So I just moved to Berthoud and this salon is within walking distance to my house (which already was a huge plus) but then I meet Monica and this girl really blew me away with her nail work. She didn't rush me through my manicure the way most technicians do. She was patience and thorough and was great conversation through the entire appointment! And honestly I don't remember the last time my nails looked this good and actually LASTED. I went a straight 2 weeks without any chips or cracks, which never happens for me and my thin nails. The gals were great, place was very clean so no complaints there. But I was kind of disappointed in the fact that I paid $75 (incl tip) and basically got a sugar scrub with about a 5 minute foot massage. I paid for the $60 pedi so kind of expected a little more. The polish turned out great (minus it being a little sloppy on my skin). I would really like to say I'll go back but probably won't just given what you get for the price. read more

I saw Erica today to have my dip nails removed and gel manicure. She did not use a drill to remove the dip nails she used a file and nail polish remover. No damage was done to my nails! The appointment was relaxing and I was not rushed. I had a gel manicure with leopard inspired nails. Love it and really impressed with Erica. Will definitely be back! read more

Visited Siren and Grace for a mani/pedi and was so disappointed in the experience. I love going to the salon next door and expected much more. The experience was night and day. The woman was so unwelcoming. I'd share her name if she'd bothered to introduce herself to me when I arrived, or at any time during the service. I don't mind not talking during the mani/pedi, but there was so little friendly back and forth, the silence was so awkward. I was the only person there which can't be helped but made the silence that much more awkward. It was rushed. And painful! My cuticles have been throbbing. Three were bleeding and the others were a painful red. Ouch! And, gross. The woman began speaking to me during the final 10 minutes or so, which felt related to the payment and made me feel obligated to leave much more of a tip as she stood right next to me while taking the payment. Finally, I felt it was so rude of her to share her careless attitude about the Covid restrictions. To each his own, but perhaps not a good customer service oriented conversation. The location is really nice and I hope others will speak up and help them to improve! I won't return. read more
