    I came here the day after getting my nails done somewhere else that I hated so bad I was sobbing, and I'm so happy I came here!!!! I explained my situation and they were so nice, Ruby was my nail tech and she did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! thank you so much Ruby!!!!

    I have been coming here for 4 1/2 years and I have to tell you I have tried multiple places! I moved and can't find anyone like Vivian near me so I now drive an hour to come see her! She is fast, quick and perfection! The salon smells good is clean and relaxing! You never wait for very long and even if you wait a little...it is totally worth it!

    This is Shellac after 1 week. Started chipping after 3 days.

    Nope. Toe was cut during a pedicure. Shellac started chipping after a few days. I've never had Shellac chip. Really disappointed.

    I was so excited having read the reviews but I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Appointments mean being serviced at a given time, give or take 5 min of waiting. We had an appointment for 2:20pm, they sat us down at 2:50pm. We checked in, and a woman told us we'll have to wait 30 minutes. Then she asked "oh you have appointment?" Yes, we do. Since she asked, we thought they'd seat us quickly but no. We waited some more. Either don't make an appointment when you're so busy with walk-ins or don't accept walk-ins around the time you have appointments. They're so scared of losing customers! Ivy worked on my moms nails, took her time, but they didn't end up straight or even. The colors are pretty, but the work done is not. She didn't fix an obvious line she made with her tool and blamed it on a few grains of powder, and did not fix it either. She worked on my nails as well, and my nails don't match. The shape is nice, the lengths don't match. She didn't even use her tool to clean up under my nails so I have hardened powder, as well as my mom. They kept telling me to choose dip powder colors when I had told them 3 times exactly that I want to remove my dip powder and get a gel-full set. We paid $101 and we were not going to leave a tip, but Ivy asked with attitude and surprise "no tip?" as if we were obligated to leave one. No, we just paid a hundred and one dollars for nails that aren't even worth it, no tip this time. With my calculations, we were supposed to only pay $91 and here's the breakdown: $5 for powder removal, $36 for my moms rebase, $45 for my nails, and $5 for my coffin shape (which I have not been charged extra for at other nail salons by the way!). The total should have been $91. Believe me, I am NEVER one to complain about paying an extra $5-$10, but I had an issue this time because of the poor service we received. We went in just for a simple rebase, and powder removal with a full set and we were charged $101 and received poor service. They'll charge for the smallest things to make more money. Plus, you can so tell when they're talking about you even though you don't speak their language. I was the only one there with dip powder nails wanting a gel full set, all you could hear were "dip" "full-set" "gel", it was OBVIOUS. I felt embarrassed just being there as if I was causing them inconvenience or something. No. Not going here again.

    Disappointed, I requested a French. This is what I got instead!

    I thought it will be easy if I bring a pic from their own Facebook page to have this done. And that will be it. I ended up disappointed, Stressed out and exhausted. The manager was clueless. I had to repeat myself unnecessarily too many times. I didn't get nothing I wanted. I hate to be reply "anything you want", if what I'm asking is specific and brought up from their own social media. Was a very sad experience. They are nice if something is simple. But don't expect something elaborated or different even if is brought our or their own Facebook page. Mani/Pedi ok. But that's it. This was supposed to be a a very special occasion for me. Not a regular do my nails as a regular and ordinary day. I just don't understand why I wasn't told from the beginning they couldn't do it. Took more than 30 minutes for me to know it couldn't be done. I just love a quick honest answer. Too much stress, too many empty answers. Only 1 employee with another client who saw my struggle after a while was able to explain it couldn't be done. That was completely unnecessary. Be honest with your clients from the beginning, I feel I wasted my time, energy and money.

    Pedicure was lovely but the woman who did it didn't do my nails. They had me switch to a young man who was nice. Unfortunately my dip manicure has ridges and thick in some places and not others. I'll notice it and others won't but it wasn't my favorite mani.

    DO NOT COME HERE. I have come twice and both times have been a horrible experience. I am a nice person and thought of giving them a second chance. However I regret coming here ever. They not only are always super busy and rushed but they have bad costumer service. This last time I went the lady continuously kept ignoring me. I walked out of there with cuts on my finger, lumpy long nails. Now a month later trying to remove the lady's work off my nails I had to come to the hospital because the nails were so badly applied one of my fingernails broke not only my natural nail but whatever "glue" she used took my skin along with the nail. Do not recommend and will definitely never be coming back.

