I recently had an opportunity to eat at the Tulalip location of Bob's Burgers and Brew. I chose to sit at the bar for a quick lunch and chose their Jalapeño Burger. I'm a fan is spicy foods and was looking forward to a spicy burger. For my side I asked for the tater crisps. I was pleasantly surprised with the tater crisps. I had never seen them before. The outside was crisp but the inside was fluffy. Except when they were paper thin, which happens occasionally. I was somewhat disappointed with the jalapeño burger though. Not with the amount of jalapeños. The burger was COVERED with jalapeños! But even with such a large amount of peppers all I got was a pleasant warmth. No spicy bite. Maybe it was just my spice tolerance, but I was still a little disappointed. The burger itself was nice. I also appreciated the staff. Since I was seated at the bar I was served by the bartender. Shayla was our server and she was so so so friendly. Took our order in a timely manner and got our food pretty quickly too. She had great recommendations as well. The food was pretty good. We were famished so not sure if that had anything to do it with. Their gluten free bread was actually delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. Forgot to take pictures of the food but take my word for it. We got the smashed burger with gluten free bun, Jalapeño burger, and mushroom burger-- all of which tasted amazing!! Arrived here on a late afternoon, we were seated immediately as it wasn't super busy. The wait staff came pretty quickly with waters, and we took some time to look at the menu. I order a patty melt with avocado and a side of the JoJos. My partner ordered the ranch burger with regular fries. The server asked what dips we wanted which was a huge plus because usually restaurants are a bit hesitant to offer dips so it was a nice extra! The food was quick to arrive, and definitely noticed the fries were very fresh. The JoJos were so good! My patty melt was a bit meh, thankfully the avocado that I added made it a lot more flavorful. My partner's burger was ok. Overall the food was a bit pricey but was a good portion. It did lack flavor especially the meat itself, but the dips really helped! Our server was nice. Tasty lunch to start off the new year. I got the Bacon Ranch Chicken Wrap with jo jos and mom got the Grilled Sourdough with sweet potato fries. The food came out quickly and was prepared great. The ingredients in my wrap all tasted fresh and the jo jos were delicious and crispy. Mom enjoyed her sandwich as well. The sweet potato fries weren't as crispy as I'd like but mom didn't mind! I didn't catch his name but our server was the guy with the Ed Sheeran tattoo "Bibia Be Ye Ye" on his left arm and he was really friendly and an awesome host to us. 10/10 for his great service. read more

I have mixed feelings about Bob's nowadays. We dined for dinner tonight as a family of four. Our server was great. He checked on us and got everything right. Our food came out nice and hot. He was pleasant and polite. What was disappointing to me is that I wanted a burger, but decided to order a chicken burger instead for health reasons. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Burger. What used to come as a big ol' juicy chicken breast, was a pre-made processed patty, and it was so thin, it couldn't have been more than 1/4" of an inch thick, served on a whole lot of bread in comparison. It tasted ok, but definitely was not as described. There was no detectable Cajun seasoning for one, but the very meager portion of protein on my sandwich was just sad. Had I known, I would have just ordered the beef burger after all. My son got the kid's fish and chips. It came with one big, nice piece of fried fish and a lot of undercooked fries. My daughter ordered the chicken strips off the "lighter fare" menu, and while she said the chicken was "really good", it came with chunks of burnt crust from other pieces of chicken (or something) stuck all over it, so she had to pick off the good parts. Really weird - I'm surprised they served it based on how it looked. My husband had the Western burger with no complaints, but again, the significantly undercooked French fries were not edible. The price of these dinners and two sodas came to $65, which nowadays, I'd consider fairly reasonable had things been cooked properly and had my sandwich actually had a "charbroiled chicken breast" on it as their menu describes. $7.50 for two diet Cokes is absurd. There's not a lot of good choices in Tulalip outside of the casino (which has a few GREAT restaurants, and kids are welcome), so will I come back? Maybe out of convenience, but I certainly will not order these particular items again if I do. read more

