Wow wow wow!!! This place is a hidden gem of authentic Argentinian food. Tried it for the first time this weekend but will not be the last. It is a casual atmosphere but food is outstanding. Hands down the best milanesas I've ever had-- juicier meat than most, flavorful, thick and huge portion! My favorite from the table was mine with gnocchis on top-- so different! The service was great, fast and the chef came to our table on multiple occasions to ask how things were going and get our feedback-- seriously what an amazing chef he is! Food was very good. The place is alright. Service was perfect. But... Two things I didn't like: 1- I went for the milanesas, carne. There was only chicken. I called before going and they didn't tell me they ran out of milanesas. Chicken was the same price as meat. I guess it can happen but... 2- This really pissed me off. When the bill came, there was a 15% service charge that was only for the kitchen people. Those charges are in my book, a dumb trick. And I don't like tricks. So I left a tip for the waiter and left. I may return some day. I still dont understand their policy. The cheff was very friendly, don't know if he was also the owner. In any case, I hope they get better. read more

I was here for a dinner snack on a walk and the staff was so friendly. It was New Year's Day and pretty dead out. However I came in and ordered an empanada and croquetas. I was able to sit down inside even I had my little dog with me. Everyone was so friendly. The empanadas were absolutely delicious, so good I even ordered another one. However I can't give 5 stars sadly enough because the croquetas were served not hot - they were warm at most - and insanely salty. I tried one, dissected another for my dog and left the third one. I probably just had bad luck on that one because for the rest I got nothing but positivity for this place! read more

The hostess/waitress was extremely polite and made you feel at home. It was quiet for an afternoon, but a lot of foot traffic since the have what Miami calls a "ventanita". While entering this local Argentinian restaurant, first thing I noticed is how Miami this place looks. I ordered the freshly squeezed lemonade and the steak sandwich. The lemonade was amazing, not too sweet and clearly fresh and refreshing. I wish I could say the same about the steak sandwich, the meat was bland and rubbery like I couldn't swallow because of how long it took me to chew. It was pretty disappointing for an Argentinian restaurant. The service is gratifying and the setting is definitely appealing for the location it's in. $19.24 for one beef and one chicken empanada and a cappuccino. Only tried the empanadas because they had just come out of the over and were resting on the sheet treys. When I order with the server he asked the owner in Spanish witch empanadas he should give me " the ones that are hot and fresh or the two that were on display". Very disappointing wanted to have a good experience and support local business but I will not be returning. How ever I would like to know how/why the check was so high? Empanadas we're 3.50 each was the coffee $12? Did they charge for the tiny side chimichurri and hot sauce? Was tip included and then expected to be added again once I paid and yes I did tip 20%. We found this restaurant when we were nearby on Normandy Isle. What a treat to be greeted by the owner who was most pleasant and engaging. The menu is full of very appetizing choices. First off the smoothies and the juices are fantastic my only cavity is that some of those fruits are not fresh they're frozen slush in a bag. The juices aren't cold press but they are fresh. My biggest concern is the person who makes the juices constantly takes the straw out the wrapper, touches the straw even at the mouthpiece , the parts that made contact with his fingers are now placed into the drink..... the acrylic wall has such a small opening, he has to continuously wedge his fingers over the straw to pass the drink.... all this can be avoided if he left the straws on the customer side. read more

I ordered 3 empanadas (different fillings), passion fruit smoothie, mango smoothie, and a flan. I saw the lady pull the empanadas out of a dingy refrigerated showcase, which obviously meant I wasn't getting fresh empanadas. When they arrived they TASTED like a refrigerator and were burnt to a black crisp at the bottom. Gross. The passion fruit smoothie was more like a juice which was fine I guess, it tasted okay. The mango "smoothie" had the consistency of watered down orange juice and had some pathetic melted ice cubes in the glass. Then the flan arrived at the end of our meal. It looked like a spoonful of burnt goop. And the taste fit exactly how it looked. Let's just say I only had one bite. Place was absolutely terrible. read more

This is by far the worst food I've ever ordered for delivery. I ended up throwing all of it away except the French toast which was literally the only edible thing I received. There so called Pesto Pasta actually has no pesto. It's pasta with some frozen spinach. The Napolitano was burnt to a crisp. Oh and the real kicker was the Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich that came with NO ham!! Just some melted cheese on soggy bread slathered in mustard in mayo. Cappuccino was nasty.
