I've been coming here for about 5 years now. the Manager - Quynh is amazing! She has been doing my nails for years but I will occasionally see Tiffany, Jon, Koi, or Sonny if Quynh is busy. I call a few hours ahead of time and make an appointment - they get me in every time. Alec is by far the best pedicure I've ever gotten in my 20+ years of getting pedicures. But again, anybody you see here is excellent and will listen. I've never gotten an infection or fungus, I've never been cut, and I've always loved coming here. They do an excellent thickness with the acrylic so they're not too thin and break and they're not gobby and thick either. They also don't lift on the sides. I've come back to the salon three times for the same broken nail; each time the tech insists the break is the polish only. So, I've returned for the fourth time and now I've been asked to come back in 90 minutes or make an appointment. I will not be returning; hard to justify the time/value tradeoff. read more

My husband and I came here for a pedicure. There was one other person getting a pedicure while we were there. We sat down and put our feet in the water and my husband couldn't get his massage chair to work and they go oh it doesn't work. I counted and with both of us in our chairs and the other person there were 15 empty pedicure chairs. So pretty disappointed in this experience. Within the first 5 minutes as the lady was trimming my toenails she cut me. Overall, the pedicure was barely average. Nothing worth elaborating on. My daughters came in for manicures/pedicures a couple weeks ago and both girls ended up with infected cuticles that required antibiotics to treat. When my oldest daughter came back into the salon to show her cuticles to staff, she was told it was her fault for not using enough lotion. Both kids have pussy, infected cuticles that required a visit with the doctor. I have filed a complaint with the department of public health. Do not go here to get your nails done. AWFUL. Update: The owner is more than welcome to have their lawyer contact me. Vocalizing a legitimate cleanliness and heath concern isn't defamation. My kids ended up ON ANTIBIOTICS. I got the citrus pedicure for $42. It came to $55 before tip with gel polish as opposed to regular. I feel like this price is about average for my experience in the area. This pedicure included a nice citrus scrub, lotion and oil with calf massage. Very nice experience and the man who did my pedicure was very meticulous and careful in trimming my nails and filing. I'll definitely come back. I am going on a trip to the beach this week, so I'll update my review once I see how long the polish lasts. read more

This salon is terrible. I went in with my mom to have a manicure and spa pedicure to prepare for a special event. Both technicians rushed our spa pedicures and were done in 25 minutes. Neither one scrubbed our feet enough or took the time with the clay and citrus scrub. What a joke. We might as well have gotten a quick basic pedicure. The manicure was just average. Total time for both 45 minutes with 5 minutes dry time. What a waste of money and NOT relaxing!! read more

I've visited Vista Nails twice. The first time was probably a 3 star experience; this last visit was much better so we'll bump that up to 4 stars. Generally, it's a clean and bright environment. I like seeing nail salons physically open their cleaned/sanitized tools in front of me. Vista does not do this but I watched my nail tech clean his workstation between steps so I know it's something they pay attention to. I had requested an ombre nail style - a moody black tip gradient to dark red at the cuticle and unfortunately, my tech says he couldn't do that. I know it's possible but I understand not everyone may have the same training. That being said, he did a great job shaping my nails. They're a nice thickness - his attention to detail was great. Vista is expensive but I'm really happy with my nails. I plan to return! read more

I've been here before and although I've never had any issues, this last visit was disappointing. I made an appointment a week in advance for 9:30 right when they open. Upon arrival, almost every pedicure chair was already taken. We waited 10 minutes then were taken to a chair. We then waited another 10 minutes before someone was able to get to us & weren't even able to soak because the water was so hot. I'm not sure if the tech I had was new, but she cut my big toenails down so far that it hurt then attempted to file even further. I now have a maybe a half a toenail on my big toes. My heels are still rough & they weren't bad to begin with. Overall, the pedicure price is a bit high to still have rough spots on my feet & our appointment time unkept. read more

I frequent this place every 3 weeks and bring my friends and daughters here on a regular basis. I was quite alarmed by the lack of customer service and over charging of services received and will not be returning. *Didn't honor my appointment. My appointment was for their first appointment of the day. The technician they chose to do my nails didn't come out of the back for 15 minutes as he was eating. My friend and I also had an appointment at 10:15 for pedicures. She stood waiting 20 minutes while they seated others before her. Another technician was clearly sick and stood over us talking with the technician doing my nails. *I understand that they use a file to file off the top layer of a dip manicure, but my technician was using a very aggressive file at a high speed and made me jump several times as it was burning my nail bed. Once the polish was removed, I opted to just have a clear coat of polish on my nails- no dip. He said the girl doing my feet would polish my nails and he got up and left. *I then went to get just the cuticles and callouses done on my toes. No polish or gel pedicure. I did ask if I could have the parafin dip which I never received. The technician quickly just applied ONE coat of clear polish to my fingernails. No top coat. She and my friend's technicians just got up and moved to other clients. We were left sitting there wondering if we were done... *We then went to the counter to pay. They wanted to charge me for a deluxe manicure AND a $12 polish removal fee. Plus a deluxe pedicure fee rather than the ala carte prices for the callouses and cuticles posted on their price sheet. While I disputed the cost, the technician walked backed to his client he was doing the pedicure for. We were left standing there for at least 5 minutes without any explanation. We were about to walk out when the manager said she would be with us shortly. While trying to explain that I didn't receive full services on neither the mani or pedi, she insisted on the deluxe prices with additional charges for the polish removal. I finally paid the full amount asked plus their credit card fee, but will never be going back again. read more

