Been a regular customer for over a year bought multiple bongs and rigs over $100. Some dude usually helps me out at night, very cool dude anytime I ask some questions he helps me out no questions asked. I came in tonight and some new employee was there. Long story short, I won't be returning to this shop again. Worst customer service, lost a big customer for hiring a dickhead. Interview and hire better. read more

Omg this place has everything you need and stuff you didn't think you needed.came in for a battery for my cartridge. They have all kinds and colors and they even let you test them out in store. This place is 14 miles from my house but with there knowledge and customer service skills I will be back. read more

went to get a cbd cart explained to the guy that I just started a few days ago for stress and anxiety. showed him the package of the previous one I got 500mg for 25.00 he grabs a 300 mg daytime cart and opens it then screws it on my battery and charges me 35.00 I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN read more

Horrible customer service. Had family from out of town only to be treated as if I was going to steal something while I was attempting to pick out a $10 cigar. I will never give this business my business. Two thumbs down and no stars if I had the opportunity to really read this subpar below average business. When I let them know about their customer service the employee threw the ball to someone else and that other person threw the ball to another person. Don't spend your money here. read more

I don't get into many smoke shops but had to stop in to buy a charger for an ecig and knew nothing about what I was supposed to get. I'm assuming it's Bob who helped me and he was so friendly and informative. He helped me purchase the right charger and even told me I could return it opened if it wasn't the right one. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

I go to both bobs smoke shops!! The one in Tempe and the one in west Phoenix they got amazing quality glass and great selection of ejuice bob is the man!! Oh man how can I forget there cigar selection they got it all from vapes to water pipes to glass pipes to cigars!! What more do you need.. it's a great environment with great parking!!
