I've been coming to this nail salon for about 7 years. They are consistently good, and even if you walk in, you won't have to wait long. They're always willing to accommodate you and your party. They do great nails and pedicures here. I've never had an issue, because they're clean. Ive recommended them to a few of my friends and they come here to get their nails done. Again, they're consistently good and I've never had a negative experience here. The techs are friendly and they know how to read the room and their customers. If you talk to them, they talk to you and if not, they understand you want to relax. I came here for a pedicure with my sister - I chose #2, the organic pedicure (35-40 min, $43). The place is clean, spacious with tons of chairs available. There is a wall full of OPI polish; a plethora of colors to choose from. I enjoyed the individuals packs they use for scrub, lotion, etc. The mud mask + hot towel left my legs feeling super soft. I liked that there was attention and detail in getting any polish beyond the nail. It was a great experience and I would come back! read more

My only complaint is the loud, chatty nail technician doing the pedicure next to me. She was not talking to the client and I'm not sure who she was talking to, but it really was disturbing to the peace i would like to experience while getting a pedicure. I got a gel manicure and they did a great job-- and the people there seem lovely. I was put off that the manicure stations didn't feel particularly clean--- the table, bottles, lamps, gel manicure drying machine etc. I think it is important to make sure that is all wiped down and feels more sterile for each customer. read more

I was so excited having read the reviews but I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Appointments mean being serviced at a given time, give or take 5 min of waiting. We had an appointment for 2:20pm, they sat us down at 2:50pm. We checked in, and a woman told us we'll have to wait 30 minutes. Then she asked "oh you have appointment?" Yes, we do. Since she asked, we thought they'd seat us quickly but no. We waited some more. Either don't make an appointment when you're so busy with walk-ins or don't accept walk-ins around the time you have appointments. They're so scared of losing customers! Ivy worked on my moms nails, took her time, but they didn't end up straight or even. The colors are pretty, but the work done is not. She didn't fix an obvious line she made with her tool and blamed it on a few grains of powder, and did not fix it either. She worked on my nails as well, and my nails don't match. The shape is nice, the lengths don't match. She didn't even use her tool to clean up under my nails so I have hardened powder, as well as my mom. They kept telling me to choose dip powder colors when I had told them 3 times exactly that I want to remove my dip powder and get a gel-full set. We paid $101 and we were not going to leave a tip, but Ivy asked with attitude and surprise "no tip?" as if we were obligated to leave one. No, we just paid a hundred and one dollars for nails that aren't even worth it, no tip this time. With my calculations, we were supposed to only pay $91 and here's the breakdown: $5 for powder removal, $36 for my moms rebase, $45 for my nails, and $5 for my coffin shape (which I have not been charged extra for at other nail salons by the way!). The total should have been $91. Believe me, I am NEVER one to complain about paying an extra $5-$10, but I had an issue this time because of the poor service we received. We went in just for a simple rebase, and powder removal with a full set and we were charged $101 and received poor service. They'll charge for the smallest things to make more money. Plus, you can so tell when they're talking about you even though you don't speak their language. I was the only one there with dip powder nails wanting a gel full set, all you could hear were "dip" "full-set" "gel", it was OBVIOUS. I felt embarrassed just being there as if I was causing them inconvenience or something. No. Not going here again. read more

I thought it will be easy if I bring a pic from their own Facebook page to have this done. And that will be it. I ended up disappointed, Stressed out and exhausted. The manager was clueless. I had to repeat myself unnecessarily too many times. I didn't get nothing I wanted. I hate to be reply "anything you want", if what I'm asking is specific and brought up from their own social media. Was a very sad experience. They are nice if something is simple. But don't expect something elaborated or different even if is brought our or their own Facebook page. Mani/Pedi ok. But that's it. DO NOT COME HERE. I have come twice and both times have been a horrible experience. I am a nice person and thought of giving them a second chance. However I regret coming here ever. They not only are always super busy and rushed but they have bad costumer service. This last time I went the lady continuously kept ignoring me. I walked out of there with cuts on my finger, lumpy long nails. Now a month later trying to remove the lady's work off my nails I had to come to the hospital because the nails were so badly applied one of my fingernails broke not only my natural nail but whatever "glue" she used took my skin along with the nail. Today upon checking out Sana told me my transaction was accidentally canceled on her end...as soon as I started to question this she changed her story to "oh nevermind I just canceled the tip. Do you happen to have a cash tip?" 1st off, the receipts print on two different pieces of paper, one for your services and one tips. I went ahead and tipped in cash. When returning to my car I decided I should go back in and ask for my receipt. The manager came up asked what had happened and I explained. She then pulled both receipts and told me everything was charged normally and basically Sana had stolen my money. I was given back my cash by the manager. I will NEVER go back here! read more

