There are occasionally delayed games due to transitioning; however, never more than 5-10 minutes. The best part is, the facilitators make sure that your team is slotted with appropriate competition, allowing the kids to compete and improve. Today, the gym was supposed to open at 7and there was a lady standing in the rain, waiting for the gym to open when I arrived. Since this is not rare occurrence, I knew that she was waiting to be let in. I decided to wait in my car until someone showed up to open the gym. About 15 minutes after I showed up (7:20ish), the lady left in a cab and I continued to wait another 5 minutes. At 7:25 I decided to cut my losses and leave. I work full time and I'm a full time student, with a toddler at home. I don't have an over abundance of time to waste. Thank you for your response.

I arrived at the Gym good and early this morning and had an efficient and intense workout. My apologies for breaking my first rule: Don't let anyone turn my attitude sour. Today's experience was unacceptable. I arrived at 5:15AM and went straight to the two Smith Machines that were still operational. One appeared to be unoccupied, but had a gym bag and two water bottles on the floor beside the bench. Two women who were using the cable machine had apparently "Reserved" the one remaining Smith. I went about my workout, keeping an eye on the Smith. After 45 minutes of watching the two members scroll and converse and occasionally do an exercise, I left. On departure I did inform the team member at the reception desk, but he just shrugged. Perhaps management can institute a policy of periodic PA announcements reminding members that proper gym etiquette is required at all times. With that said, as much as I have enjoyed my Planet Fitness membership, regrettably I may NEVER return.
