Writing a review on a random carwash is the last thing on my mind. Unless there is a probable cause to let others beware of unpleasant and concerning services and management. Unfortunately, I happened to pass by "4-95 car wash" on N.Federal taking my kids to weekend games and stopping for a quick exterior wash. Some dude in a bucket hat and sunglasses, who later identified himself as the owner manager, sold me a monthly unlimited wash, which I assumed I could be use on a random weekend. Their weird service procedure, when several workers in dirty oil-stained clothes with dirty-stinky cloths in hands take turns in hoping in your brand new $100K plus, vehicle in a carline to tracks and out of washing chamber, meanwhile playing inside the car with your personal settings: AC, radio channels, seat adjustments, going through customers personal items in the armrest and gear shift compartments, was very annoying and concerning. After the wash you have to drive with your windows open, to let the stinky odor out, not to mention waste of time with all the that personnel hopping in and out of your vehicle. This ridicules procedure is uncommon at any other carwashes. The reason is, to avoid customer's accidental gear shifting from neutral to park , that causes track's emergency stop for a moment. Once my truck was out and of the tracks, I asked the guy behind the wheel to let me and my son to get in and drive away, as we were running late for the game. Another worker stating he is the manager, started arguing with me, regarding one more other dude to hop in and move the vehicle couple of feet forward on the lot, that was absolutely irrational, as the wash was completed and the vehicle already was off the tracks on their parking area, moreover we were in a rush to leave. Once I stepped-up on a running board, I saw foam residue spots in the back and politely asked anyone to wipe it off. The worker, who just aid he was the manager, in a rude manner refused to wipe it off. I was shocked with that kind of attitude and asked for actual owners contact number, which he refused to provide and we left. In about two weeks I happened to be driving on N.Federal and decided to stop for my monthly unlimited wash, that I purchased earlier, which was still active for another two weeks. I got in line , but the same dude in a hat with sunglasses, blocked me with a cone and told me in a rude manner, to leave, because I, allegedly, yield at a worker, two weeks ago. That surprised me, as I did not have any recollection of that. I asked that dude for owner's contact number, to address service issues. He told me he is the owner/manager and does not want to hear anything. To avoid further arguments I asked him for a refund, for the rest of the monthly period, I paid for and was about to drive away. Disappointed in their stinky service I was not even planning to come back. He immediately refused to refund me the balance. threatening to call the police for trespassing. At this point it became clear, that whoever it was, he had an attitude problem, trying to scam customers with all kinds of false and fabricated excuses. Browsing through a significant number of negative revues on this business, I noticed some customers were identifying the man in a hat and sunglasses as a "complete asshole", which is hard to disagree with. Stay away from this car wash, there are better quality and honest places along that road.... read more

Just had two car washes, with full interior service. Payed an extra 10$ to also have the one floor mat washed. The wash was average. For the price too much. The service was beyond disrespectful. The tech immediately asked for a tip & the manager called following up again for a tip. I spent over 100$ today for a subpar car wash. With our interiors still dirty. Quick, fast and affordable! I had been feeling lazy and had always driven by this car wash and lucky being in the area at the time decided to stop by and get this car clean!!! The owner andre is very greedy and only cares about how many cars he can push through in a day this is why this car wash has gotten such a bad reputation the last couple years. There are many other car washes that are 10 times better in the area that actually take the extra time to make sure your car is clean without adding extra charges. Went for the outside wash and inside vacuum. For $40 I think The price was good for what I paid for. My car was cleaned very nice on the inside. But I guess they don't do the trunk? Or they just got lazy toward the end. My main reason for the one star ding was because I was told it would take 45 minutes since I wanted interior done too, but it ended up taking and hour and fifteen minutes. Needed a simple full service wash + wax on my car. Had what looked like a manager coming up to me saying I need the hand wash.. ok.. and then saying I need to do a full acid wash on my car because of "water marks". This is ridiculous someone would lie to a customer, luckily I'm a chemical engineer and can understand what that would actually do for my car, which is nothing since I had no scale or carbonates / dirt / dust stuck. The car is only 6 months old and i washed it myself 4 times already. I went home and scrubbed off the few water marks with a towel and they came off. Also, the total came out to $135 for a hand wash and wax, you can get a full service with all that and interior included for $50 at other places in boca. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Just came here and paid $30 for a "Boca Wash." Not only was the wash done in less than 10 minutes, but once I sat inside and looked around I noticed that nothing had been touched on the inside...carpets still had debris in them, dashboard hadn't been wiped...I mean absolutely nothing. Below average car wash. Paid for full car was of interior and exterior. Car sat in the hot sun for several minutes so spotting, and the vacuum was below standard with obvious dirt around the mats. Yet the employees were able to put my air at full blast and figure out how to change the radio station on MY car. So I got into my new Porsche with unfamiliar music blaring. I have been coming here for years and have been pretty satisfied. They get you with the $4.95 charge for a car wash. This is the bare minimum exterior only wash. It doesn't include vacuuming or shining the tires. So, you end up buying the full service wash which is $15.95. The $4.95 wash is really a come on. This last visit, for the first time in 30 years, it ended up raining hours after I had my car washed, so I decided to take them up on the free car wash if it rains. I even asked about it prior to having my car washed again. What they failed to tell me is that the free car wash is only for the exterior. So, they only refunded me $4.95! I ended up paying over $10 again for the second wash! Another come on... To make matters worse, they did a really poor job vacuuming the mats. I had to redo it myself when I returned home. Lesson learned. Only go to this wash when you need just the exterior done. Go to other places