After so many great reviews I decided to make the drive and try them. Made an appointment a week ahead of time, they confirmed, and when I got there no record of my appointment. Showed them the confirmation text and they just shrugged. Waited 30 minutes with feet soaking in cold water, and finally got to me. My pedicure was really rushed, had one cuticle cut into and bled, and was "done" in 15 min. No massage, sloppy polish and bloody shoes. Tech never spoke a word to me other than trying to push and upgrade. Decided against the manicure and left. The polish was all over my skin and bubbly, so I removed it when I got home and reapplied myself. Never again. And not sure why Yelp has "not recommended" almost 3/4 of the reviews on this place - 111 to date! read more

I would have never expected to walk into such a huge place bustling with activity. Went for a pedicure because damn my toes were looking mid-evil and nobody wants to see that at the beach. I was assigned a poor soul who had to fix and beautify. Good luck I wished her! Long story short, after a few laughs as she massaged my feet, my feet were bare and smooth as silk, my toes were perfectly manicured and I was ready for my favorite pair of flip flops and the beach. Don't pretend like you didn't know you would be so busy while accepting appointments. And the worst thing, we currently have this little thing called Covid and a law which requires vaccinated and unvaccinated people to wear a mask inside, yet the guy running this decided that he is too cool? Below average overall experience and mani/pedi. The staff was not particularly friendly. They interacted and spoke to each other a lot but not to the customers. My tech did not appear to speak English and/or understand what I was telling him. He did not ask me what shape I'd like my nails and actually neglected to file/shape them at all until I mentioned to him that they would need to be shaped 3/4 through the manicure. This dirty nail salon is horrible! I felt like I was in some kind of a nail mill for this place it's quantity not quality! They rush people in & out and their manners are the worst I'm thinking I'm paying to be abused here. My tech filed half my nail off and when I asked her to fix it she told me I was picky? I'm like yes I like my nails to look nice that's why I get them professionally done. She then tells me she would have to start over and put acetone wrapped in foil on my nail and told me to go home and take it off myself then come back tomorrow. I've had my full set of acrylic on for WEEKS with no chips or fading, and the shape is great- which is hard for Stiletto! Angel is really kind and attentive- I I love that she didn't mind that I wanted something more unique! Very fair prices, and the ambiance is far far better than most nail salons in the area. Well lit, smells nice, and they have a great rewards program! This is a salon you probably want to call ahead for, but they always find a way to work you in. It wasn't a totally bad experience but my tech spoke very little English. At the beginning of my mani/pedi combo, the tech got up abruptly to cash someone out at the front and was gone for nearly 10 minutes...it was just odd. When she returned she cut my toenails down REALLY short but they were already pretty short when I arrived. When filing she didn't take as much care as I would have hoped so the file didn't dig into my skin. I will say that the lower leg massage was amazing and she did a beautiful job painting my toes! The manicure was done well and she only cut my cuticle once to where it bled slightly. She put some sort of anti-fungal drops on it and then applied some Neosporin which I appreciated. The cutting of my cuticles probably had less to do with lack of skill or technique than how dry my cuticles were. As a massage therapist, i have to keep my fingernails very short so I was glad she paid extra attention to the jagged edges and moisturized my hands. Again, stellar painting job. I figured I'd give them a try since they seem to be under new management. Luxury nails is TOTALLY different. I went in on a Sunday and was seated promptly for two deluxe pedicures. The person giving me my manicure this morning was talking on the phone almost the entire time she was servicing me. She nicked me in four places. After she was done with her call I looked at my hand and saw blood and pointed it out. She just say "sorry" and dabbed something on the spots. Uyen and Angel are AMAZING! They both do an impeccable job and they are so sweet and kind. I always call the day of and one of them is available for an appointment within hours. They are seriously perfectionist and I never leave without loving my nails/toenails. I usually get a gel manicure and every other time I get a pedicure. I always go here for mani pedis! I just got a gel manicure and it came out lumpy and started lifting only a week later so I gave them a call and told them about it. The owner was incredibly nice and very accommodating. She told me to come in and she would re-do them for me for free! I'm not one to complain but it isn't cheap to get gel nails and mine usually last two or more weeks so I figured I'd call and ask. Uyen made my experience here so amazing she was so sweet and nice. She was very detailed when doing my pedicure and my acrylic set. I had originally picked out a pink I thought was cute and when she applied it it was alot lighter then I expected and I think she noticed I didn't like it so she asked to see the picture of what I wanted and she came back with the EXACT color. The fact that she went to all that trouble meant a lot. She really cares about her customers and makes sure to get the nail shape/color perfect.