Great service here. Food was ok. Located on the other side of the Tulalip factory outlet, near Walmart, it would be better to drive here after shopping at the outlets. The place is quite big and can accommodate many people. Don't be put off by the crowded parking lot. I like the variety of summer drinks and the types of burgers here. Lots of option. I had the Hawaiian burger which came with two pineapple rings (very thinly sliced) and ham. I chose potato salad for my side. The potato salad was on the sour side, maybe there were chopped pickles in there? The burger itself was huge but the patty was not very juicy. It tasted like a frozen patty I could cook at home. The bun was also a bit chewy and I had a hard time cutting it. I eat my burger deconstructed so I tend to cut it up into pieces. At US$18 (after taxes), the burger is not value for money. I came here with 2 other friends and B. B got the Jalapeno burger with onion rings and I got the Western BBQ burger with potatoes salad. B and I both agree that the food was ok and it was not worth the price that we paid for. Don't get me wrong. We did enjoy our burgers but it was nothing special. I tried one of B's onion rings and I found the onion rings ok. We had better onion rings else where. The potatoes salad came with two scoops. I liked the potatoes salad. It was quite tasty. The restaurant itself is quite big and can accommodate a very big group. There are free parking outside in front. The restaurant is located near Seattle Premium Outlet. Please note that if you are paying by credit card, they will charge a credit card processing fee. This is the first time where I encounter a restaurant where they are trying to pass on their business expenses such as credit card processing fee onto their customer and still charge premium prices for their food. Service was good. Like I said the food here is not worth the price paid. You can get better burgers at Red Robins and etc. read more

Two stars because my server was nice (took awhile to come to us and check on us) and we didn't have to wait to be seated. My second time here and I don't remember much about my first visit. Now, I know why my first visit wasn't so memorable. Last time I ordered a couple salads so it was okay. This time, we ordered a bacon burger with Jo Jo's and a bowl of taco soup. Bacon burger: Bland and there was no spice in its life. We had to add extra salt and pepper to the patty. Bacon wasn't as crispy as it should be (soft and limpy). Jo Jo's: Probably the best thing that come out. Taco soup: Taste fine, but the big problem was that it came out cold. This soup was so cold even the sour cream didn't dissolve and the cheese didn't even melt into it. We already waited almost 30 minutes for our food so I did not want to complain. Recommendation: Meh, you can skip this place for the burgers. Apparently Bob didn't show up to season his patty and warm his soup up. read more

We r celebrating a bday the wife of the celebrant she called and say that there is 13 people but she keept on insisting 10. So as we got there is short of sits and table so we were talking to the GM (Katie) she had really an attitude like is inconvenience to help us knowing that we reserve the table and they felt short. Katie wa really rude no appologize there like is our fault. The good side is only out server she was nice and we ask if we could all sit together we can fix the table she was game with that. The service at this restaurant was horrible. When we walked in there were plenty of empty tables and a fair amount of staff wondering around doing stuff but it became apparent that coming over to our table wasn't high on their agenda. A waitress showed up and took our orders and then someone came with waters and napkins and utensils. 30 minutes later my salad showed up 20 minutes after that our entrees showed up and mine was a over cooked steak that I'd asked to be cooked to medium but arrived very well done and the baked potato was so large it covered half the plate. Our waitress seemed to have gone on her break leaving us with no recourse but ask to ask someone else to help us but that person told us they'd go fine our waitress to come help us. We noticed that other people at the other tables also seemed to be having the same problems. We had to ask a busier for some backs and our bill. Guess who finally showed up, yep it was our waitress coming with our bill. We did not leave a tip and we will not be going to any Bob's Burgers & Brew ever again and we have been telling our friends and family members to stay away from these establishments in the future. read more

