    Monday prime rib dinner
    Noong M.

Service was amazing, Amber I think was her name. You're lucky to have her. The food was meh, the salt and pepper wings were top notch and drinks...forgetaboutit now the sadness, we came in for prime rib Monday, the mashed potatoes horrible and ice cold, Amber tried to remedy the issue but it was done. We might try again soon but at $150ish for a Monday night dinner and to have it be meh is a bit to do often.

Cute little bar & grill! Came here for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. Not sure if they were short staffed Sunday night but there was only one bartender who was also doubling as the waiter for all tables, so wait time was a bit longer but that wasn't a big deal. Low music is playing and it's a bit on the louder side, as you'd expect for this type of establishment. Definitely want to come back for some drinks and more menu exploration.

I have been wanting to try this place and so happy I did! Marquette was our bartender and server and he was the best! His first words were, "I'd love to make you delicious cocktails or get you some food!" We got some Kampagnes and I ordered the Tater Tot Casserole. My friend got the lemon pepper wings. She got her wings, they were really good, but if I was blind eating them I would never guess they were lemon pepper. They just tasted like regular wings, but with flavor. After an order mistake my order came out and Marquette was nice enough to give a discount due to the error and we got to talking about these "delicious cocktails" and "bartenders choice". So I let him surprise me with a "bartenders choice" with rum. I was not expecting such a great drink. I had such good food and such a good drink but the combo didn't go well, so of course I chose the drink and took my food to go. The tater tot casserole is amazing though. Omg it is savory, creamy... that shit is good! I brought it home and gobbled it down with my husband. Sad I didn't get a dessert, but I'll def have to go back to try one! If you ever go ask for Marquette, he's amazing!

My wife and I stopped into 1933 for lunch while in the area. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. 1933 offers a couple larger tables near the back for those with large parties. 1933 specializes in classic cocktails. Menu is small and perfectly simple. There is a dessert case to grab a dessert for home in the event that you are full from your meal. Happy Hour is offered Monday-Friday from 2pm-5pm; $5 beers and 50% off small plates and house wines. Stemware is unique and reminded me of the prohibition era. I appreciate that spirits are served with the choice of an ice spheres or ice square. While looking over the menu, I sipped on a glass of Librety Chard for $10. My wife sipped on an Espresso Martini for $16. For lunch we shared the Smash Burger for $17: two patties, onion, dill pickle, white American cheese, house sauce on a brioche bun. We chose the Caesar Salad as our side. Our burger was messy and absolutely delicious. The shaved parmesan cheese in the Caesar salad raises this standard salad up a notch. After our meal, my wife enjoyed a Jameson on the rock. Our server was fabulous; friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, 1933 is a nice little spot to drop into if in the area. I look forward to returning in the future to try more menu items and some dessert.

Been here twice now and had the most amazing meals. Brown sugar mozzarella bread is so good- and I get the wagyu baseball sirloin- best steak I have ever had! Also the shaved bacon Brussel sprouts are incredible. The staff is very nice as well.

Such a cute little spot on the main drag in Marysville. The menu represents some home style cooking as well as some newer popular selections. The drinks are Fire . Jovani was very attentive & his bar keep skills, stellar. From the smokey old fashioned to a few options with Mezcal (hey this girl likes her mazcal) we were happily buzzed. We started the food rolling with salt & pep wings & mozz bread. The hubbs enjoyed a chicken cobb salad. I had the create your own pasta with gargonzola & blackened chicken. If you lean that direction just know the chicken is chopped into small pieces. The pasta was quite literally drowning in sauce which is fine for spaghetti bit this gargonzola would have been much more enjoyable lightly applied. Just a tip. Overall Go, check them out. We will be back to continue working our way through the menu.

French Onion soup and smash burger and tots were solid choices for us. Good cocktail list and full bar. Parking lot outside and cool dinner club vibe with chic black colors and neon lit bar with the dessert case at the front door giving off an Americana vibe. Hat's off to the pastry check for delectable options, but you really could have bought me for a quarter when I saw the Indiana sweet cream pie. Very few people in the PNW have ever heard of it, let alone have it on a menu anywhere. Our service was very warm and welcoming from start to finish.

First time at 1933 Bar + Kitchen. Sat out on the patio as it was a lot cooler than sitting inside. The restaurant overall was cute & hip. It also has a full bar. Service was good, waiter checked up on us couple of times. The menu doesn't have happy hour, which was ok, so we decided to order from the dinner menu. Ordered the Caesar salad with blackened chicken, the nachos and side of fries. The Nachos with shredded chicken - was ok. The shredded chicken was drenched in BBQ sauce, which made the nachos a bit soggy. We wished there were more toppings. It felt like it was just cheese, shredded chicken and bbq sauce. Caesar salad - can't go wrong with the salad, overall had no issues. For the blackened chicken, I was expecting grilled chicken but it came out in lil chunks and seasoning was more like a chipotle style. Side of fries - after looking at the photos, was expecting hand-cut style fries but came out with the basic fries. Fries came out fresh though.