    Everyone was so kind and attentive. Thi was so funny and did great work on my nails! I would definitely recommend coming in for any of the services. We did mani pedis with shellac and they look amazing.

    Everything was so perfect! Nails have NEVER looked better. Exactly what i wanted and she was so so nice. i LOVE THEM.

    I had a mani (no-polish) and pedi. Pedi was ok but I was charged 30 for a mani with no buffing or filing. Nice and local but inconsistent.

    Great place. Nikki is always great at designs and Ruby was great with dip. Nails stay looking good for weeks

I have since gone back for regular TrueBrow Maintenance as well as the Lash Lift & Tinting. I find the whole process, from then until now, just awesome. It was fascinating to see the before and after during that first appointment.. and just how straight my eyelashes were - aside from the light coloring. My eyebrows, which I thought just wouldn't grow back (I had kept them too thin for years), was just a case of not REALLY allowing them to grow back fully, along with super light hairs that were 'found' after tinting as well. I had taken the route of lifting & tinting since the maintenance of extensions, etc. are just too much for me, personally. I am 100% happy with the lift & tinting. I have always been a eyeliner & mascara person and won't leave the house without either.. and with this, all I have to do is throw on some quick eyeliner, if anything at all & my eye lashes are ALWAYS perfect. I haven't had to use an eyelash curler since! My eyebrows have come a long way since February and after each maintenance visit, they look better every time. I had someone recently comment about my 'pretty eyebrows' and it was such a huge compliment to hear. I also was kind of clueless, and had no luck with purchasing the right pencil or color to fill in my eyebrows - or even the right way to do it, so with some instructions from Caroline, I also purchased the TrueBrow collection. That is one great product I could not live without now. It's so easy, and fast and it lasts all day long. It's become some a routine for me to take care of eyebrows whenever I'm doing the rest of my makeup, I now feel naked on the days I don't. All in all, a super fantastic experience. I feel very lucky to have 'found' Caroline; she is an amazing esthetician/specialist. She takes her time waxing, tweezing, coloring.. it's a very comfortable space and I find it a peaceful moment out of my day at each appointment.

She cares about the health of your lashes and really knows her stuff in regards to different styles and methods! I was really expecting very little lasting time, but I was shocked at how long my lashes stayed looking great! She was sensitive to my skin concerns and reactions to adhesives and had many options! I am now addicted! As for eyebrows- she blew me away with the idea of tinting. I like the color of my brows, but tinting them in the same color adds more hair to work with by dying the lighter hairs! I'm probably not explaining accurately, but it literally blew my mind!

Again, they tried to sell me different products during the facial, which I did not like, but Jessica did a good job. When I called…read moreto see if I could substitute another service for the manicure (I have acrylic nails) I was told that I couldn't make any substitutions without forfeiting the robe and slippers and therefore the spa experience. I mentioned to the owner with whom I was speaking, that other spas were flexible with services and always had robes and slippers. She took extreme offense to this and said, "This is a small mom and pop shop" and that they didn't want to change services as they wanted to split the services among the 3 people working there. The owner also mentioned that her husband did the massage and when I explained that I couldn't have a male masseuse due to an assault I experienced, she told me I had insulted her. I found her insensitive, inflexible and harsh. When I asked for her to refund my husband's gift, all of a sudden she said she could find a female masseuse but only on a Saturday. I explained that after the contentious conversion I was not comfortable coming into their establishment. She then had her husband call me back and he told me they would exchange the half day spa treatment to a $200 gift certificate and that was final. When I called back and left a message telling them I expected a credit or we would dispute the charge on our credit card, he returned the call and said they were charging a 25% or $50 restocking fee as they weren't in the business of taking phone calls (What?). I also mentioned that he already had one negative review on the internet, and another wouldn't be good. He told me no one pays attention to internet reviews. When my husband was purchasing the gift certificate, no one ever explained that there were no substitutions and no refunds or he never would have purchased this gift for me. The conversations were ugly and contentious.All I can say about this establishment is let the buyer beware. We are still trying to get our credit card company to reverse the charge and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
