I was told by my dealership that it was so extensive it was borderline totaled and would need to be repaired with bondo because of the broad damage and depth of the dents. I called Laguna Dent relief to get a second opinion and Britney was very positive to talk to. My appointment with Sebastian was the same day and he assured me they could handle the repairs all by hand and would order new pieces for the parts that needed to be replaced. They handled everything with my insurance company and the process was very smooth. I did not have to pay my deductible and my car was completed within 10 days from insurance approval. Britney kept me informed throughout the process and even handled communication with enterprise rental as well. They also have loaner cars if you don't have rental car insurance. I always lean on my fellow Yelpers and their great reviews led me to Keller Haslet. My first call was met by the sweet office girls who set my appointment for the next day. I had problems with my insurance dragging feet and trying to nickel and dime the whole repair.