After doing a little bit of thinking I'm still going to give this a 4, because everything above my negative is still great. We arrived Saturday for a lunch, after a short wait we were seated. Hostess was friendly and the staff we passed along the way was nice. We met are waiter Tanner who was also nice, after a look at the menu. We decided to order Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and a chicken wrap and a chicken bacon burger. Tanner did not right anything down and I confirmed with him the app and the two entrées and he said he's got it and it'll be right out. Well he was half right! 10 minutes later we got our entrées and no mozzarella sticks. I didn't even say anything. I knew this was going to happen. Food was great and staff was friendly. Came her with family after an afternoon at Tulalip Casino. Service was a little slow, but food was decent. Felt obligated to get a burger of course. My brother had the Ranch Burger, sister law mushroom burger, dad has the sourdough burger and I had the blue cheese sourdough burger. Water stayed full and refills on my brother's ice tea was well addressed. The carrots in the side salad were an odd choice they were mini peeled ones that you get at the grocery store in a bag not the easiest thing to eat in a salad. It's fathers day, we took a road trip and decided to stop at one of our old favorites. We came here a couple times for the fathers day buffet. Not sure if they still do that but we pulled in parking lot expecting a long wait seeing several people outside the front door so we went back to the car and called. She said no wait so sweet....let's eat. Masks are required walking around the dining area and restrooms. Get seated and no booth is available so we agree to take the table and chair option. Boooo! Just ordered our food and a beer. Beer isn't as cold as we had hoped. That class is far from frosty. Anyway she replies after we order. The kitchen is a little behind so just to let you know your wait may be a little longer than normal. So much for a quick sit down lol. Head to the ladies room and my worse fear almost came true. I didn't think the toilet was going to flush. After two tries to my relief it worked. Wash my hands. Soap is available though the cover to the soap is trashed. Water was nice and warm but no paper towels to dry off or grab the door handle with and of course no long sleeves today. Air blowers only. I don't want to touch the door with my bare clean hands but here we go. No choice unless I get lucky for someone to come in while I'm going out but no luck there. Don't get me wrong, the food was alright. although the some of the food was over seasoned, and just too much in general it was ok. The thing I didn't like the most was the service. Everthing was going good until we were done eating. When our waitress came over, she asked if we wanted any boxes, and me and my family of 4 just said we wanted one. Took 12 minutes just to get a box from a waitress. After that, she gave us our bill. When we put the cash down for what we needed to pay, it took around 9 minutes for us to get that payment taken care of. Ive never been in a restaurant where it takes thing long to leave. Let's start with the safety process they are following for Covid-19. They are doing a great job with social distance and cleanliness! They even have a QR code I. The table to see the menu! Now to the service. Exceptional is a good word for it. The two hostesses were super polite welcoming and well versed in proper customer service. My server who had to handle tables inside and out does a great job and I fact recommended the sliders with taters as a side. She is very friendly And even through her mask you can see her smile! (Didn't get her name but honestly it's not important as all the staff deserve praise!. My food came out hot and I'll be the first to say that although I wasn't that hungry it is the best sliders I've had in some time! Let's start off by saying that we have been coming here for a few years and this is my first review. They have a few locations and each place is set up the same including the freezer like place so bring a summer jacket always. The food is very good and one of the better burger joints, certainly better than Red Robin and Dennys but in that same category. We are vegetarians and so this will be that type of review. The burgers are very good and the sides are made good. The service varies but mostly good and friendly staff. Here's the deal. I've recently moved to the area. Stopped in to just see what it was all about. I had a great time at the bar! The food was way better than the majority of the options in the area. Totally enjoyed the servers & the large amount of space given to sit in. Is this a 5 star restaurant? No. You're literally getting a burger. You want a 5 star burger? Go to a fine dining restaurant. Is it still amazing and wonderful? Absolutely! I see some folks judging the pricing and I gotta say- gtfo. It is '22 and everything is expensive literally everywhere. Over the past few years we have tried Bobs off and on and are never overly impressed, but it had never been atrocious, so we try every once in awhile.... We stopped in after shopping and ordered The Cuban sandwich. Holy wow- could not taste anything but the tang of the Frenchs yellow mustard that drenched the sandwich. Why not use a brown or stone ground mustard? Charge me $16 for a sandwich and then give me a cheap mustard bath. My husband got a Hawaiian burger which he said wasn't bad. Hence the two stars. This place also has a sour odor... like nothing has really been cleaned in 10 years. The cart they keep condiments on is covered in grime. The Ram isn't far away- just go there. read more

I've eaten here several times and it has always been decent however today's dinner forced me to leave this review. Ordered a burger in a lettuce wrap. Half the romaine lettuce used was wilted and disgusting. When I brought it up to our waitress her reply was "that's just from the burger" and walked away. There were multiple things she could have said or done to make this better but alas she chose to not care. On top of that my husband had black hair (neither of our color) in his food. 1st and last visit. We stopped for a bite around 9pm. Place was pretty quiet. When a server finally came by our table we ordered our meal and asked for water. 10 minutes later no water. We finally see our server again and ask for our water. Again we wait. When my wife went to find the server we finally got our water. My wife ordered Onion Rings. It was evident that the Onion Rings were pre packaged not freshly made. The little bit of onion was transparent gelatinous onion. My Burger Bun was dry and the Burger was basically Bland. I want to leave a good review for Bob's, I really do. Mostly because the staff was fabulous. Sadly, the food was horrendous. My guacamole bacon burger literally tasted like a Costco 80/20 patty that was over done on a gas grill on at 475. The guacamole was brown and there was some other sauce on it that I can't place which didn't mix. It also came with two pieces of onion and soggy tomatoes. The lettuce for the side salad was pink, and my "lettuce wrap" was literally brown. Don't offer a gluten-free menu and then half-*** it. The New York was the lowest quality cut I have ever seen in my life. I am so sad to say I would have been more satisfied with a whopper. read more
