Not my Dr. still wrong. Today I'm just having them put my old prescription in the new frames I had to buy. Now I will have new glasses that I didn't need. Still haven't spoken with my Dr. what a money grubbing place to go. STAY AWAY!!! They don't care about you just your money.

Dr. Frazier and the whole team at Tyler Eye Associates is by far the most professional, caring and prompt facility I've been to. As a new patient I was scheduled very quickly, in office wait times were never more than 5 minutes. Dr. Frazier took his time with a thorough exam and ensured he explained things in a way you could easily understand. I ordered glasses and they were ready for pick up very quickly within 3 days. I couldn't recommend this facility more!

He had to return to school that same day. We have a Christus healthcare plan which include one free pediatric eye exam and one free pair of glasses. I received a bill from Christus for the exam and was charged $356.00 by Dr. John Ketcher. It was adjusted by Christus to $108.00 for the visit. I am nearly 60 years old and have worn glasses since the 3rd grade; and, I have never been charged $356.00 for an examination. I have never been charged separately for the doctor visit when getting an eye examination. I have made numerous call to the billing department who can't explain how a free eye examination costs $108.00. This clinic is a scam. I will not use them ever again. I emphatically do not recommend this clinic, and I especially do not recommend this doctor. Additionally, the staff was very rude and abrasive. He's independent - doesn't make money off slinging expensive contacts - and is well known and respected in his field. He uses a combination of old and new technology, so you are actually benefiting from his expertise as opposed to at the mercy of a machine. The exam was reasonably priced (50 something dollars for a glasses exam, and 99 for contacts, without insurance, and it's done in a way that checks your eye health.without dilation.) I was extremely impressed. The office was clean and the receptionist was very nice e and knowledgeable as well.