I know they're new still trying to adjust and add and what not but two of us felt like there was a LOT to be desired from our visit. They could have had a bad/off night, but this is just from our one experience at like 8:30-9 pm on a weekday. Ambiance and mood was cool, prices for what we ordered I felt were a bit high but maybe there's more to the dishes.(maybe they use organic or handmade ingredients I don't know about) Presentation on the pastas could have been a lot better in a shallower bowl but I felt there was nothing special to it at all. Definitely didn't think it was worth the $32 comparatively to other restaurants we frequent in quality and tastes. Ordered jalapeño poppers, it was two peppers, halved and mostly raw, with some cream cheese spread and small amount of bacon. Again not worth it comparatively. Cheese bread was super good! Everything else I've seen pictures of looks great, and we were super excited but we thought it just lacked a lot of the quality we're use to eating out locally from here to SeaTac. maybe they didn't have a good night, maybe we should have ordered something else. ‍ Give it a try yourself.

This is the second time visiting this place and as a server I hate to leave reviews but the service is awful. Terrible service. I'm not sure if it was a staffing issue or because it was St. Patrick's Day, but overall it was very disappointing. We had a reservation for outside seating (with a $25 no-show charge), but were seated inside instead. Not a huge deal, but it seems like a basic detail to get right. Our server was very nice, which was a plus. However, we ordered a crab dip and soup as appetizers, and the soup was never entered. When she came back to take our entrée order, she asked if we still wanted it--I said yes--but it still never came. I ended up asking for it to-go when our entrées arrived. Our food was initially delivered to the table next to us, and our server only checked on us once during the meal. I also ordered a plain hamburger with French fries to-go. When we were ready to leave, I had to ask for the check. They brought a small box for my full prime dip sandwich and no container for the dipping sauce. After handing over the check, it was returned to us unpaid, and we had to ask another server (who was also very kind) to process it. We expressed our frustration, and while they did offer a free dessert, we were ready to leave at that point. To top it off, when I got home, my "plain hamburger with fries" was actually a cheeseburger with tater tots.

Stopped by for a couple drinks after visiting the lights at Tulalip. Had a couple appetizers, the French onion soup is amazing! The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks. Not sure what other reviewers are accustomed to, but they were outstanding. The ambiance is inviting and clean. This is a really great place to come and unwind, have a good quality meal, and enjoy people. And the ice cubes have 1933 on the block! Very nice touch!

Our visit to The Armory Pickleball Club in Marysville was unfortunately ruined by an extremely unprofessional interaction with the manager, Ryan. This was our first time visiting. I had created an account ahead of time and believed I had reserved a court from 5-7 pm, but the booking system is confusing and I never received a confirmation email explaining what I had actually reserved. When we arrived, there was no staff available to greet guests or help new players understand where to go. I walked the entire facility looking for someone and even called the phone number listed, but no one answered. Since all courts were full except one, we assumed that was associated with my reservation and the four of us (on a double date) began playing. Later in the evening, Ryan approached us in a very abrupt and accusatory way assuming we were sitting there drinking and using a court without permission. I immediately showed her my reservation and explained that this was our first time there. As soon as I realized the system likely required each person to pay individually for open play, I offered to pay for the additional three players right away. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or helping clarify the confusion, Ryan continued speaking to us in a rude and confrontational tone that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. It was especially frustrating because we were trying to do the right thing and resolve the issue immediately. Adding to the poor experience, the women's locker room had no toilet paper, and many of the tables in the seating area were covered with dirty dishes and had not been cleared. For a facility promoting a social atmosphere, basic upkeep and hospitality seemed to be lacking that evening. We had actually been having a great time until this interaction, but the way Ryan handled the situation completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun date night. Because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning.

It definitely worked on me - usually specials are relegated to a small corner of the menu, but here they are front and center. I couldn't resist and so I got the Pot Roast Dip. It's a sandwich that has a good amount of pot roast, some bacon jam that's glued together with provolone and Swiss cheese all on a Giuseppe roll (From Macrina Bakery? It's a crust roll). The bacon jam and sandwich dressing makes the sandwich really sweet, but the Angus sauce is very salty, and so when the sandwich is dipped it all balances out interestingly enough. It was good to try, but I think I'll order something else next time. I also got a Mocha latte- very smooth and delicious. I would get this again! Their bathrooms are shared with the rest of the building - the code is at the cashiers. The wifi password is right next to it too. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, Diced Chicken Breast, Seasoned Ground Beef, passed on any veggies and garnish. I also got marinara sauce on the side for dipping. The pizza is about the same size as a medium sized pizza you can get anywhere. The stone fired oven they used really brought out the flavors of the ingredients. It was overall pretty tasty, but they slightly burnt the bottom of the pizza which made it have a slightly burnt taste unfortunately. As for the vibe, it was pretty quiet with only a couple other customers eating their pizzas. The dining area was clean. The lightning was weird because some of the areas were really dark due to a large pillar blocking the ceiling lights directly in front of some of the tables. Other customers noted how dark their table area was. I sat at a well lit long table that can seat 10 people that had plenty of light. The wood table itself was actually pretty nice. Service could be better. They had a relay going on where one staff member would deal with the cheese and took down your name and passed it on to the next staff member for the sauce, then the toppings, then the oven person, then the cashier. The first staff member must have had a bad day, and rushed me when i was thinking, hmming, and huhhing about what to order. She didn't smile or greet me either. The cashier at the end of the relay was kind of slow and made a couple mistakes with the transaction but he figured it out at the end. Pizza took about 15-20 minutes to make which is slightly slower than i thought it would take.
