many chairs if you choose on enjoying your dessert inside. Keep in mind that they are closed on Tuesday/Wednesday. But they are open from 2-10pm Thursday through Monday. With that said and done, I am giving "Dream Ice Cream Parlor" in Stockton a perfect five out of five stars.

I went home with their Best Selling Award Winning Ube White Chocolate Blondie. I've been hooked ever since. Did you know that she also makes custom cakes? No? Well now you do! Nika is an absolute sweetheart! I was so nervous to reach out to her on IG for my daughter's birthday cake. I had spoken to her on IG here and there before asking and was pleasantly surprised that she's the type of small business to engage with her followers. It made it a lot easier for me to ask if she would do me the honor of making my daughters 1st professionally made themed birthday cake for her 3rd birthday. Of course she agreed and she was so wonderful during the whole process of listening to what I had envisioned for the design, whilst also giving me great ideas and even had her friend also make a beautiful cake topper for it. I went for a classic chocolate cake with a swiss meringue butter cream and it was a hit at my daughter's party! Ever since then I've actively been trying out new sweets any chance I get and have fallen in love with so many more. After the Ube White Chocolate Blondie, my next favorite would have to be her Sweet Corn Mochi! She has such a variety of desserts that you'll never get tired of what she has to offer and believe me when I say, you'll continue to consistently come back for your favorites and new creations she comes up with! Regardless, the churros came out piping hot, were extremely crispy and the fillings were not overly sweet which I appreciated.
