While thinking about it I thought I am the only customer here maybe he would rather work than sit around, or maybe its because it is my bday. Or Maybe it is because I am a first time customer. NOPE to all. At checkout he said I owed $130.00 Well I didnt have that much cash on me so he goes credit card? And I am like wait $130.00 plus tip and he said yes. So I said No, I reserved a 90 min. massage for $85.00. He said he gave me two hours. So we went back and forth for a bit when the lady owner came out and pointing at the price board on the wall and trying to say in part english and part other language that yes it would be $120.00 and that is the correct price. She was pointing to a separate foot massage. I was like oh no you dont. I never asked for the two hours, i did not reserve two hours, I never changed my reservation to two hour massage. This is not ethical or good business. I am paying what I reserved for. $85.00 plus a $15.00 tip. He found spots that I didn't even know were there and helped me release a ton of tension in my right shoulder, which has been bothering me due to my accident. She also does not even use the open method of colon cleansing. She has this creepy looking disgusting transportable unit. There are multiple offices in the buildings she works out of and the people at the front desk gave me a weird "Oh No!!" look when I mentioned her name. They also told me she just rents space from them. It is a very creepy place to go to for a first time. The first mistake i made is i left a negative review here against the another massage business that shares the same building as this person not realizing they were 2 totally different business!!So Sorry Have since had that review removed. The second mistake i made was purchasing a Groupon from this business. When I called the voice mail was always full so I could not leave a message to book a appointment and i tried for months. Then when I finally did get through to leave a message (2 months of trying) it took another 2 weeks for anyone to call back. When they did call back I was told the person that owns this business had broken her foot and was not taking any appointments, but there was another massage therapist that was willing to honor my Groupon but it was my choice if i wanted to wait, get a refund or see a different massage therapist.
