He took dryer apart and explained the problem (dryer was screeching like a banshee) and the price to fix. Quoted me a very fair price which made the repair a good deal. Fixed dryer, checked to make sure it was running correctly, cleaned up and was out the door an hour after arriving. A very respectful, quite young man. Extremely happy with the whole process. I want to be clear that my concern was not with the technician. He was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and completed the repair well. After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. I also appreciated that my initial conversation with the manager's assistant was escalated and handled promptly.
