I've been coming here for 7 years now for mani/pedi. It's been a great experience! Jazmynn is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job. My nails have never felt or looked better. I used to do shellac and then dip. I switched to the liquid gel/gel builder about a year ago and I'm so happy I did! It's way better than acrylics and dipping. Best mani/pedi in Fort Collins!! A hidden gem inside a beautiful old building on Oak St in Old Town FoCo. I found a $45 special on their website for a signature pedicure + free express manicure and was able to book an appointment for the next day via their Facebook page, which was awesome as I was hoping for some self care this week! The owner is the only person taking mail clients at the moment with COVID and was so sweet and detail-oriented. It is a small but airy space with tons of natural light and 4 pedicure/3 manicure seats. She has a separate room for acrylics which I had never heard of before but it takes away any smells and sounds associated with that from the space! The set up is relaxing with spa music and pastel color decor on bright wood flooring. Jasmine has a clear understanding of cleanliness procedures with COVID and is requiring masks and hand washing of all clients and herself. She used fresh liners for the pedicure tub and new tools for me, and has no more than 1 client in at a time. Sanitizer and cleaning supplies are plentiful. My nails look awesome but the whole experience was great too and what made it really unique! Most places you go include extra perks but speed through them, however Jasmine provided a 15min parrafin treatment with slippers to hold in heat, several different massages and scrubs, yummy peach and pineapple scented products, and strong pressure to help reduce any pain you're encountering in your hands & feet. Probably the best massage I've had as part of a mani/pedi ever. The massage chair was good quality as well, and Jasmine provided just the right amount of conversation vs quiet to relax. Disappointed especially after reading great reviews. I came in for a 90 minute massage. They had a promo going for an extra 10 minutes complimentary, so it was supposed to be a 100 minute massage. On the dot at 80 minutes, the massage therapist had pulled the pillow out from under my knees and declared the massage over. She was also listening to her earbuds during my massage. I'm sure she didn't think I could hear her music but I could. She definitely seems like she does not enjoy her job. Maybe she was just having a bad day but to get your massage cut short by 20 minutes by a therapist who really doesn't seem to want to be there in the first place is a bummer. The owner discounted the charge when I pointed out the time difference which was nice. In fairness, this place does charge less than higher end massage studios. But be warned, you get what you pay for. read more

I was visiting family in Fort Collins and wanted to plan a surprise spa day for my daughter in law bd myself. Jasmine was so friendly on the phone setting up the appointment. I wasn't sure what to expect and was really pleased. It was just the two of us, one getting a massage and the other a facial. Peaceful treatment rooms. We switched treatments then had lunch that Jasmine had ordered from a local restaurant. We finished up with pedicures. Angela is the massage therapist and she and Jasmine make a great team. I have been to many, many salons but there's something about Jasmine and this salon that are just magical! I have gels done here by Jasmine and she's easily the best nail gal I've met! She's very engaging, she asks questions so she knows what you like and want, she's very thorough always is checking in and making sure everything is perfect. She has great attention to detail and honestly my claws haven't looked this good in YEARS! I find her prices about on par with other salons in town but the quality is 1000 times different. My gels don't yellow or crack and the shape is perfection. I've never felt rushed even though she's kept the shop open later than all the others in the plaza!! OH MY GAH!!!! My friend was getting married and I had called around a few places and found this gem!! There where 7 of us and she completely let us take over. We showed up and she had a fruit tray along with wine for our start to the bacherolte weekend. She let us plug our phone in to play music. They did an amazing job at getting all of our Mani pedis done. If I lived in fort Collins, I would visit this place every other week. I bite my nails and cuticles, so the one time my cuticle bled because I bit them so raw, and she immediately took care of me to disinfect them! Several months later, no infection and still healthy! I am competing in the Miss Colorado pageant this week, so as you can imagine, I was looking for perfection when it came to my nails and pedicure today. I am happy to say I have not been disappointed! After reading Yelp reviews of Nail Salons across town, I was pretty horrified at the idea of getting my nails and toes done anywhere. Five years ago I frequented Rituals to see one of their technicians, Van. Van no longer works at Rituals, so I have avoided going there not knowing what the experience would be. I am so glad I decided to come here again!!! I called for an appointment at Noon, and was able to schedule an appointment for 2:00 the same day for a Signature pedicure and French tips Shellac on my nails. I saw a new technician, My, who has only been there for three months. Clients often ask for her sister, because her sister speaks English really well. My admitted to being afraid of conversing with clients because she feels she is not very good at English (but to be honest, she's really not that bad!). Once I got her talking, she was really talkative! I was the only client in the salon the whole time, and she was the only technician. The telephone rang a lot, but My was incredibly skilled at answering the phone and doing my nails at the same time. At one point she couldn't understand what the person on the phone was asking for, so I took the phone to help her out. The woman on the phone was incredibly nasty and incredibly hard to understand. After helping My out with the phone call, my already great pedicure turned into the best one I have ever had! She massaged and scrubbed my feet and calves for 50 minutes, and then put my feet into bags filled with paraffin wax. She wrapped my legs in hot towels, and gave me a fantastic flower design on my toes after she painted them. She also surprised me with a glass of Rose wine!! I was unsure if I wanted to go for the full Pink and White set on my nails, or if I should get French tips with Shellac. My examined my nails and told me that they are healthy and long enough that we shouldn't ruin them with acrylics. I am incredibly impressed with the job she did on my nails. With Shellac I often find that technicians paint the white tips so thin that within a week you can see the nail growing out underneath. My painted the tips thick enough that I should get a few weeks without seeing any growth. I absolutely love Rituals. They are incredibly clean (for each mani or pedi they pull out a freshly sterilized bag of tools!). They are not the cheapest place around, but for the price you not only get very high quality service, but you also get the fabulous massaging pedicure chairs!!! (I have noticed higher-end salons ixnay on the massaging chairs....). I am excited to try a new Shellac polish they carry that changes colors with temperature. My has assured me that the color really does change, and that the colors are fabulous! You can bet I will be heading back to Rituals to see My again soon! read more

