Apparently this company is a forwarding service. Whoever picks up the zip code which they ask you for, they connect you to that service. I was connected to Aiden A. with EZ Fix Appliance Services. I just wrote up what a criminal he is and how he took my money while I was so sick and on my way to the hospital. He never fixed anything. He was supposed to fix my refrigerator. I realized that he had done this around the same time to many other people. This happened around Memorial Day weekend. He is a foreigner and speaks English with an accent. We have used this company for many years in the past, for refrigerator repair, dryer repair, washer repair and have been very happy. Good work at reasonable prices. So when our dishwasher stopped working mid-cycle we called them. This is the first time we have felt "ripped off." It costs $255 for a 10-minute job to replace a $10 fuse (for which they charges $65.50. Very disappointed. read more

I once used 123 Appliance Repair (James Smith) to replace the hoses connecting my washer to the water supply. As required by my HOA as a community project. He kept asking me if I owned my home or was I renting. I thought that was a weird question but I told him I owned my home. He then neglected to put the hoses down the water shoot and just moved the washer back in place in front of the hoses. The next day I washed a load of clothes and - of course - the water flooded my upstairs and my downstairs ceiling! He was unapologetic and unconcerned! I had to battle my HOA for months to get it addressed. Then because I traveled for work, my downstairs ceiling remained gaping and open for more than a year until I could get everything repaired! read more

I recently had a grease fire in my new Frigidaire oven while broiling a bacon wrapped filet and the oven over heated and cutoff. It was showing an F10 error. I just knew that I had totally fried my oven and knew I would need to either have to buy a new one or have a very costly repair. For the record, don't ever use 123 Appliance Repair. Terrible customer service. Unwilling to fix issues their repairman causes. Had a good experience with the technicians the times I've used them. They had to be call back about a year later for the same issue and upon this repair, the water line to the refrigerator leaked. This caused some damage to the drywall behind the unit and the hardwoods under and around the unit. They are completely unwilling to repair the damage they caused. read more

Worst company do deal with. DO NOT USE! Very inconsiderate and rude. I had to wait a week to get an appointment and the day of, I had to customize my schedule to be available. I asked them to give me 20-30 min leeway time so I can meet the technician, and she said she would. I wait and wait the whole day for them to come. No one one showed up in the huge block of time they were supposed to come! Finally at the end of the day, I get a call that he is 5 min away. I told them that I need at least 20 min to drive there. I jumped in my car and rushed over only to find no one there. The company said the tech didn't want to wait even though they knew I was on my way. They ruined my entire day by not showing up when they said they would, and failed to give me enough time to meet them (that they knew I needed) and they can't wait a few minutes???? When the compressor relay went out in one, 123 Appliance charged more than 2.5 times what the other competing service charged to replace a $40 part (online) in less than 20 minutes. Were able to come out same day I called. Had parts on truck. I had an ice maker that was not working. James is a knowledgeable technician that explains what the problem is. I had a water filter cartridge that had not been replaced. This will effect the ice machine working properly. He replaced the ice maker motor and capped off the filter cartridge since I already have a entire house water system. Watching him do the repair convinced me that I made the right decision to not try to replace it myself by watching a youtube video. read more
