Over the course of several sessions, I experienced consistent issues that raised serious concerns about professionalism and reliability. Each visit involved a different technician, the equipment frequently was not functioning properly, and there was inadequate preparation and aftercare following treatments. After my last session, I attempted for months to schedule my next appointment and received no response. I called repeatedly, sent messages through Facebook, emailed, and texted with no reply. I even stopped by during posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. Eventually, I was able to reach someone who informed me that one of their machines was down but assured me they would be operational within a couple of weeks and would be contacting clients to reschedule appointments. That never happened. It has now been over six months since my last treatment. The business appears to have closed without notifying clients or reimbursing prepaid services that were never rendered. I am extremely upset that I paid a significant amount of money for a service that was not completed, and my tattoo is far from fully removed. This experience has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging.

Absolutely feel that there was zero concern for me as a patient and was a total rip off since the medical reasons I had made the appt for weren't even addressed. Before I even realized, I had gone for 18 months, every 5-6 weeks. After going to another provider, I learned I NEVER should have been seen that much (should be a minimum of 8 weeks to allow hair to come back in). My new provider has the same machine as this company. I have also realized this company "spot treated" me instead of treating the entire area, which I paid for full treatments. Based on my results and now being educated, I believe the settings were set way to low for my skin type, which is why I did not see the promised results. This kept me going back and back and spending more and more money. I am now with another local clinic and have had 1 treatment that did more than this company ever did in 18 months! DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Arkansas State Law requires you to be SEEN by a doctor before treatments are done. I was NEVER seen by a doctor at this clinic and had 18 months of treatments. I completely feel like a fool!
