He explained how to get there and I remembered seeing it before. Every time I've driven by it, there's been tons of cars out front so I figured it must be good. We decided to follow his advice. We pulled in to Ray Bradford Automotive and the first thing we encountered was where do we park? There's a small parking lot out front, but it was full. Luckily, we were able to park across the street in the BYU lot because you don't need a permit after 4 pm and it happened to be 4:06. We walked in to the lobby (which has 2 comfy leather sofa recliners, a big screen tv, a water filter thing where you can get a drink, magazines, lots of interesting decor) and the car man, who we later found out was Ray, the owner for 30 years, helped us out. He was very nice and efficient. We left our car overnight because he said he'd be able to check it out more in the morning. This place is in such a convenient location, walkable from home, which is really handy when your car is in the shop. It's just a block south from BYU. The next day, today, we waited for a phone call and didn't hear anything. We decided to call in the afternoon and they said our car was ready. We went to pick it up and Ray told us what they had done (cleaned out an area where the fuel wasn't able to get through) and said he wasn't going to charge us anything. He pointed to our son and said, "You've got bills to pay right there." That was unexpected and so kind of him! Thanks Ray. He said if our car was still having any trouble to bring it back to him. We will definitely be back whenever we need to get our car fixed. We had a great experience here. They had our car ready to go in the parking lot for us. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a personal, honest experience at an auto shop.

They made it right! I took my car here for over 4 years up until I left to move out of state, and after doing over 15+ oil changes on 2 different cars, I can tell you these guys are the real deal. They know their stuff and they have so many services all in one spot (tires, brakes, oil change, emissions, registration, mechanic work, diagnostics). I honestly don't know why any people in Utah would go anywhere else unless it's because these guys happen to be full or something haha. Great experiences for a long period of time with them.
