Well seasoned, perfectly grilled meat, juicy----genuinely I hadn't eaten a burger this good in a long time (and as a Texan, I'm pretty picky on my beef and burgers.) I was actually pretty shocked, and while eating kept staring at the burger waiting for it to release it's magic secrets to me. I ate all the pasta and told our server about the chicken being like rubber and she stated that she's mentioned that exact thing to the cooks but that maybe if a customer complains they would possibly listen.