When My wife asked for a spa day for her Birthday I looked at tons of different places on line, Which one to choose was a very difficult decision! I finally decided on Body and Spa Rituals for a few Reasons, the First being that they had a Best Friends Package, which I should have clarified before just assuming, that we would be getting a Massage and Facial and Pedicure all at the same time, This was not the case. It turned out to be Okay, I started off with the massage and my wife with the Facial, then we switched and both ended up together for the Pedicure. It was 3 hours of blissful Pampering. I had never Had a Facial or massage before but I can tell you the Facial was the highlight of the day! I would definitely schedule another one in a heart beat and might even ask for one for my birthday!! Jasmine worked Magic with her hands and put me to sleep about 5 times, and I wasn't even tired. The Smells, the textures, her technique were Heaven! My wife agreed that it was the best Facial she had ever experienced. The other reason we selected this place was because of it's location. This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I am so thankful that I tried it out. This is by far the best nail salon experience I have had. I used to do acrylic nails, but switched to gel nails here and could not be happier. They are strong, the color is beautiful, it leaves my nails feeling healthier, and they last a minimum of a month (the only reason I got them fixed was because they grew out). The quality of the nails is unmatched and they are very affordable. Aside from that, Jazmynn is amazing. Owns this place herself and makes you feel special while you are there. Never been here before, had a massage and my nails done. The massage was nice. Had my nails done by the owner, which I guess means she gets to treat customers however she wants. I wanted acrylics with black tips and a marble accent nail. She gave me a student discount and because of that saw fit to nickel and dime me on whatever else she wanted. I was told the marble accent nail alone would cost an additional $7! And there was no service or treatment involved at all, she just went straight to sticking the acrylic nails on. First I was taken upstairs out of the salon to a cold office that smelled strongly of chemicals with some crime show on the TV, which is not relaxing at all. She took 2 personal phone calls while she was with me (first with earphones and second with phone on neck as she painted my nails) and barely spoke to me otherwise. She finished my nails in the salon and she put so much top coat on them that they were bubbling, I asked her to fix them and she insisted that it was my fault because I was holding my hands wrong while they were drying and even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted another client in the salon to check them for me! Clearly it made that other girl uncomfortable because she immediately left the salon. The owner then proceeded to mess up my nail again on purpose as some kind of way to demonstrate her point, which is ridiculous. She also asked to be paid in advance and I said no 3 times but she kept asking so I paid because I felt pressured, and then she couldn't do the marble accent I wanted because "it can't be done with regular polish, only with shellac" (which she did not tell me beforehand even though she knew from the beginning I wanted regular polish), which is exactly why I didn't want to pay ahead. I felt like I was being rushed the entire appointment and by the end my nails looked just average and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I have never had someone be so overtly rude to me in a salon ever or in customer service in general. I will never be coming back to get my nails done here, the owner is awful. read more

For starters, I always get my nails done in LA. I'm in college in CO and was so scared to get my gel fill in Fort Collins - especially after I read reviews about the places nearby. I stumbled upon this place, which had the best reviews, and decided to give it a try because of their competitive prices and I had a coupon. The owner, who is the sweetest/friendliest person I've ever met in a salon, was swamped due to sorority girls and scheduled me for an appointment after their usual hours. She was telling jokes and asking questions and had a great attitude although she had been working all day and wouldn't be going home until around midnight. She's been doing nails for 20 years, and my nails were amazing. There are no bubbles or ridges in my nails at all. The shop is incredibly clean and relaxing. I will absolutely be returning. I called Jasmine on a Friday morning hoping to get in to see her Saturday for a refill on my pink and whites. She was booked but told me if I could be at her salon by 8am she'd fit me in. Now that tells you how dedicated Jasmine is to her customers to open up an hour early. As this was my first time I was already impressed but when I saw the dazzling array of color options I was thrilled. It was difficult making a decision but I finally chose a sparkly cherry color for the "white" part of the nail. Jasmine did an awesome job. My nails look fantastic and they've lasted going into week 3. Not only is Jasmine great at what she does she's also incredibly personable and conversing with her was like chatting with an old friend. The cost was very reasonable and not out of line from other salons I've gone to. It was a fun experience and I'm going back next week to get my nails redone for a wedding.
