We just wanted to thank you and Mikhail for the excellent service on our washer. Yesterday Mikhail completely checked the washer a second time, and spent around an hour verifying that his original work in clearing a clogged drain had fixed the problem. We did run a full cycle while he was here, with absolutely no leak at all, and we talked about the possibility that my wife and I were doing something incorrect, maybe causing the leak. Since then, my wife has run two regular loads of clothes without a problem. Yesterday, Mikhail left before I had a chance to tell him that his first work had fixed the leak, and that your good 30-day warranty shouldn't include him taking his time to find that he had fixed it the first time - he should be paid by us for his time. I got my first job when I was 13 years old, and worked for many years for others, also had my own business for several years. I'm almost 85 now, and my experience working tells me that an experienced technician should be paid for his time in a case like this when he fixed the problem first time. So, if you will let me know what Mikhail should get for his time spent assuring us that our machine had been fixed right the first time, we will be glad to cover that. He let me know how much it would be for the item and labor but showed me how to do it if I wanted to.
