I went to the Warren location on Mound to get my belly button pierced and I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER! First of all, the piercing is literally crooked. Second of all, it's been 6 months and it still hasn't healed, it hurts everyday, and a bump has even formed. So I went and found a different piercer who was MUCH more professional and he said it was an awful quality piece of jewelry that you could get online for 10 cents. Not to mention it was too big for me and he said it was the weirdest shape he's ever seen. I was having a bad reaction to the cheap metal and the shape and size weren't helping either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, somewhere that actually cares about you and your piercing. read more

Got two piercings for my birthday. A nostril and a philtrum piercing both done poorly. Before making an appointment i read the reviews and felt secure going on with it but was overly disappointed. wanted my left nostril to be symmetrical with the piercing i already had on my right and it was horribly done. not symmetrical at all. couldn't stand it and retired the piercing shortly after. my medusa jewelry was way too short. so short that directly after the piercing was done while looking in the mirror i asked if this jewelry would safely sustain swelling (as a lip piercing does) and for additional advice from the shops piercer the day later over the phone i was told to ice it and take ibuprofen, as my jewelry was sinking into my lip. i was forced to go to another shop (that was actually reputable) to get a longer philtrum bar put in. the piercer is very kind but this is just not a good enough piercing practice to be putting people through. read more

Not only was I being ignored by the guy behind the counter when I first walked in, he continued helping the customer who walked in just before me, he also never even acknowledged me there in the 30 min I stood in the lobby. I originally got my bird tattoo as a memorial for my grandfather in 2014, and I just went back to get another tattoo today. I'm still impressed four years later with their pricing and work. I suffer from chronic migraines that have been last up to 14 days. I have taken many medications and from my last doctor Vist a nurse recommended that I look into a Daith piercing. You have to find the right person who knows where to place the earring to hit the correct pressure point. I went in for the flash sale this week for Friday the 13th and most of the tattoos were worse than prison ink. There was literally a toilet paper roll with 13 on it. They were also the size of a quarter with no shading or color. You could have a 5 year old give you a better tattoo. I have talked to others about this place and it seems to be disappointing all around. I drove 40 minutes out there and wished I wouldn't of wasted my time do not go here. read more