in town when you want the interior done. I truly never leave one star reviews but for this place I will. Last time I was there they cracked my windshield in the wash then claimed it wasn't them. Wasn't offered anything to fix it, was told to call my insurance. Went today and paid to have a wash and my tires and rims cleaned, came out still dirty. Asked someone to do them again, said they were good. Got out and they were still dirty, so I proceeded to clean them myself and have someone tell me "there's stuff baked on that won't come off". Buyer beware. They will damage your car and if over 3 yrs old they are not responsible. I have a 2014 Range Rover that they damaged the mirror. The machine ripped it off the mirror and they said they were not responsible. Then they pointed to a small sign behind a garbage can that the general public can not find that says "not responsible for cars over 3 yrs old. They wanted me to pay half for their damage after the tried to provide the wrong mirror. THIS IS DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. GO across the street to Rubber Duck. They are so professional As you can see from his response the owner lacks the professionalism I addressed below. This was my first time here. But it won't be the last. I wasn't sure what to expect bc the reviews are all over the place. But here's my .02. I will admit the entrance to the place is a bit tricky if you've never been but it's right off Federal Hwy and it comes up quick. Once I pulled in it was pretty straight forward. I was greeted almost immediately and offered a menu of services. I chose the full service wash which included the inside of the vehicle. Wipe down of the dash, door jams, and windows inside and out. Keep in mind, it's 82 out and sunny. And by the long line to get in. The staff has been busy. Once I pulled my car to the tunnel entrance. A young man came over and took over my car. I exited and walked to the cashier's booth to pay. Again pretty straight forward. In no time my car was on the way out. As I waited, I bumped into the owner Andre. He took the time to check in and make sure everything was good. We talked a bit about my earlier experience (high school and college) working and managing a car wash in my home town. We frequent this car wash, and usually it would get a three star rating with a seldom four....today, I had to go with a one star review based on two things: circular smears from using a dirty rag on the inside of the windshield; puddle left in my console drink holders, which the guy covered up (literally) by pulling closed the retractable cover. Talk about deplorable management of this place. My last time "ever" (and after this, I hope you do the same) as my car came out the other side, it was loaded with soap left over on the back end which did not wash off. I went to pick up a small towel from a stand of their and the manager came yelling and screaming at me that I didn't have the permission nore the right to use a towel of theirs as it wasn't part of the deal. I explained the reason, he didn't care, and called the owner over, who by the way has ZERO people skills, rude like a maniac and told me that I should bring my own towel to wipe of left over soap. Several customers at the time (I'm sure they no longer are) witnessed my situation and yelled at both the manager and owner that this was their problem and they should have cleaned it or helped me as a good business does when they care about customer service, but the owner turned on them as well telling them to mind their own business and reaffirmed me that I wasn't entitled to use a towel. One stupid little towel to wipe off left over soap. Talking about a crazy and ignorant attitude. I have gone to that place for many years, but that was it. So from 1 to 10, I'll rate it a -1. If you want good service and with a smile and where the owners come around and ask if everything is ok or if you need help with anything, go across the street to Mirecle Car wash or any other place but not this one. Today 7/29 I had my car washed - Full Service. For the second time, I have been disappointed. When I spoke to the manager about vacuuming the interior which I would give it a three I was told I could pay more to have my mat cleaned. I went to another car wash and properly vacuumed my mat. The wheels of my car I had to ask again to be cleaned. I felt that it was a rush job and tons of the wipe down and the drying of the car. Even the interior really didn't look like it was cleaned compared to other times that you have cleaned my car. I'm not sure if this is based on a new manager or new ownership. The experience at the car wash was so awful it lead me to creating a yelp account just to leave this review. I paid up for the Boca Wash that is $29.95. This includes a number of different things including "tires shined". When my vehicle was ready I noticed the rims of the car were still dirty. Almost as if they never touched them outside of running them through the wash. I called the guy over to see if they can just have someone come over with a towel and wipe them down. A simple easy task as I did not want to create a whole thing. The gentleman came back and said he got yelled at by the manager and my 2 options were getting back in line and running it through the average wash or paying $15 for a rim detail. Keep in mind, the line at this point is about 12 cars deep. Even though it should've been at a discount or free given the terrible first job that was done I told him would do the extra $15 for the rim detail. He then proceeds to tell me that it's $15 for each rim bringing my total to $60 for the rims. Plus the wash at $35 with tip for a total of $100 for an average wash. Also, you need to leave the car for an hour for the rim detail. After telling him to forget it they still wouldn't bring someone over to give it a quick wash on the rims which would've taken all but 5 minutes. Safe to say...I will not be back at this car wash. The most overrated over priced wash in Boca. All I got from the guy was a "sorry man" and I was on my way. Please see the pictures of my rims. In addition, the wash of the car was super average. But I'll save that for another time. Mad at myself for tipping before hand. The customer service is some of the worst I have seen. Place is a complete joke. If they would have told me they would t help me right away I wouldn't be writing this review. The guy interrogated me about who did this and went back and forth with his manager. Wash quality keeps going down. Purchased the works wash, $28 which isn't cheap that should include bug remover but make sure you watch them apply it to your car. They never applied it to the car this time (main difference from Boca wash +$6) and the car still had bird poop and "bee pollen" as the manager called it. Terrible cleaning job inside too, left paper on the sEat after. Waste of $28 and clearly manager doesn't care either. They gave me an air-freshner. The chemicals ruined my dashboard. The owner told me to learn how to read and that it was my fault.