I really wanted this experience to be a great one for my fam since we were all going to get our nails done for a special event coming up. I made an appointment almost a week prior because I wanted to make sure the salon would be able to accompany our larger group. We arrived a little earlier than our appointment by about 10 minutes. We had a mix of little girls and adults in our party. The little girls started first and were on the opposite side of the room across from us. When we first started the pedicures the water was so hot, we couldn't put our feet in it - literally boiling hot. As they started soaking and cleaning our nails not once did they tell us how much everything cost. Having gotten nails done in the past I'm used to a basic mani/ped combo coming to about $55-$65 depending on where you go, but the norm is about this range. The last time I got a mani/pedi combo with gel was in March 2021 and it cost me $60. I have since gotten mani/pedis but not upgraded to gel. My pedi was ok, nothing special, and nothing to rave about that's for sure. My regular nail tech always did a great job on my toes, making sure to keep my ingrown nails from growing and getting worse. This tech barely cleaned my cuticles and the sidewalls of my toes that only a week later they are as if I didn't even get a pedicure. My nails - I got a total of 4 different colors in various shades of pinks and reds. This is the first time I've ever gotten a manicure that didn't include a hand massage or cuticle oil. I used to get my nails done regularly each time a basic mani/pedi with gel which usually lasts me anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on how much I wash dishes. It's only been almost 2 weeks in 2 more days and my nails have already chipped, the cuticles are all rough and grown out. To make things worse my mani/pedi was more than $95 and that didn't even include tip. They were trying rushing us as they were closing at 7pm and it was about 7:05 when we all finished so since I paid for everyone's nails I didn't get a breakdown of everyone's cost. I do remember the one that spoke English the best gave us the total and took the payment. My youngest niece's gel nails that cost $65 didn't even make it to the weekend for the event. They were already peeling and all off the next day-less than 24 hours. Since getting our nails done here, I've called surrounding nail salons, about 5, and my set alone was averaging $65-$75 else where. We spent an outrageous amount. Some of us had uneven shaped and thickness nails and poorly painted nails- probably due to the fact that it was nearing closing time. One of us didn't even get the base coat of the gel process. For the price we paid I wished the quality of work would have justified the cost. Never once throughout the appointment was the price discussed and ensured that we were comfortable with it. The tech for one my friends asked her is she wanted flowers but she didn't disclose that it would be an additional charge and how much extra. This is a very big violation of unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices - a federal regulation. It also takes advantage of the customers by not disclosing the full price and how much each action will cost. We won't be returning as the quality was lacking - subpar at best, and the prices were way more pricey. They also skimp on things you would regularly get at other salons such as hand massages and cuticle oil. read more

I have been going to this salon for three years. Lately, it has been getting progressively worst. The quality is not what it used to be. I can normally go 2 to 3 weeks with the dip manicure. I got them done and within a week my entire right hand of dip had either just fallen off or broke. I went back paid for them to get completely redone and within 3 days my thumb broke. I walked in requesting them to fix it because the lady who did my nails told me to come back in if one breaks. I walked in and was told to come back in 20 to 30 minutes. I left and came back. I was told to take a seat. no big deal I figured I'd be the next to be helped. Nope they went to help people that had come in after I was told to come back. when I asked someone I was told we are busy. I said I understood but was told to come back and now I'm still having to wait while others are being put in front of me. He then proceeded to talk to another coworker and walked away from me. I walked out but what a waste of $60 for my nails two times in a row. I've been considering trying new places due to the quality lately but this was my breaking point. Update: another nail fell off like it was a press on nail. I also wanted to add in that another time I went in a lady stopped doing my pedicure because someone came in that was her client with no appointment. Horrible experience. This nail salon is diluting the dip they use with clear. The first layer they use is always clear. Then, i picked an opaque neutral pink color - it was so diluted with clear that the end result was completely transparent barely pink polish. The topcoat they used was some low quality non-gel (ordinary top coat polish) that took 10 minutes to dry. The dip was so thin and weak that when i bumped a nail putting on my shoe, the nail and the polish fractured, leaving me with a bloody, ruined nail. Overall, they are diluting their dip, they are not using a shiny gel topcoat, and the whole process was a time consuming rip off that left me with a fractured nail. Save your money. Go elsewhere. I have never had such a bad experience with my nails. read more

This place is new and really pretty, very nice set up inside. The pedicures chairs are great and the massages are long! Lots of amazing colors to choose from for dip, regular polish and gel. All the staff is super friendly. My only issue is that I got dip for my hands and they didn't use the UV light to set the top coat...so the top coat feels scratchy instead of smooth and shiny. I've had three different people do my nails/pedicures and have been so happy each time. I can not recommend this place enough.
